Luke left. He texted someone said we were done here then left. I picked up my phone and check my messages. I had 49 unread. When I clicked on the icon, it was from the group chat. Percy told the gang. Great. Reyna took over creating the plan and I had to say. It was a pretty good plan. She knows how to take care of things. She's like a praetor of Rome or something. But something wasn't right. Coach Hedge wasn't invited to the group chat. Why was he on it? That isn't right. The facts don't add up. I went to my contacts and called him.

"Who do I need to kill?" Was what I got after the third ring. I laughed.

"Coach, you don't need to kill anybody. I have a question though."

"I have an answer."

"Are you on a group chat with the heros of Olympus?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Who invited you?"

"I can't remeber. The contact on my phone says 'Either Canadian Baby Face Cupcake or Latino Elf Cupcake.'"

"It says exactly that?"

"Sorry, forgot you can't see me nod. Yeah that's what it says. Why are you so worried?"

"I thought someone hacked the chat. I'll call Leo first because it seems like something he would do. Bye, coach."

"Bye, cupcake. Give me a call if you need back up. I'll bash his head in with my goat-like kick."

"I will, coach. Bye."

"Love ya kid." Then the line went dead. I felt my self tear up at the thought of Hedge. He was one to have our backs. Always. I called Leo first.

"Oh, Annabeth, thank gods. We weren't sure if you were done with Luke yet. Did you see coach Hedge's contacts? Since when was he on here?"

"Wait, you didn't invite him?"

"No, why?"

"That means that Frank did. Thanks Leo."

"How do you know frank invited him?"

"Because Hedge told me so. I just called him. he wasn't sure if it was you or Frank. I need to call him. Talk to you later. Bye."

"Bye." I called Frank, hoping this is the last call.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Frank. Can you tell everyone not to be alarmed about coach Hedge? You had everyone worried."

"What do you mean?"

"When you invited Hedge to the chat. Nobody knew he was on."

"I didn't invite him. Why do you think I invited him."

"He said that he wasn't sure if it was you or Leo, but Leo was genuinely worried that it wasn't actually the coach."

"I didn't invite him. Ask Hazel. She was the only one who didn't seem that worried. Maybe she invited him."

"Kay. Bye."

"Bye."

I texted Hazel this time.

HL: Yeah, I did why?

AC: Everybody was worried that it wasn't actualy Hedge.

HL: I thought I told everybody that he was on. Did I not?

AC: I guess not. How did Hedge think that you were Leo or Frank?

HL: He was probably watching Chuck Norris or something. He wasn't really paying attention. I just felt that he should be in the chat because he was our only chaperone when we went on that cruise around the world.

AC: KK. TTYL Bye.

Just as I hit send, something was thrown over my head. The cloth had a strange scent to it. I remember thinking about Percy and my kids. Then the world went black.
