As soon as Naina sees Saina, after entering the children's ward, she takes her in her arms and kisses her all over her face. Then, her eyes falls on Sameer, having a serious conversation with the lady doctor.

She gets annoyed seeing the doctor constantly touching his arms. Possessively, she stands near him and locks her fingers into his.

'Oh, are you her mother?' The doctor asked her.

'Hmm, and HIS WIFE!' She replies sternly.

'Okay, your daughter is very hungry, you will have to feed her,' the doctor said looking at her.

She feeds Saina, as the doctor drops a passing flirt. 'She is a strong kid, just like her DAD!'

To make matters worse, the doctor pinches his biceps before leaving.

'Where is your shirt Sameer ji?' Her tone angry.

'Nainu, Saina had stopped breathing, she was turning blue. Everyone who was present there, told me that she was DEAD! I held her to my chest and crushed her body against mine. I guess the tight squeeze unlocked her air-passage and she threw up the water that was in her lungs. She vomited a bit thereafter. My shirt got soiled, so I disposed off it!'

'Oh, then as soon as we are done here, I will be using the credit card of yours to get you another shirt!' anger evident in her voice.

'No Nainu, I am fine like this. Maybe for a change people will stop noticing the CUTE BABY and focus on the S*XY FATHER instead!' He winks at her.

'Sameer ji, will this marks go away?' Her voice perplexed.

'It will go away Nainu! But you know something, our Princess is still the prettiest little girl in the whole wide world!' He pinches Saina's nose.

An irritated Saina tries to slap his hand away, as she is drifting off to slumber land. 

He continues annoying the child by touching her face, pulling her ears and pinching her nose.

'Stop it Sameer ji, let her sleep!'

'Sorry Nainu, but that’s the thing I can’t let her do. She has HYPERTHERMIA, and we will have to keep her awake for 24 hours, until her body temperature stabilizes!'

She looks at her sleepy Princess and wonders, how they will be able to accomplish their mission?

'Nainu, I want you to see the doctor!'

'I am fine Sameer ji, and Saina needs me here, with her. And anyways the pain in my stomach, is gone!' She exclaims.

He takes the baby from her, carefully wraps her in a blanket, and gently rubs his nose against his daughter’s nose. 'Papa is taking you for a small walk sweetheart; because Mumma needs to see the doctor.'

'But Sameer ji, I said..' She trails off, only to cut by him. 'I told you to HAVE YOURSELF CHECKED! It's NOT A REQUEST!' He walks out with Saina.

She meets with the doctor and tells about her problem. The doctor immediately takes her for an ultrasound.

Naina have to wait a while, because another woman is having a scan done. When the lady came out, she gets shocked seeing Shivani.

Shivani gets surprised to see her. 'Hello, Naina di, how are you? It’s so nice to see you! But what are you doing here?'

She just stares at Shivani’s stomach, 'Sameer ji's?'

Shivu laughs hard on it, 'What? Our “relationship” never got to THAT LEVEL. And anyways, I wouldn’t have done THAT before marriage!'

She smiles and feels satisfied from inside, but doesn't show it.

'I am just 7 months pregnant. And I am going to have twins,' she said happily.

'So how did you met your husband? Why are you alone here? Where is he?' She asked her excited.

'Actually di, I came here for a small vacation with my friends and that’s how I met him in a party and fell in love with him. After that we got married in a small ceremony and I shifted here to be with him! No di, I am not alone. He will come just now,' she said and turning around, sees him coming. 'See, he is my husband Shakti Singh!'

He meets them and greets her. 'If you don’t mind I can give you lift to Mumbai!'

'No! It’s absolutely okay. You said this, is enough for us,' she politely refuses his proposal.

Just then, the doctor arrives takes her for the ultrasound.

After getting the ultrasound done, Naina came outside and takes Shivani and Shakti with her, to meet her daughter. They are very excited to meet Saina.
