Ryoma POV:

"Ryoma... he's... killing innocent Noble vampires and vampire hunters. Most of all, the Vampire Hunter's Council couldn't contain him. Inui and Kikumaru already tried their best to stop him from doing such crimes but his emotions... his anger just exploded towards what had happened to his brother. We have to stop him already!" Yumiko told me.

"Yumiko... sama...," my tears went out so painfully.

It was my fault anyway. I have to do something to stop him but also, I have to do something to save him from the madness he was in right now.

"Kaname-sama, please don't do anything to him. We'll face him. I and Yumiko. Yumiko's ability will only be his salvation and a way to stop him. Allow us to go after him. He's human. He doesn't know what he is doing," I said to him while I am hugging Yumiko-sama.

"I understand but I will accompany you," he told me.

I looked at myself in the mirror after a few minutes and I relaxed myself. I have decided to erase his memory of me but it won't be just Fuji-senpai. I have decided to erase everyone's memory of me including my parents. I am a vampire and I have already accepted it long ago. I am different from my senpais from the beginning and for them to begin living normally once again, they have to forget me... forever.

"Are you sure about this, Ryoma?" Yumiko-sama asked me while I get ready myself. I have just held my own gun just to make sure if Fuji-senpai resists us. I looked at her and I nodded. From then on, we journeyed out of Moon Dorm that night while Kaname-senpai accompany us.

While walking out of Moon Dormitory, I had realized that I haven't left my quarters for a very long time and I have let everyone down.

Seventy-five people were killed already in the nearest town and most of all, the people living around near our school are not afraid of the vampires already. The were more afraid of the monster they call 'Ningen'. Human. They are humans, too.

I cleched my fists and knew that I couldn't forgive Fuji-senpai for what he did. Frances had died a long time ago but why would he kill innocent humans, too?

After a while, I saw an abandoned church and when I went inside, hatred boiled down my veins towards Fuji-senpai. His old team mates were gathered inside, drowning in their own blood. Kikumaru-senpai and Inui-senpai were inside, too but the most injured person inside was Tezuka-senpai. It couldn't be helped. He isn't a vampire hunter, anyway.

I could feel hot tears flowing down my eyes while I was staring at my injured friends. I was really happy when Yumiko told me that they aren't dead. I hugged her quickly until Kikumaru-senpai woke up and saw me. "O-chi-bi... Why are you here? If you get outside Moon Dorm, you'll be hunted down!"

Blood gushed out from his mouth and I told him, "Was it truly Fuji-senpai who did this?"

He looked away. It was a silent sign that he is saying yes. "He seemed possessed with his anger towards vampire hunters and vampires. He's depressed and we could feel it. We tried talking to him to stop his madness but he began hurting Tezuka, Kaidoh and Momoshiro. We already told them not to come with us but we all can't believe that he was strong enough to repel us. Ochibi, Fuji Shuusuke isn't a normal human. He isn't like you but his great grandfather is. He seemed possessed by his great grandfather. Save his soul, I'm begging you!" cried out Kikumaru-senpai. After that, he lost consciousness.

I stood up and asked Yumiko, "Inui-senpai also woke up, right? Did he tell you where Fuji-senpai could have been?"

Yumiko couldn't say anything to me. I know that it hurts a lot but what could I do? Possessed? What does he mean?

Kaname-senpai went beside me and told me, "He's still human, Ryoma but, he does have a little drip of vampire blood. More on, his blood seemed connected with Frances. Frances woke that blood on him and his brother but since they are only mere humans, his brother died."

"Kaname-sama, please don't kill him," I said it to him full of resolve. My anger towards Fuji-senpai can't be forgiven already and I have to kill him myself.

"But Ryoma, if we don't kill him----," Yumiko-sama was indefinitely confused by what I said.

"I will kill him," Kaname-sama suddenly told me.

"I have to be the one to kill him!"

"You won't be able to save his soul, Ryoma. Look who's holding you," he told me.

When I looked down, I felt Taka-senpai's right hand holding me. "Please... What do I have to do to help them?" I asked them while my tears fall down again.

"You're already a vampire like us, Ryoma. If you don't want your human friends to get messed up with your personal situations again..." he sighed and continued, "Use Yumiko's powers to erase their memories."

I was surprised by what he said but I know he's also correct. To protect them, I have to erase their memories about me even it hurts me a lot. "Yumiko, start with Tezuka-senpai. Please follow Kaname-sama."

"But," I know she's hesitating but I still did tell her to do it.

"Most of all, I have already called for reinforcements. The Vampire Hunter Society will bring them to safety," Kaname-sama told me.

"What about my senpais that are Vampire Hunters?" I asked.

"Yumiko, let Kikumaru and Inui's memories about Ryoma be. They're closely related to us," he told her. "Also, I have already surveyed the area. Fuji Shuusuke won't attack tonight. Our priority for now is their safety."

Kikumaru POV

"Where am I?" I asked. I have just opened my eyes and I felt better. When I opened my eyes more, I knew I was lying on a soft, large bed. Most of all, my wounds are all but bandaged. I remembered seeing Ryoma crying last night.

Did he save us from the inside of an abandoned church at a dead town?
Dead town, huh???

It was still so lively and beautiful when we, old Seigaku Tennis Team gathered in that place. I really wonder why Fuji was possessed by his great grandfather.

The daylight hurts me a lot. I and Inui were the only ones that could repel him a bit. I am still very much in shock but when Fuji came rushing in, the whole town became a war zone. Our opponent was just him but he was able to hurt all of us. We also knew that he had been practicing killing Level E vampires but he had gone too far and began killing innocent children of Noble Vampires.

Noble Vampires don't always kill humans and they aren't in our lists to kill since they still have control of themselves unlike Level E vampires.

We all thought he just wanted to prove himself worthy to become a Vampire Hunter but by killing men who are not in the list, he had become our enemy.

We weren't the first ones to go against him. Freia Ellanor deployed two experienced vampire hunters and also, to protect and guard a vampire girl, a child of a Noble Vampire who lives near the Moon Dorm.

All of them were eliminated by him and since then, he kept killing vampires for his twisted desire of revenge.

Tears bellowed me. These memories hurt me a lot. Can Yumiko-sama erase these memories for me? He isn't the Fuji I know!

The smile of the Fuji I saw last night was concocted with darkness and sadness. Who can save him? Someone, please save him!

Ryoma POV:

I went inside Kikumaru-senpai's room when I finally woke up at twilight and that is when I noticed Kikumaru-senpai seating on his bed. He does have empty eyes.

"Senpai...," I called out to him.

He looked at me and his empty eyes was suddenly lost but replaced with saddened eyes. "Where am I? Since this morning, I've been attended by nurses."

I stared at his wounds and I felt aggravated. How could he let himself be possessed!!!

I calmed myself and answered,"You're in Cross Academy Hospital. It's still new, though but we were all attending to all the injured except for-----aahhh..."

I stopped. Should I even tell him that we sent Tezuka, Oishi, Kawamura and Kaidoh-senpai in Tokyo? How will he react to that? Luckily, Headmaster Cross came in and visited him.

I decided to go outside his room and go to Night Class. As I am walking down the street, I looked up and said to myself, "To my senpai, please, forget about me and free yourself against the man trying to destroy you!"

I was suddenly embraced by Yumiko and her tears came out. "Fuji-san... Fuji... san..." her tears won't stop.

"What is it?" I asked.

"He followed Tezuka's ambulance and held him hostage!"
