Well this is Chain... he's a sadistic asshole... who wants to take over the multivers...
He uses chains to attack and each  link is a different universe if that chain link were to be snapped that universe will die a horrible death...
(Tbh... he's not my character... one of my friend's... and yes... he's a Sans...)

Melody: this guy is an Asshole! He will just use you... then when he's done... *makes a motion of a knife slitting someone's throat*

Don't ask me why... he seems a bit over powered... because I don't know myself sense he's not my character...
