Naina turned to see sameer lying on the floor lifelessly ......
But again she thought this is another drama of sameer she let out a fake surprise......
Na: wow ....sameer ab aap apane acting ka agala level  dikha rahe hain  mujhe... lekin am sorry main abhi tum par vishvaas karane vaala nahin hoon ....

Saying that she turned to walk out of the house....she about to step out of the house but on feeling no further reactions from sameer....she turned and went near sameer with worried face.....

Na: sameer..utto..Sameer kya hua...

Naina got now too much worried on seeing no reactions from sameer....tears started to flow from naina's eyes...she realised that sameer actually got faint....

She tried to wake him up ....but it seems her voice is not penetrating his ears....

Naina searched for water she saw a glass filled with water on the dining table she swiftly moved towards the table and took the glass....she  sprinkled  some water on his face...but he didn't get up......not knowing what to do...she rose her palm towards his cheeks ....her heart started to pump fast....but she ignored it...and gently tapped his cheek...
When her palm contacted his cheeks her hand felt a burning sensation...her eyes popped.....That's when she realized that he was actually having fever.....that too of high temperature.....

Her heart started to win over her brain....she started to realize what she had done to sameer....she tried to call
Someone for help bit nobody were there......she went out of the house and looked for someone at the gate but nobody were there .....

she went out of the house and started to  run towards the road ......that too on barefoot......

her feet got hurt but she didnt mind and just looked for an auto or any vehicle....just then she saw an auto going on opposite side...she shouted to stop the auto and explained the driver about sameer's situation....

Later naina and the driver both took the unconscious sameer to the near by hospital.....on the way sameer still didn't get conscious and this made naina to worry more...

The driver left after helping naina in admitting sameer in the hospital......naina was just crying .....tears were unstoppable 😭 😢.....though she was angry on sameer...her heart can't stop worrying for him.....

Doctors took Sameer to the emergency ward.....as he didn't open his eyes.....

The nurse came and asked her to pay the admission fees of rupees 200 so that they can start the treatment.....here naina doesn't know what she should do.....

She saw a ring in her hand..... she never removed that ring at any cost.....cause it was her mother's ring....though it was loose she tied thread and wore it....as its the only symbol of her mother....but now she didnt think once about that she just thought about sameer and his health....

Naina asked them to carry on with their treatment...and went out of the hospital ......

She saw a jewel shop and went inside the shop...and gave her ring to the shopkeeper....she was afraid 😨 because she is taking a big risk of her life....
Shopkeeper tested the metal if its original...naina felt that the shopkeeper is doubting her..
Na: chaacha yeh shuddh sone please mujhe yeh rakh kar paisa de deejie..mujhe 200 kee zarurat hai to please chaacha meree sthiti par vichaar karen...

Shopkeeper checked the ring again it had a centre stone and he tested it.
Shopkeeper(thoughts): yah angoothee ek heere kee angoothee lagatee hai..lekin vah sone kee baat kah rahee hai ... lagata hai ki use pata nahin hai ki yah ek heere kee angoothee hai ...

Shopkeeper smirked....

Shopkeeper: theek hai beta... bata rahe hain ki aapako paise kee zaroorat hai ..... main aapako 200 rupaye doonga ....

Meanwhile in PVKM school

Swati got worried for naina...because she didnt return to the school yet....and all the teachers who are entering the class ...first thing they do is look for naina...but mundit and swati somehow managed the situations....

It was shanthi teacher period ....when she entered she could sense naina missing..

Sh: swati....naina kahan hai?

Sw: wo....mam....wo library mein hai.....kuch books laane ke liye gaya....kal prayer assembly mein kuch speech taiyhar karne ke liye...

But shanthi teacher caught her...because just now she came from library and it was empty....but she thought to ask later....

Sh: theek hai....

Shanti teacher started to teach the lesson...but she could clearly sense something going on between swati and mundit.....

Where sometimes swati will be glaring at mundit and sometimes looking at naina's place with worried face....while mundit gave frightened look at swati 
on top of this.... mundit were not disturbing the class and stayed quiet which is unusual.....

Later the class got over...and shanthi teacher called swamundit to the staff room which was empty....

Shanthi teacher is sitting on her chair...while swamundit standing in front of her with their head down...

Sh: batao....naina kahan hai...?

Shanthi teacher asked them with a stern look...

Mundit: mam...wo....library...

Sh: joot mat bolo.... naina kahan hai....mujhe pata hai vah school mein nahi...hai....

Swati and mundit got shocked.....

Sh: sach batao ......mujhe pata hai....you don't want her to get into trouble haina...isliye puch raha hoon....batao mujhe  naina kahan hai....if principal gets to know then naina will be punished....I know she wouldn't have done anything wrong....par batao kya hua...?

Swati and mundit knows that shanthi teacher loved naina alot....but they were hesitant to tell the truth too...because in those days even we are pet to teachers there will be a small wall between students and teachers which is constructed with respect for elders....

Swati made her mind and decided to tell a lie....she doesnt want naina to get into trouble...she went near shanthi teacher's ears and talked slowly

Sw:  mam....wo...naina kee tabiyat theek nahin thee ... use achaanak ....mmm...periods ho gae ... khud ko saaph karane ke lie ..... vah apane ghar chalee gaee .....

Swati said with little hesitation because in those days its difficult for us to share this even with our mom ..then think about teachers....also she could sense mundit trying to hear them....hence she told in low  voice...

Sh: kya.......par naina aise nahi karegi.....agar vah theek nahin hai to vah mujhe bata sakatee haina(in low voice)

Here mundit dont know whats happening ...

Sh: accha theek hai....mein usse phone karke poochenge...naina ka phone number do....

Swati got shocked she didn't know what to do....shanti teacher again asked her....
And without thinking about the situation pandit gave naina's number....and he realised what he did...

Munna and swati glared at him...while shanti teacher dialed the number and waited for the call to be answered ......but her call weren't picked by anyone.....hence she hanged the phone...

Sh: pata nahi call kyun pick nahi kar raha hain.....mein usse baad mein call karoonga....tumlog jao ....(swamundit about to go but shanthi teacher stopped them)....aur haan agar koee teacher naina ke baare mein poochhate hain..to unhen bhee same jhooth bolana .... muje pata hai .... maine kaaha ki jhooth nahin bolana chaahie ... Par naina ko bachaane ke lie hamaare paas koee aur raasta nahin hai ...

Mundit and swati turned to go to class...

Mun: main yah vishvaas nahin kar sakta hai .... shaantee teacher ne hamen naina ke lie jhooth bolane ke lie kaha? ..... ponga main sapana nahi dekh raha hoona ..... 
Pan: yeh sach hai..munna.... mam have asked us to lie...

Sw: ajeeb hai yaar..... shanthi teacher ko naina par itanee chinta kyon hai ......

Just then she realised she spoke to mundit.....and without hearing their reply she straight away went inside the class....

In the jewel shop

The shopkeeper took 200 from his locker and about to give it to naina...but  a girls voice stopped him...naina turned behind and found preeti ..
Na: preeti....
Naina got shocked she couldn't react....while Preeti looked at naina confused...
Pr: naina....yeh sab kya hai..?

Naina couldnt meet her eyes with Preeti...
Na: preeti.....woh...Sameer....

Naina's eyes started to fill with tears...
Pr: Sameeer....Naina...Sameer ko kya hua..?

Na: pahale yah batao ki tumhen kaise pata chala ki main yahaan hoon ?

Pr: jab main break se class mein lauta to mainne dekha ki tum kaheen ja rahe the lekin  main tumhare paas pahunch se pehele tum cycle le gae aur chale gae .... mainne tumhe follow karane kee koshish kee lekin mera cycle puncture ho gaya aur main tumhare follow karane se chook gaya. tumhe khoj ne ke koshish kee .... lekin kuchh samay baad mainne tumhe auto mein kaheen jaate hue dekha aur pata chala ki tum is taraph aae the .... aur tumhe yahaan mila ... ab mujhe batao ki tum yahaan kya kar rahe ho ..?

Naina explained all that happened in sameer's house.....how she heard karthik's convo and how she slapped and accused sameer for the things...
Preeti got angry on naina.....but she doesnt want to show that now...because she knows naina is guilty now for sameer.....
Pr: lekin tum yahaan kyon aae?

Na: is angoothee ko giravee rakhakar paisa praapt karana ke liye aaya

Preeti looked at her unbelievably ...because she never ever gave that ring to anybody not even to her...but today she is doing something which is unbelievable just for sameer....

Pr: naina tu pagal hogaya ya kya.....agar papa tumse is angoothee ki baare mein poochhate hain to tum kya karenge ...? yah tumhare mom kee angoothee hai ....

Na: Pata hai PReeti par kya karoon..mujhe sameer ka hospital admission ke lie 200 rupaye chaahie, main kahaan jaoonga ...

Pr: Main hoona...ek minute mere saath aaja......

Preeti took the ring and naina with her 

Shopkeeper: Arey beta agar tum chaaho to main 210 rupaye bhee doonga

Preeti gave a confused look to the shopkeeper...but for now the need to pay sameer's admission so she didnt think about the shpkeeper's behaviour..

Preeti: chacha humare paas paisa hai..

and she took naina with her outside the shop and took some money from her bag...

Na: Preeti how did you?

Preeti smiled....

Pr: I took it from our savings which we received as gift from our relatives...we thought to get gift for our arjun bhaiyya right? isalie mainne is paise ko apane saath le liya ...

Naina hugged preeti with tears.. ...

Na: Preeti..sach mein you are my saviour...

and they went to the hospital...

In city hospital...

Naina paid the admission fees for sameer and treatment started.....

Doctor went inside the emergency ward to check on sameer 

Out side the room naina went into her thoughts

Naina  saw  sameer through the hole in glass door......she  saw his face is pale and breathing with little difficulty..

Naina worried as sameer lying on bed still unconscious...suddenly she went into her thoughts....
She imagined herself in a park where sameer holding a basket full of flowers and throwing the flowers on the way she is  walking....

Naina's eyes started to shed tears 😢 😭.....she saw him standing there with beautiful smile singing those lovely lines for her  and she adored his cute face.....she immediately ran towards him and hugged him tightly...

He made her sit on the flower bed and took a rose and stuffed it into naina's hair...then he touched his forehead with hers..suddenly naina felt pain on her forehead and realized that she hit her head on the glass door imagining that to be sameer..

Naina started to remember how he prevented her from falling down in the first meet....when she lost her shoes how sameer got new shoes for her....how he made her father to give a speech on her in the function...but what did she do she just slapped him....not only him...but she slapped on his love ...affection...she saw a tra with operation equipments she took the surgical blade and held it tightly.....where blood started to ooze out ...

she suddenly saw her hand being taken by someone ...she saw sameer in front of her singing again for her ...he panicked on seeing the blood ..he caressed her hand softly to sooth her pain.....

he bent down slightly to kiss her hand....he took a white cloth and started to wrap her palm which was cut by looking deep into her eyes...naina just stared at sameer without blinking...and sameer gave a wink at her and smiled lightly ...but got a smash on her forehead and realized that it was Preeti who bandaged her hand...

Preeti took naina into the doctor to band-aid her hand properly...she saw sameer wearing the white coat and examined her hand ...she looked at him confused but saw his lips which twitched on seeing the cut....suddenly sameer kept the cotton dipped in tincture and kept it on the wound....she closed her eyes on feeling the sharp pain...

Sameer held her hand and made her stand over a flower bed decorated with daisy and roses...he collected some flowers and gathered it togetherand started to blew it on naina's face.....

He started to shower naina with flowers...and naina adored the cute facial expressions of sameer.

Sameer held naina's hand and started to run along with her on a small mountain...

while naina made sameer to sit on a rock and collected few flowers and started to shower it on sameer's legs......and sameer just held her hands and kissed  on her palms...

Sameer came near naina..while naina moved little forward due to shyness...again sameer chased naina and she did the same..

Sameer pulled her towards him...naina feel on his chest ...he caressed her cheeks and touched his forehead with her and started to stare at her while naina lost in his eyes..

Sameer kissed her forehead then he came to her cheeks and kissed them.....he then kissed her eyes and then he came towards her lips...naina saw sameer's eyes on her lips she stiffened on that but she got shooked by someone and opened her eyes to see doctor fully bandaided her palm and preeti grinning at her..

They came out of the doctor room 

Naina blushed hard and Preeti grinned at naina as she caught her thoughts..but suddenly remembered how naina cut her palm..

Pr: Naina...why did you do like this ...

Na: Kya karun Preeti I am the reason for his this condition......when compared to his this state this pain is nothing...

Preeti got irritated wi

th naina's behaviour because she knows naina is short tempered but this time naina reacted way too much...

Pr: kya tum guilty feel kar rahe ho ya humanity  ... jo tum nahi karana chaahie vah tumne kiya ... ab tum is tarah ka vyavahaar kyon kar rahe ho ......?

Preeti bursted out.....yeah she was angry on sameer but more than that she is angry on naina now...because naina had always been correctside in everything...but how could she commit this type of mistake...she didnt even gave a chance for sameer to explain himself...

Naina looked at Preeti...she could understand Preeti's anger on her...

Na: Preeti ... jab kaartik ne sameer par accuse kiya to mujhe nahin pata tha ki mujhe kya hua.... mera gussa badh gaya ... aur gusse mein mujhe pata nahin kya kya kaha ... gussa ne mujhe andha bana diya ... bajaay dil kee baat sunakar mainne apane dimaag kee baat sunanee shuroo kar dee ... ab mere gusse  gaayab hogaya Preeti... mera dil mujhe sameer ke upar vishvaas karane ke lie keh raha hai ... bata rahi  hai ki voh galtee par nahin hai .... mujhe usee ke sach ko samajhaane ka mauka dene ke liye kaha raha hai

Preeti hugged her....and consoled her...They saw doctor come out of the emergency ward....

Dr: Patient is still unconscious his breath isnt stable....only after some hours we will be able to tell ....i have got some important case so will meet you soon..

Saying that the doctor went from there leaving a worried naina and preeti..

It almost became evening...

Mundit tried to talk to swati but they couldn't....swati still avoided them..and it hurted them especially munna...while pandit searched for Preeti...but he couldnt see her as well...with worried face they reached Maheshwari mansion and searched for sameeer...

Mu: Sameer.....

Pan:Sameer....

Mu: Arey ponga Sameer kahaan chala gaya? main jaanana chaahata hoon ki kya hua...?.. naina ne use kya bataaya tha aur vah school kyon nahin lautee ...?

Pan: Mujhe bhee dar lag raha hai Chenu.

Suddenly Pandit's eyes fell on a chit under the glass on the dining table and he immediately picked it...He read it and he got shocked...

Pan: Munna.....yahaan aao....

Munna also read the chit and got shocked...

Mu: Kya sameer in city hospital...?Pandit yeh toh naina ka handwriting haina...?

Pan: Haan Munna...pahale hospital jaenge ... ab sachmuch dar lag raha hain...mujhe

They reached the hospital and saw naina there sitting with Preeti...and they sensed that sameer is in the room opposite to naina.....He saw doctor coming out of the room...and walked towards naina...

Dr: who are you and what relation he share with you....?
Naina couldnt speak anything how can she tell that he is her boyfriend whom she loves to the core...here mundit saw naina not telling anything and they misunderstood her that she doesnt even want to tell others that sameer is her friend...

Munna got angry as he is now thinking that naina is responsible for sameer's condition.......

But naina didnt answer as she remembered how preeti called sameer as her boy friend....and with that she blushed...Preeti saw naina lost and she know exactly what she is thinking..?

Dr: beta...batao...
Preeti hit her shoulder and Naina came into her sense....

Na: I am his friend.....

Doctor gave a slight smile...which she couldnt understand...here mundit were just watching the things goig on..

Dr: Luckily aapane use samay par admit kar liya .... he got panic attack... pahale se hee vah apane tej bukhaar ke kaaran kamajor hai ....... aur ab panic attack ke vajase vah bahut kamajor aur behosh ho gaya .... ..

Naina and Preeti got shocked....while Mundit got afraid..

Naina: panic attack......

Dr: do you know if he has got this attack before......

Naina nodded in no....unable to understand what's goingon.....while mundit just exchanged worried looks because they know that sameer has already got panic attack

Dr: theek hai, mujhe lagata hai ki yah pahalee baar nahin hai ...(after a pause)....dont worry he is alright now... aap ab use dekh sakate hain ..... usakee achchhee tarah se kayal rak .... aur haan .... use ab aaraam kee zaroorat hai ....aur make sure that you don't tell or remind anything that will panic him ok?

Naina nodded in yes and gave a light smile to doctor...

Naina turned to go but stopped and preeti kept her hand on her shoulder...

Pr: Behen kya hua?

Na: Sameer ko meree vajah se panic attack  ho gaya... karthik ki accusations sunkar..... main hyper ho gaya aur sameer par chillaaya ... main bahut bura hoon ... preeti ...

Naina hugged preeti...and cried her heart out..while Mundit got shocked on hearing the name Amritha and they got to know about sameer's condition...

Pr: naina tum bure nahin hoon .....circumstances made you to do that...lekin ab tum use dekhna chaahiye....go naina...

 Naina wiped her tears and about to go inside the room ...but stopped by munna...

Mu: stop naina...nakalee days nahin dikha......

Naina got shocked to see Munna looking at her angrily and beyond that he is talking rudely with her...

Pr: tum kya kah rahe ho..?

Mu:The truth that she never cared for sameer...
