Ugh my head hurts. I just realized that I didn't change into pj's or brush my teeth or get under the covers or even lock my door. Luckily, it's a Thursday today so no work! I relax a bit more and thank god that I didn't get robbed in the middle of the night.
That probably would have been bad. I get up groggily with a slight headache and make my way over to my bathroom right outside my room. I accidentally stub my toe on my way over to the door somehow and let out a couple swears. Once the throbbing stops I grab a towel off of the counter that I used last week. I strip down into the nude and step in, closing the shower curtain as I do. I crank the knob up to hot and pull the knobby thingy that's on the knob- whatever, I think you know what I'm talking about. The water feels so good against my skin as the problems float away. I wonder why the world turns. I don't remember that from school. Most of the things I learned in school I have not used yet. Aren't clouds pretty. Cats are pretty. Flowers are pretty. Crystal is pretty. Valentines are pretty- wait what!? Did I seriously just think that!? No no no, I don't like her, she is just a really pretty friend that's all! No more nope! Heh. Wait, how long have I been in here? Huh, I should probably pay more attention next time. I look down and reach for my shampoo until I see a great big Roach sitting on top of the bottle. I freeze for a second. HEH WHO NEEDS SHAMPOO ANYWAYS!?!? I reach forward and quickly squash the disgusting insect with my bare hand. God damit! Fuck gross! I wash all the residue off my hand and pick up the bottle. Oops, I forgot to pick up more at the store. It takes a few attempts, but I finally get just enough out to wash my hair and scrub it into my scalp. Ahh, this is nice. No little kids screaming or hostile coworkers, just warmth and peace. I quickly lather my body up with the body soap and turn off the water. Suddenly I hear a knock on my front door. Great. "Who is it?" "It's just me, Crystal! Can ya let me in?" Wonder why she's here? "It's open!" I really don't bother to dry off and just wrap the towel around my waist so I'm still dripping wet. I step out of the room as a wave of cold air blasts me and I start to shiver. "Hey Crystal! What's up?" I ask here. She takes one step closer to me and stops. Her eyes get big as she looks me up and down then shakes her head. "U-uh I-I just came over b-because . . . uh . . . uh . . ." I make a gesture for her to go on. "Uh it's Thursday w-we go shopping on Thursday usually ya know?" "Oh! Sorry I've had a lot on my mind lately and I just forgot, I'll get dresses and be right back." "Hey would it be Ok if I took a quick a shower here?" I give her a thumbs up with my free hand and walk into my room. I put on a blue shirt, jeans, boxers and socks before walking back out. I try to dry my hair best I can but it is really wet. "Uh oh. Uh, Sam?" "Yeah?" I answer heading over to the door. "I forgot a towel. Can you maybe just slip one in real quick?" My face starts to get hot as I just stare at the door. "Uh, Sam?" "S-sure no problem!" I grab one of the softer towels I own out the tiny closet and knock on the bathroom door. Now I know I should have told her before hand that the bathroom door is broken and opens both ways, but she has been here before so I thought this would not be a problem . . . boy was I wrong. I slip on some water on the wood floor and fall just as she opens the door and my foot pushes the door and she falls right on top of me, both of us sprawled on the floor. Me with a beautiful, naked girl on top of me. Yeah that didn't end so well.
