No she does have a Father who is alive, it's just I've been told that they can't get ahold of him beacuse he's away overseas, and as of that there's no family members here, no relatives who they can call on one for help, said Ami."

"I see, even if I could try to get in contact with the father, I believe it would be no a good choice, he would probably be very busy not to mention to drop everything and get a flight back to Japan as well for this and where he could be, said Saori."

Ending Fun Fact: It says on the Wiki Fandom of Sailor Moon, that Manami could have been named after Touru Furuya's daughter, who had turned one years old the day before the episode aired in Japan, And your may also Touru Furuya, as the voice of Pegasus Seiya himself!
