Falling to the ground due to the force of ramming into the door, you held the little marionette monster close as you quickly got up and sprinted away from the hero infested ride. Stopping near a balloon popping game to catch your breath you felt the little doll girl tightly hug you. Looking down at her then at your surroundings you crawled over the stand to hide under the counter. Turning back to the marionette you carefully wiped her eyes and nose with your non bloody sleeve as she quietly hiccuped. Hushing her you lightly rubbed her back. 'That was to close for comfort. Had I waited a second longer those hero's would have gotten her.’ You thought moving just enough to peek over the counter but squeaked when you saw Saitama leaning on the counter to look down at both you and the little monster. “I told you you were a monster magnet.” He said easily lifts the booth away from you and off to the side. Gasping in surprise you hugged the living marionette closer as she began to shake at how strong Saitama was. ~Please don't hurt her, Saitama. She's just a little child who's scared and doesn't understand what happened to her. You wrote sadly looking from your hero to the child huddled in your lap. Tilting his head to stare at you. “But that monster attacked you earlier. And if froze a bunch of people too.” Saitama said turning his head to look around. Biting your lip ~I know that, but she didn't know how to control her abilities! She didn't mean to do anything! You wrote pleadingly just as you heard other heroes voices getting closer. Gasping you held the little doll girl closer as the bald male suddenly scooped you up bridal style. “Hold on tight to the girl (F/N). I'll take you home so we can talk more about this.” Saitama whispered in your ear before crouching down and leaping off the ground. Feeling your stomach roll with the sudden movement you shut your eyes and held the marionette as close as possible as she let a blood curdling scream out. After ten minutes of hopping around the city Saitama finally landed a block away from from your house. Moving to let you down before deciding other wise. “Hey you can open your eyes now.” Saitama said as you peeked your eyes open. Letting a shaky breath out you looked at the little monster in your arms to see her now curiously looking around. Reaching your front door before finally putting you down the bald male slowly opened his arms as you gently shifted the marionette from your arms to his to unlock the door. “Why are we here?” The little monster asked in a broken voice looking up to Saitama then at you as the three of you headed inside. Closing the door behind everyone you smiled as Jino came crawling in whooping happily. “It looks like your bug has gotten bigger.” Saitama said lightly putting the doll monster don't. ~Yeah I think should start making some sort of holding cell so she can turn into a bee You wrote watching as the two monsters slowly inched closer to each other. Grabbing you just above the elbow and pulling you into the kitchen. “What's your plan now? You got the doll away from the other heros. Are you going to try and keep it like it's your child now?” Saitama asked lowly trapping you against the counter as he leaned in close so the small marionette wouldn't hear him. Shrinking in on yourself a bit. ~I haven't thought that far. But yes, I'm not going to abandoned her. You wrote looking away from the yellow and white clad hero as he leaned back and groaned a bit. “Your not thinking this through, your young single and I'm certain your not ready to adopt a child especially a monster child. The Hero Association knows about Jino but have let it slide because me and Genos told them to. But their not going to stand for a civilian taking in monsters left and right.” Saitama said seriously crossing his arms as you looked down. Biting your inner lip ~No one ever really is ready to have children, even if you plan for them! And I'm sorry I'm getting you in trouble but that little girl was human. She was turned into a monster, I'm not going to abandon her. You wrote trying to argue with the bald man as he shook his head as he turned to leave not even reading your note. Sucking in a breath you stepped forward grabbing Saitama’s arm. “Please don't take her away.” You said in a broken voice feeling your eyes start to water at how weird your voice sounded to you. Stopping before slowly turning back to you and seeing the heartbreak in your eyes, Saitama sighed holding the bridge of his nose. Looking back up at you and wrapping his arms around you to lightly Pat your hair. “I'll see watch I can do. But I'm going to check in every day either by phone or coming here in person. If anything happens I'll have the Association take them away.” Saitama said lifting your chin to look into your watery eyes before lightly dragging a finger over you cheek to dry to wetness before stepping back and leaving your home. Standing alone in your kitchen you slowly hugged yourself have your mind run a mile a second when a “Are you going to be my momma now?” made you look up at the living marionette who was partly peeking out from behind the wall. Smiling lightly and crouching to her level you nodded opening your arms to her. Hugging the doll close as she ran into your embrace you lightly patted her head as she looked up at you. “I'm sorry for biting you. I was scared.” She whispered quietly trying not to have her voice breaker and crack. Smiling lovingly you nodded and picked up your new daughter and walked into your living room to find Jino curled up in her basket asleep.
