Good Lord Child
It had only been one night since you got home from the hospital, and currently you were laying in bed trying not to move so your new stitches wouldn't be pulled but there was one thing bothering and keeping you from sleeping in. Adilene. Sighing as you contemplated getting out of bed you groaned in worry of your monster daughter. She was being way to quiet for your liking. Grunting and hissing as you accidentally pulled at your stitches littering your body in your effort to get up out of bed, you reached for your crutches and slowly made your way down the hall and to your kitchen where a massive mess awaited you. Mouth dropping to the floor at the mess you looked from the goop dripping from the ceiling, to the mountain of dishes everywhere, and to the black charred remains of scrambled eggs on the stove top. Slowly turning to your fridge where your doll like daughter was rummaging around with an arm full of different things and ingredients for only heaven knows what she was planning to make, when she finally noticed you. "Wha- Mommy you were supposed to stay in bed! Why are you out here!? I was gonna make you breakfast in bed and everything!" Adilene screamed dropping everything in her arms to run over to you and push against your crutches knowing that she couldn't push against your body because of your stitches and bruises. When your doorbell rang, turning to it with a sigh you turned to answer it with Adilene still complaining about your ruined surprise. Opening the door and pausing at the sight of Angie standing with her arms crossed and a hip popped out you squinted suspiciously at her. Pulling a face at your neighbor you made to shut the door on her. "Don't you dare shut the door on me!" She screamed slamming herself against the wood to keep it from shutting in her face. Grunting at her and knowing you couldn't fight to shut the door with your injuries you sighed and grabbed your notepad and pen from the small table by your front door. ~What do you want Angie? You wrote, making the blonde click her tongue as she stepped back from your door. "Well isn't it obvious? I'm here to help mor- ahem (First/Name). I saw the Hero Association's cars dropping you off yesterday night, so it's obvious that you need help." Angie explained flipping her hair matter of factly as you and Adilene glanced at each other then gave Angie a deadpan stare. "Rriigghhtt, and this has nothing to do with mommy knowing a bunch of heroes?" Adilene asked carefully, hugging your leg as your neighbor bristled at being called out. "Gah, shut your monster looking mouth brat! Can't you see I'm here out of the goodness of my heart? My dear mute neighbor's been attacked and injured, how could I leave a sad sight alone without knowing how she's doing?" Angie asked, making you twitch in anger. ~Sorry but I have Adilene to take care of me and Saitama to check up on us. So bye. You wrote moving to shut the door again as Angie hissed. "Don't be a heartless biotch! I'm here to help!" She seethed slamming her hand on your front door to keep it open when two familiar men turned down the pathway leading to your home. Noticing them and grinning "Mister Saitama and useless guy! You're here!" Adilene yelled shoving the bitchy blonde aside to sprint over to the bald hero who easily lifted the girl up onto his arm as she then pouted. "Saitama mommy ruined the breakfast surprise! And then Angie came and made it worse!" She complained as the said man turned to you then glanced at the seething blonde. "How dare you say such a thing! And after I went through the trouble of coming here and say I'd help you!" She screamed making you grimace back at her volume before she then stormed away pushing past Genos who stared after her annoyedly. Sighing again at your neighbors attitude, you then smiled and waved at the two as they came up to your front door. ~Hey what are you guys going here so early in the morning? You asked as Saitama shrugged. "Come to see if you needed help with anything." He said as you pursed your lips and turned to glance at your destroyed kitchen and then at the thought of Jino hatching from her cocoon any day now. Nodding as you moved to let the two in. ~Yeah, I could use a little help. You wrote leading Saitama and Genos over to your kitchen with a small embraced smile as Adilene grinned leaning out from Saitama's arm to look directly at him. "I was making mommy breakfast in bed!" She happily announced as Saitama put her drown to scratch his head before turning to his disciple. "Hey mind cleaning this up? I'll help (First/Name) over here." He said pointing over to Adilenes room that had Jino's cell housed on her night stand. Squinting a bit at the bald hero. ~You're not planning to poke at Jino again are you? You asked getting the corners of your hero's mouth to twitch up a little. "Nah, just want to see if she's going to come out yet." He said letting the glass sounding child take his hand and lead him to her room as she started chattering on about what Jino might look like when she comes out. Nodding to Genos as he found one of your aprons to start cleaning up Adilene's mess you followed Saitama and your daughter to her room. "Mommy how much longer until Jino comes out!" Adilene asked jumping up on to her bed to lean on her nightstand to look at the housing cell sitting on top of it, while Saitama squatted down to poke at it. Using your notepad to smack him upside the head. ~Are you serious!? Stop poking at Jino's cell! You wrote pulling Saitama back from the thin pale yellow cell when a tearing sound made the room go quiet.
