Deceit had sighed as he was left home alone. The others were helping Thomas and since The host didn't know about him yet he had to stay in the mindscape.

He went to the kitchen to get a drink when he saw something.. beer? He went to the beer bottle and wondered why it was here in the first place.

Should he..?

I mean deceit thought the others didn't care about him. Sure deceit liked to annoy them but lately he's realized he fallen in love with the four main traits.

He looked around once more before hiding the bottle in his cape and rushing towards his room.

Once he made it he quickly took out the bottle and opened it. He never thought he'd ever do this but.. what else could be worse than the pit he'd already dug for himself.

He would lie even though he didn't want to.. he would make fun of the other.. torment them..how could they ever love a 'dark side' like him.

He started to drink the beer in his hands. Very quickly he gotten drunk. He started laughing at nothing and just stumbled around his room.

"Kiddo? Are you okay in there?" Deceit heard Patton call through the door.

"FiNe!" Deceit screamed back. He didn't notice that he'd told the truth.

"Deceit?!  What are you doing?" Patton asked sternly through the door.

"nOTiN!" Deceit giggled and collapsed to the floor.

"GUYS I NEED HELP!" Patton screamed to the others. Did I mention deceit locked his door whenever he was in there alone?

A few moments passed and deceit was still giggling and every now and then he'd take a sip of beer. Until Roman had broken down the door.

"Kiddo- huh?" Deceit looked up and all the light sides. They looked at each other and then deceit. Logan went forward and kneeled down next to Deceit. He took the bottle away and deceit did a weak hiss. Logan gave the bottle to Virgil which looked at the beer.

"Deceit... why did you drink it?" Logan asked to the clearly drunk man sitting on the floor giggling.

"Logan, we shouldn't question him now-" Patton tried to finish but deceit quickly spoke above him.

"CaSuE WhAt hOpeS aRe TheRe?" The normally lying trait giggled and stuck out his tongue.

"Hope? I'm afraid I don't understand," Logan said. "But none the less we should get you to bed." Logan picked deceit up and placed him down on the bed.

"STay!" Deceit screamed after them.

"Who?" Virgil asked a bit confused.

"AlL Of yOu!" He said. The sides glanced at each other and knowing that the drunk trait wasn't going to let them leave without a fight they laid down next to him.

That was totally the reason... it was not because they liked him secretly and was too embarrassed to say anything.

Deceit had just woken up. He felt a kinda warmth he never felt before. He looks to his right to see Logan and Virgil. He's left to see Roman and Patton. 'Shoot.. what did i do while drunk?!' Deceit thought and tried to sit up. He was held down by Roman that was cuddling to him. He sighed and flopped back on the bed again. Once he did that Logan cuddled his other side. Deceit had a dark blush on his cheeks.

'Did I tell them anything? Did I do anything?! Did something happene-" deceits thoughts were cut off by Virgil.

"Can you follow my breathing?" Virgil sad as he grabbed deceits hand and put it to his chest. Deceit tried and tried but finally gotten it right.

"S-sorry.. I mean! Uhh... not sorry?" I gulped knowing that this would be the first time they wouldn't hear me lie.

"It's okay dee. But did you tell the truth?" Patton questioned.

"Uhh... yes..? No...? Maybe..?" Deceit was confused.

"Dee.. can you?" Patton asked with surprise.

"I-I... I can.. when I'm distracted or.." I gulped. "D-Drunk..." I rubbed my neck.

"You brought up something last night," Logan spoke. "Why were you drunk?" He asked Deceit.

"I-I... I thought.... I thought I would.." Deceit paused and starred down at the blanket wondering why they cared. "I didn't think you'd care, plus I wanted my heart to stop hurting.." Deceit whispered hopping they won't hear.

"Your Heart is hurting..?" Roman asked raising an eyebrow. Deceit nodded and kept his eyes down.

"Deceit..?" Virgil looked at his other boyfriends then back at all of their crush. "Are you in love?" The Deceitful trait looked surprised and finally looked up. He saw their soft smiles, even Logan had one.

"Yeah but what's the point?" Deceit asked.

"What do you mean 'what's the point'?" Logan asked.

"Well you all hate me so what's the point?" Deceit sighed and looked away not even bothering to get back into lying. He was way to focused on not crying in front of his crushes than lying.

"You like us?" Roman asked smiling but that was a smile deceit could not see.

"Yeah, you probably hate me more now. I'll leave it-" suddenly Patton kissed deceit to make him stop.

Patton pulled away leaving a shocked and confused deceit. "Now look here," Patton looked sternly at him. "Don't you ever think that we hate you. We love you dee." Patrons look softened. "We don't ever want you to feel alone. Okay dee?"

All deceit could do was nod. He was speechless.

"Well deceit," Virgil rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Would you like to join our relationship?" Virgil stuck out his other hand.

Deceit looked at all of them to see if they were telling the truth. They all were so deceit took Virgil's hand happily and smiled.

"I will."
