When I returned to Konoha,we were greeted by a shocking news. A bad news that tore our hearts. No,it was only me. They all knew. We came in time for a funeral. Asuma's funeral.

"W-Why didn't you tell me,daddy?" I asked.

"I didn't want you to be upset..yet. I want you to enjoy a little while with Gaara" He said avoiding my gaze.

I gulped and returned home to change into black clothes. A black fitting sleeveless top with fishnet elbow sleeves and a knee length black skirt with several fishnet lines at the end of the skirt. I wore my usual boots and tied my hair into a messy bun with two senbon needles to hold it in place.

Kurenai was sobbing. I held her and cried with her. Hinata embraced her. Daddy squeezing my shoulders. Ino,Shikamaru and Choji held on to each other.

Everyone is dying.. One by one..

I can't protect them..

~1 WEEK LATER~

Daddy,Naruto,Yamato and Team 8 went to kill Hidan and Kakuzu. They are a part of the Akatsuki who killed Asuma. I wanted to go,but I wasn't allowed to. I was asked to take care of Kurenai with Hinata for the time being and working in the hospital as usual.

In the evening,they came back beaten up with great news. They killed Kakuzu and trapped Hidan in the Nara Forest without his full body. I congratulated them and healed them in the hospital.

Much to my annoyance,they refused to stay in the hospital earning a punch on the head for each of them. I sighed,knowing how stubborn they are and let them go as long as they promised to come for check up.

Just when I was about to leave the hospital for some rest,an ANBU stopped me. I mentally sighed tiredly.

"The Hokage requests your presence." He said and poof away.

"I wonder.." I vanished in a swirl of cherry blossoms.

I appeared in front of the Hokage door to find my team and Hinata,Kiba and Shino.

"Come in" A muffled voice ordered from the other side of the door.

We stepped inside and closed the door.

"Yes,Hokage-sama?" Daddy started.

"You may have the whereabouts of Sasuke. Recently,there have been sightings of Itachi and his partner,Kisame." Tsunade-sama looked at me as I tensed a little. "We believe Sasuke and his team will find for them,so keep track of these two Akatsuki members."

"Hai,Hokage-sama" We bowed.

"You will leave tomorrow. Dismissed" She said as she tossed a scroll to daddy. With that,we retreated outside.

"I'm going to bring teme back once and for all! Believe it!" Naruto exclaimed.

"He is strong,Naruto. Very strong. His chakra is.. Very intense." I said sadly. "He has changed. He won't come back. Face it,Naruto."

"No,I'll bring him back. That's a promise." He said.

I stared at him for awhile and shook my head with a smile plastered on my face. This is Naruto we are talking about. He will kick Sasuke's ass when I can't. I smirked and walked home for a quick bath.

I'm going to see Sasuke again..

Maybe I shouldn't bath,yet. I'll train for awhile. I thought and nodded to myself.
