Littles! Patton and Remus

A playdate.

Something that didn't happen often, Remus wasn't exactly the best playdate, as he is, well, he's Remus.

And Patton is Patton.

And they didn't mix well.

However, Janus decided to give it a try, though, he did promise Logan that if Remus hurt his baby then another playdate would not be happening. He was rather protective over Patton and while Remus is one of his good friends, he can be a bit rough and chaotic. Of course this didn't apply to when the two are in big space, Remus knows how to control himself and knows boundaries better than in little space.

"Remus, what are the rules?" Logan asks his little as they pull into the driveway, glancing back at him, watching as he played with his toy. As he didn't answer he snapped his fingers, knowing it took a few tries to catch his attention. "Remus, what are the rules?" He repeats.

Remus glances up at Logan as he snaps his fingers and puffs out his cheeks. "No biting, no hitting, no getting too rough, " He repeats. Logan nods and passes a pacifier to the man.

"That's right, you have to be gentle. You tend to play a bit rough, and please be mindful of personal space." He reminds him, knowing he has trouble with that as well. Remus merely nods and begins climbing out. Logan hurries out, grabbing a backpack of snacks he brought for Remus, he prefers if he eats healthy and rarely gives him junk, he is a doctor after all and he knows the crap they sell in stores these days aren't very good for him.

Holding Remus's hand, he walked him to the door, keeping him from running over, though, Remus did try a few times, tugging against Logan. Logan allowed him to ring the doorbell, though, as he continued to press it he gently pulled his hand away and kissed it, distracting the man as he grinned ear to ear, bouncing a bit.

Soon, Janus opened up the door, his lips quirking up a bit as Remus practically threw himself into his arms.

"Anus!"

"Remus, " Logan scolds him while Janus snorted and squeezed at the man's sides, causing him to snort as well.

"It's nice to see you too Rem, come on, Pat's playing with his dolls, be gentle Rem, " Janus reminds him, stepping to the side. Remus giggled and nodded, rushing off to the living room.

"Patty cake!"

Patton glanced up from his toys and smiled a little. He loves playdates, but Remus scared him a little, even in big space he felt rather uneasy around the man, he made many disturbing comments.

"Hey, Re!" He chirps, he couldn't hold anything against him though, Remus is a little different is all and that was perfectly okay. He held up a few of his toys and Remus didn't pay attention to them at first, he merely hugged the man, causing him to squeak in surprise, though, Patton giggled and hugged the man back.

"Patty cake!" He chirps once more.

"Uh-huh! We play Rem?" He asks, gently pulling away, showing him his toys.

"M'wanna play hide and seek!" Remus squeaks.

The caregivers walked into the living, they know it's better to supervise the two.

"Okay!" Agrees Patton, he wanted to play with his dolls but he likes hide and seek too! Climbing to his feet, he brushed off his tutu and giggled a little, however, Janus cleared his throat.

"Pick up your dolls Patton, " he reminds him, causing him to nod and begin to pick up his toys and such without a fuss.

"If only, " Logan says, sighing a bit. Janus snorted in response and shook his head.

Remus waited a bit impatiently, bouncing a bit in place, though, soon whined. "Hide and seek!"

"Patience Remus, Patton's cleaning, " Logan explains, taking a seat.

"Play, " Remus says, huffing, crossing his arms.

"You will, in a moment." Janus assures him. Patton nodded in agreement and stuffed the last of his toys into his toy box before standing up straight and giggling. "1, 2, 3," He begins, shutting his eyes, causing Remus to perk up and laugh, rushing off to hide.

Patton continued counting until eventually pulling his hands from his face, beginning of search around for Remus. He laughed softly as he noticed his feet behind the curtains in one of the guest bedrooms, though, pretended not to see him and looked around. Eventually, he pulled back the curtain. "Boo!" He chirps, causing the man to laugh and throw his arms around Patton, hugging him close. Patton, being a lover of hugs, happily hugged him back, though, when he began to squeeze too hard, Patton pulled away.

This was normal with Remus, he didn't do it on purpose, he merely got a bit too into it, too rough.

"My turn! Go count, " Patton says, giggling a bit. Remus nodded and ran off to the living room before covering his eyes, counting to ten just as Patton had done, when he finished, he looked around.

"Where'd Patton go?" He asks, Logan and Janus, the two smiling at him.

"I don't know Rem, try and find him, " Logan encouraged, nudging him a bit. Remus smiled and nodded, rushing off to go find Patton, glancing around for him.

"Pattoooon!" He called. "Hello?" He added, at the same volume.

He looked around and grew a bit frustrated, though, perked up as he saw the closet door closed, it was open before. Pushing it open, he giggled. "Boo!"

Patton giggled as well and allowed Remus to hug him once more, he liked to touch a lot, and Patton didn't mind much, he loves hugs!

"Boys!" Called Janus suddenly, causing Remus to frown and cover his ears.

"Too loud!" He whines.

Patton flashed him a sympathetic smile, Remus didn't do well with loud noises. "It's okay, " He assures him, patting his head. He gently eases his hand from his ear and begins leading him back into the living room.

"I have to go to work Patton, I'm sorry we have to cut this playdate short, " Janus apologizes, patting his littles head before plucking Remus up and hugging him, chuckling at his giggles. He passed the man off to Logan who snickered and held the man close.

"Why don't I watch Patton while you work?" Logan suggests. Janus throws Logan an anxious look, though, he merely bounces Remus. Janus was so overprotective, but he needed to relax, Logan wouldn't let anything happen.

"Alright, " He agrees, causing the two littles to cheer. "I'll be back in a few hours, behave Patton, you two Rem, play nice, " He reminds them, kissing Patton's head before rushing off, having gotten quite the urgent call.

"Alright, you two, go on and play, we'll have lunch soon, " Logan assures them, setting Remus back down.

"C'mon!" Chirps Remus, pulling Patton to her room. "Play!"

"Okay!"
