Just so everyone knows this takes place a year after the nine tails attack. Making Sakura a year younger than the Rookie 9.

Approaching the front gates of Konoha an exhausted Kakashi didn't know what to expect. Being gone for a little over a year then returning covered in dirt, blood, and who knows what else, he was unsure of the reactions the villagers would give him. But when he glanced down to what he held in his arms, he smiled because he knew in that moment it was all worth it.

Upon entering the Village he hoped not to see the guards on duty, but just his luck they were there asleep. Then without wasting anymore precious time he disappeared into thin air.

<IN THE HOKAGE TOWER>

As the Third was just finishing the last of his paper work for the day someone seemed to appear in his office. He rather curiously looked up from his desk to see a blood covered Kakashi holding which appears to be some sort of blanket in his arms and looked a little closer realizing what exactly that blanket was holding.

"What's her name?" The Hokage asked.

"Sakura, Sakura Hakate."  Kakashi replied.

The Hokage's eyes widened at the reply. Then asked "care to explain how this came to be?"

With that Kakashi explained how when he left a year and a half ago he was headed towards the mist when he  happened to bump into a women who seemed to be slightly frighten and covered in blood. He asked her if she needed help or anything in general. Looking at her she seemed to be about his age '16' he questioned her as to why she was covered in blood and she began to explain everything. Being that she was the last of her clan due to  the bloodline limit massacre in Kirigakure. She was returning home from a mission she was ambushed by her very own villages shinobi and that just barely managed to escape and that she's been on the run from hunter nin for a week now... which lead her to there.

Kakashi then went on to say how he calmed her down and that over next couple of month they grew close, months later she gave birth.. but little did they know hunter nin where hot on their trail. The made their presence known just after she finished resting and turned to him to tell him to run with the child back to his Village saying he would be able to give her a better life. That's when he took off full speed fighting every urge to stay and fight.

Kakashi paused for a moment.

"It took me two straight days non stop to finally reach the village" kakashi stated.

The Hokage took in all of the information that was given and then asked "What is the mother's clan"

"Haruno." He replied
