Nico and I rode in the backseat of Frank's car, Hazel up front. I feel like an asshole for asking about Nico's sister. And invading his privacy by looking at his stuff. And poking him with questions.

I want to know more about him. Time won't be wasted by me denying that I like him, because I do. But he's so quiet. I just wish he was easier to read. There is always a permanent half scowl etched on his face. I just want to know what's up with him.

The car stopped and we all got out. I looked at the house. It was a two-story with a large garage next to it.

We walked up to the door and Frank knocked. Leo answered the door and said,"Hey guys! C'mon, everyone's here already!" I followed Frank and Hazel into the house, looking behind me to see Nico. I flashed a small smile and he nodded at me.

I heard the door close and looked around, seeing the whole "gang" there. Percy was sitting on the floor with Annabeth in his lap. Piper and Jason were sitting on the couch. Rachel and Reyna were in the kitchen getting snacks. A girl I hadn't seen before was hand-in-hand with Leo. Must be Calypso.

I sat down in a chair and threw my backpack to the side. Reyna and Rachel came back in and Rachel sat on the couch opposite of Jason and Piper. Reyna set down some bowls with chips and stuff before taking a seat on the floor. Nico sat down next to her.

After a few minutes of conversation Leo stood up and rubbed his hands together.

"Everyone shut up. Leo, 'Hot Stuff' Valdez is speaking. Thank you. Anyway, since we are being cliche teenagers having a party, it wouldn't be right if we didn't the the most cliche thing possible ........Truth or Dare! Dun dun dun. Take a minute to talk amongst yourselves, then the fun begins," he finished, smirking evilly. Calypso slapped his arm and told him that no one calls him Hot Stuff. I laughed and turned to look at Nico.

He was still sitting on the ground next to Reyna, their shoulders touching. Their friendship was really quite something. Reyna has told me a little bit about how they became such good friends. At least, I hoped that's what she was implying. Just friends. Fingers crossed.

"Alright folks, get in a circle!" Leo announced, plopping down on the ground alongside Calypso.

Everyone sat down, it went, Percy, Annabeth, Piper, Jason, Rachel, Reyna, Nico, me, Leo, Calypso, Hazel, and Frank on Percy's other side.

Leo said,"Who wants to go first?" "I will," said Rachel, raising her hand. "Um, Percy, truth or dare?" Percy raised his eyebrows,"I mean, give me a dare, Dare." Rachel got an evil smirk on her face. "I Rachel Dare, dare you, to... serenade someone in the circle."

Percy quickly turned to Annabeth. "Not your girlfriend, stupid," Rachel laughed. Jason was his next choice. His girlfriend probably would have been ideal. But, best friend is the next best thing. He stood up and put a hand on his chest.

"This song, goes out to my best friend in the whole world," he looked at Annabeth. "Besides my beloved girlfriend. The one, the only, Sparky."

"Baby you're like lighting in a bottle," Percy sang off key. "I can't let you go now that I've got you." Everyone was cracking up, Piper and Anmabeth were rolling on the floor. "And aaaaaaalllllll I need is to be struck, by, your ELECTRIC LOOOOOOOVVVVEEEE!"

Jason was rolling on the floor at this point, and Annabeth was about in tears from laughter. Percy bowed and returned to the floor next to Annabeth. "Why do you call him Sparky?" I asked. Percy shot a fake glare at Jason and said,"Well, you see, Amazing Grace over here, when we were seven, he almost killed me. Him and his older sister were working on this project that involved electrical wires, and I was just playing with some trucks. Then Jason comes over and is like: if I shock you with these will your hair stand up? I told him not to do it and he did it.  I was mad so then I grabbed the wires and shocked him, his hair did stand up and thus, Sparky was born."

Everyone laughed, including me. "Good set of vocals by the way Percy," I said sarcastically. He rolled his eyes and put his arm around Annabeth.

"Okay, Reyna, truth or dare?" Percy said. "Truth," she said, shrugging. "Chicken," said Percy. "Anyway, I guess I'll give you a truth. Who here would you most like to make out with?"

Reyna's face could not have been any redder. She glanced around nervously. She buried her face in her hands. "Okay, probably Jason or Percy because I used to have a crush on both of them. Piper, Annabeth, at least make my death quick okay?" she spit out quickly.

Jason blushed and Percy smirked. "See Annabeth? No one can resist Percy," he said.

Annabeth rolled her eyes. She put her hand on his shoulder and said,"Two things. First, Reyna don't worry, you're too much of a badass to die because of a boy. Two, Percy, plenty of girls can resist you, but if you act upon any of the ones that can't, then that smirk will be wiped clean off your face." He flinched.

He smiled at her and said,"Wise girl, I love you. And believe me, I may not be the brightest, but I know better than to do anything to my girlfriend. Who, for the record, is way out of my league." She laughed and shook her head at him. In return, he kissed her. They were pretty damn cute. Cue Leo ruining the moment.

"PDA! PDA! Calm down you two, there are people here!" Leo exclaimed. Calypso rolled her eyes and slapped him playfully. "Shut up Valdez," she said. He did.

We continued going around until I heard Piper say,"Will, truth or dare?" I glanced at Nico, who was watching me. "Uh, dare... I guess," I said, not at all paying attention.

"I dare you to let us go on your phone for five minutes and we get to do whatever we want," she said, smirking. I sighed and tossed my phone into the circle. They all lunged for it and began raiding my privacy. Nico, however, stayed back.

"What?" I asked. "Don't you want to completely invade my personal boundaries?" He cracked a smile and I jumped a little. His smiles were pretty rare.

"No, I think it's rude. It'd be one thing if they had all known you for years, but they haven't. Nor have I," Nico explained, glancing at the mob of friends surrounding a small rectangle of glass and metal. "Well thanks, I mean, for regarding my privacy," I said, smiling softly.

Over the next five minutes I got lots of, "Oh who's Landon?" Or "Will this picture is hilarious!" It was getting a little annoying but then Frank said,"Guys, I think that's enough, give him his phone back." I shot him a grateful look and he smiled.

Percy tossed my phone back at me and I caught it and shoved it into my pocket. "Seriously who's Landon?" Piper asked. I rolled my eyes.

Leo stood up. "Alright folks, we have one last round of truth or dare, Will you're up," Leo said, sitting down again.

I looked over at Nico, who was the only person that hadn't gone. He shot me a death glare that said: don't do it Solace, don't. Do. It. I did it. "Nico, truth or dare?" If it were possible his glare got more intense. "Dare," he said quietly. "I'll be back," I said, walking into the kitchen.

I decided to do a gross food dare instead of an embarrassing one because no one likes those.

I came back a minute later with a cup full of mystery mix. Okay it wasn't a mystery to me but, for added effect. It was a combination of Apple juice, guacamole, hot sauce, canned pineapple, and Italian dressing. I gagged just at the smell.

I handed the cup to Nico and he glared at me again. He lifted it to his face and smelled it. "I'm going to kill you Solace," he said before raising it to his mouth.

After a lot of curses, I'm pretty sure some of them were in Italian, he finished it. Everyone had done a mixture of gagging and cheering along the way. "That, tasted like shit," Nico stated, "I'm going to throw up now. And then brush my teeth." He left the room.

Everyone cracked up when Nico was leaving and I was a little confused. "What?" I asked. Percy shrugged and said,"Oh, it's just, well, you're uh, probably going to die. Run, Solace, run." I was pretty sure he was right.

After a few more hours of whatever we bid farewell to the girls and prepared to go to bed. It was already like, 1 A.M. and I was tired. After we had all changed we met up in the living room to watch a movie.

After we all voted on a movie, we decided to watch the new version of It. Even though there was a lot of protest from Percy, who really wanted to watch Nemo.

Percy and Frank were on the couch, Jason and Leo were on the other couch, and somehow Nico and I ended up on the floor together. He had his knees tucked up and his chin resting on his knees. Not gonna lie, it was pretty cute.

After some murder, a lot of it, actually, I got a little too grossed out and I wanted to stand up but Nico had fallen asleep and his head was on my shoulder. I decided to ask Leo if I should take him somewhere.

"Leo," I whispered. "Nico fell asleep and I want to go to bed. Where do you want me to put him and where can I sleep?" Leo looked away from the screen and said,"You can put Nico in the guest room, and then you can sleep out here if you don't mind the noise. If you do, you can go in my room I guess. Night Will."

"Goodnight Leo."

I gently removed Nico's head and stood up silently. I knelt down and picked Nico up to carry him to the guest room

"Night guys," I said as I walked towards the hallway, thankful for the darkness that was hiding my blush.

I found the guest room and carried Nico into it, laying him down on the bed. I pulled back the comforter and covered him up. He shifted and I was afraid I woke him up but he just snuggled into the blankets. I smiled. "Goodnight Nico," I whispered as I left the room.

When I got to Leo's room I pulled off my hoodie and climbed into the bed. My eyes closed and I fell into a dreamless sleep.

My eyes opened as I heard the noise again. It was a quiet yell. I shot out of bed and ran next door. Nico was sitting on the bed with his back against the wall, face in his hands.

"Bianca I'm-" he let out a cry. "I'm sorry." I shut the door and ran over to him. "Will?" He asked, looking up. "Nico. Are you okay?" I asked, sitting down and letting him lean into me. He put his head on my shoulder.

With his face muffled by his sweatshirt covering it I heard him mumble out a,"Thanks." Shortly after I heard soft snores. I hoped that he wouldn't mind if I stayed, I worried he was going to have another nightmares.

I stayed.
