It has been one week since the Desai family visited the Sharma family. During this whole week, everyone was focusing on their work because they want to fully enjoy the engagement.

Shravani is busy with her university life, Avi is busy with his company as well as Varun and Advika is busy with her studio.

IN THE UNIVERSITY OF SHRAVANI

"Bro!!!! Today's lectures were tiring as hell!! Ughh I need a long break," Shravani sighed.

"Hana yaar! Socha tha NEET ke baad to maze hi maze, but yeah! (We thought after NEET it was going to be all fun)," Samiksha said.

"I know, right!! Let's go home now," Shravani said. Samiksha nodded and started packing her bag.

Shravani's phone rang, and it was Shreya. She picked it up.

"Hello! Shravani, yaar, tere classes khatam ho gaye kya? (Are your classes over?)" Shreya asked.

"Ha, abhi just (Yes, just now)," she replied.

"Toh sun na, main aur Aahan engagement ki shopping ke liye ja rahe the, so tu bhi chal na (Me and Aahan are going shopping for the engagement, you should come)," she suggested.

"Are yaar, tum dono love birds mein main aakar kya karu? (I don't want to come between you two love birds)," Shravani said.

"It's not like that. Guru is also coming, and I also want you to come, pleaseeeee," Shreya requested.

"Accha baba, thik hain, ati hun (Ok, I am coming)," she said.

"Ok, thank you, bestie!! By the way, Guru will come to pick you up as I am coming with Aahan," Shreya exclaimed happily.

"Okok!" Shravani chuckled.

"What happened?" Samiksha asked, placing her hand on Shravani's shoulder.

"Nothing, just going shopping with Shreya for her dress!" she said.

"Okay then, how are you going there?" Samiksha asked. "Guru is coming here," she replied. Samiksha nodded her head, and they both went outside to the university gate together.

"Bye, bestie!! Will meet you tomorrow!!" Samiksha said as her driver arrived. Shravani waved back.

She called Guru. "Oye, pagal, kaha hain tu? Main adhe ghante se wait kar rahi hun! Aur aisa mat bolna ki tujhe mera university ka time pata nahi tha! (Oi, idiot, where are you? I have been waiting for half an hour here. And don't tell me you didn't know my university's timing)," she thought to tease him.

"Chal jhuthi! Agar jhut bolna bhi tha to aaspas dekh kar bolti! Main to 5 minute pehle hi aa gaya tha! Socha aaj tere se ache tarike se behave karunga, par nahi (Liar! If you want to lie, then at least you should look around yourself! I came here 5 minutes early. I thought I would behave nicely with you today, but no!!)" he said with a done face.

That's when she saw him near his car. She sheepishly smiled and went towards him.

"Are baba, ab itna bhi mat chid. Chal, Shreya wait kar rahi hogi (Oh, now don't get so angry. Let's go; Shreya must be waiting for us!)" she said and opened the back door of the car but was surprised to see the person inside.

"Aruuuuu!!" she exclaimed and hugged Arvi tightly. Arvi just chuckled at her excited behavior.

"How are you, di?" Arvi asked her excitedly. "I am all good! Yaar, we have to catch up on soooo many things. Let's just talk," she replied.

Meanwhile, Guru, who got ignored by both girls, just looked at them like, 'Am I invisible to you guys?'

"Acha, ab chale hum? Ki aap dono ko yahi batchit karni hain? (Shall we go now? Or do you both want to talk here only?)" he said with a sarcastic smile.

"Jealous!!" both girls said and high-fived.

"Whatever," he said and started the car towards the mall. The girls were talking nonstop.

"Diii, yaar, mujhe bhi milna tha hamari bhabhi se (Sis, I also wanted to meet Advika)," she pouted.

"Ohh, Aru!! You will meet her at the engagement, don't worry, baby," Shravani said, squeezing her cheek.

"Ohh, mohtarma ji, pahuch gaye hum, utro ab (Oh ladies, we have reached. Come out now)," Guru said.

The girls came out of the car and headed towards the mall along with Guru. After 5 minutes, they met Shreya and Aahan and also... Varun.

Shravani side-hugged Shreya, and Arvi also hugged her tightly while Shreya just chuckled at her cute behavior.

"Ab yaad aai na Arvi tujhe meri? (Oh, now you remembered me, Arvi)?" Shreya asked her.

"Di, I was so busy, but I will take some time off as it's Avi Bhai's engagement," she exclaimed.

"Okay, okay, baba," Shreya said, ruffling her hair. While Arvi and Aahan did a sibling-like hug.

"By the way, Aru, meet Advika di's younger brother, Varun!" He introduced both of them. Both of them shook hands.

"Then where is our bhabhi, Advika di?" she said, looking here and there. "Ah, Adu, tension mat le. Main 4-5 din mein bhabhi ke studio me jaane wali hun, to tu bhi mil lena (Ah, Adu, don't worry. I am going to Advika di's studio in 4-5 days, then you will meet her)," Shravani said.

"Yeahhh!! Now let's do shopping!!" Arvi said with enthusiasm. Everyone chuckled at her behavior.

"But Shreya, meri shopping to main baad mein karne wali thi (But Shreya, I was going to do my shopping later)," Shravani said.

"Are yaar, abhi aa hi gaye hain, to aaj hi kar lena! Waise bhi kaha phir shopping karte baithegi. Tu aunty ko phone karke bolde ki tu teri shopping aaj hi karne wali hain (Hey, since you're already here, why not do it today! Anyway, when will you go shopping later? Call Aunty and tell her that you're going to do your shopping today)," Shreya said.

"Okay then, what are we waiting for? Let's go!!" Arvi said, holding the wrists of Shreya and Shravani and starting to run towards the store. They both chuckled and followed her. The boys also followed them from behind.

AT THE STORE

"Wow!! I don't know why, but I always feel energetic when I do shopping!" Arvi said, scanning the area.

"So should we do your shopping now?" Guru asked, coming from behind.

"Of course, baby!!" she said and dragged him towards some section. He looked back at the rest of them and mouthed, "I am dead," because whenever they shopped together, Arvi took a lot of time.

Aahan chuckled and said, "Guru to gaya! (Guru is doomed!)"

"Okay, okay, leave them. Shall we go now?" Shreya asked, and the three of them nodded.

Now Shravani, Aahan, and Varun were sitting on a sofa where Shreya was showing them the dresses she selected. But Aahan was not liking any of them. So he got up and dragged Shreya with him to look at other options.

Here, Varun and Shravani remained there. There was a kind of awkward silence between them. Shravani decided to break it.

"Did you come here for your shopping or with Aahan Bhai?" she asked, as she thought he would do his shopping with Advika.

"Oh no-no. Mein sirf Aahan ke saath aaya tha. Ab use mana kaise karta? Best friend jo thehra (Oh no, no. I just came here with him. How could I refuse? He's my best friend, after all)," Varun stated.

Shravani chuckled lightly. "Aahan Bhai and Shreya are the same," she said.

"By the way, you said that you were going to visit Di's studio. Any specific reason?" Varun asked her.

"Oh, actually, wo mummy ko kuch dena tha bhabhi ko, so wo boli ki de aao. Aur waise bhi mere college ke paas hi hain bhabhi ka studio (Oh, actually, Mom needed to give something to Bhabhi, so she asked me to deliver it. And anyway, Bhabhi's studio is right near my college)," she explained.

"Ohh!-" he was going to say something further when Aahan cleared his throat.

"Sorry, but did we disturb you?" he asked with a smirk.

Shravani smiled sarcastically and said, "Bhai, wo actually hum yahi baat kar rahe the ki aap dono itne der se the kaha?" She said.

"It's a secret, you are too young to know," he said winking.

Shreya blushed and hit him hard on the back. "Owww!! Baby, shadi ke pehle hi pati ko mar dogi kya? (Baby, are you going to kill me before our wedding?)" he dramatically said.

"Toh aisi waisi bate bolna band karo! (Then stop saying nonsense)" She remarked. "Anyway Shravu, my shopping is done, now it's your turn," Shreya said.

"Are Shreya, iski shopping ke liye toh Hume kids section mein jana hoga (Hey Shreya, for her shopping, we'll have to go to the kids' section)," he said, but all three of them looked at him with a done face. "Okok, now don't look at me like that. I was just joking," he defended.

"Anyway, I have selected some dresses for you. Try them," Shreya said, handing her some dresses and pushing her towards the changing room.

When she came out, the three of them examined her dress. "Umm nope, this is too simple," Shreya said, handing her another dress.

After trying on 5 or 6 dresses, she got tired. "Yaar, how many dresses do I have to try? I am not liking any of them," she pouted.

"Hmm, this is difficult now. Wait, the three of us will select something and come back. Let's go, boys," Shreya said, heading to another section with Aahan and Varun.

After some time, Shreya and Aahan returned and handed her two dresses. "I brought this one and Aahan brought this one. Now go on, try them!" Shreya said.

But the dresses didn't suit her taste. So she tiredly sat down on the sofa. That's when Varun came with a stunning dress.

"Wow! Yaar Varun, teri choice to badi acchi hain! (Wow Varun, your choice is great)," Aahan said.

"Ha, itni sundar hai dress. (Yeah, it's such a pretty one). Go bae, try it on," Shreya said.

Shravani went inside the changing room and wore the dress, and she loved it so much. She came out and showed the three of them her dress. They liked it, and their shopping was finally done.

VARUN'S POV

When I saw that dress, I knew it would suit her. I picked it up and went towards where the others were. She was sitting there, tired after trying on so many dresses.

Shreya and Aahan liked it, but I was anxious about whether she would like it or not. And when she came out wearing that dress, I swear to God she looked breathtaking. I was just lost in her. And she also liked it.

I don't know what's happening to me. Anyway, we have to go now. And after doing all of their shopping they went home.
