☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Remuneración: Desde el momento en que haces tu formulario hasta lo que dure el tiempo que uses los gráficos deberás seguirme y votar en todos los apartados. Me aseguraré de revisar que se cumpla esto desde antes de aceptar el pedido hasta la entrega.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Respeto: Es algo más que obvio, y conlleva el NO pedir doble gráfico (es decir, pedir en otra tienda lo mismo que aquí al mismo tiempo), respetar la marca de agua, ser educados (un por favor y gracias nunca están de más), NO inspirarse ni hacer pasar un gráfico mío como tuyo (aquí arde Troya, señores). Asimismo, tampoco acepto trabajar con NINGÚN personaje creado con IA. Es una falta de respeto para todos los artistas y editores.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Tandas: así como la mayoría de tiendas graficas, para realizar un pedido aquí se tendrá que esperar a que abra tanda. No más de un pedido por tanda a no ser que se trate de un paquete de saga. No escojo pedidos por orden de llegada, depende el material disponible y si me inspiro. Por favor, no te sientas mal. Actualmente manejo un mínimo de 5 pedidos por tanda, pero estos pueden aumentar.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Créditos: los créditos son fundamentales, etiquetándome en algún apartado y también colocando "cover hecho por -Starlana" en la descripción de la historia. Estaré chequeando que la etiqueta sea la correcta y vaya a mi perfil. Si se trata de un fanart, también se deberá colocar los créditos de los artistas, los cuales estaré colocando en el respectivo espacio de entrega.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Tiempo de uso: el tiempo MÍNIMO de uso de cualquiera de los gráficos pedidos es de 3 semanas. Nada menos. Si eliminas el libro dentro de las 3 semanas, lo siento, pasarás a la Black list personal que tengo.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Reclamo: Para reclamar el pedido se tiene no más de 24 horas desde que la entrega sea publicada; asimismo, los cambios que se pueden realizar se deberán pedir en el mismo lapso de tiempo y solo si ha sido error mío. Además, se debe dar una retroalimentación honesta y objetiva. No pido nada extenso, solo lo positivo y negativo que se encuentra del gráfico con el fin de mejorar a futuro.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Aceptación: ¿Personajes animados? ¿Dibujos de Oc? ¿Famosos de la vida real? La respuesta es sí, acepto trabajar con todo ello. Sin embargo, existen ciertos límites que prefiero no cruzar, en especial si la obra en específico contiene temática cuestionable. Por ende, su aceptación o rechazo queda bajo mi criterio. Respecto a los Oc, si el dibujo fue realizado por el mismo cliente que solicita el cover, es importante que coloque la red social que prefiere para los créditos (Instagram, tumblr, DevianArt, Twitter, etc); por otro lado, si el Oc no es propiedad de quien solicita el gráfico, es INDISPENSABLE que tenga el permiso del artista original y su red social de contacto. En estos dos únicos casos, sí o sí solicito que me brinde el material por Instagram o WhatsApp (en caso me tengan agendada) para evitar que resulte expuesto el dibujo, puesto que muchas veces me lo hacen llegar sin marca de agua para mayor comodidad durante la edición.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Borradores: no acepto historias que estén en borradores ya que, si me decido a hacer un gráfico, lo más probable es que me pase por el libro para sacar inspo y no cometer errores. Mínimo, que el apartado de introducción esté publicado. En el caso de las sagas, basta con que el primer libro esté publicado.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Modo de entrega: dado que actualmente no existe la función de dm en wp, estaré entregando los covers por dos sencillos medios. Link de WeTransfer (directo en comentarios) o link de drive por Instagram (mi cuenta dedicada a wp es blue_starlana). Si alguno tiene otra red social de contacto, también puedo acoplarme pero principalmente es por esos dos medios.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Compensation: From the moment you fill out your form until the time you use the graphics, you must follow me and vote in all sections. I will make sure to check that this is fulfilled from before accepting the order until delivery.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Respect: It is more than obvious, and it entails NOT asking for double graphics (that is, ordering the same thing from another store as here at the same time), respecting the watermark, being polite (a please and thank you never hurt), NOT being inspired or passing off a graphic of mine as yours (there is hell to pay, gentlemen). Likewise, I also do not accept working with ANY character created with AI. It is a lack of respect for all artists and editors.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Batches: Like most graphic stores, to place an order here you will have to wait for a batch to open. No more than one order per batch unless it is a saga pack. I do not choose orders in order of arrival, it depends on the material available and if I am inspired. Please do not feel bad. I currently handle a minimum of 5 orders per batch, but these may increase.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Credits: credits are essential, tagging me in some section and also placing "cover made by -Starlana" in the story description. I will be checking that the tag is correct and go to my profile. If it is a fanart, the artist credits must also be placed, which I will be placing in the respective delivery space.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Usage time: The MINIMUM usage time for any of the requested graphics is 3 weeks. Nothing less. If you delete the book within 3 weeks, sorry, you will go to the personal Blacklist that I have.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Claim: To claim the order, you have no more than 24 hours from when the delivery is published; likewise, the changes that can be made must be requested in the same period of time and only if it was my mistake. In addition, honest and objective feedback must be given. I do not ask for anything extensive, only the positive and negative that is found in the graphic in order to improve in the future.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Acceptance: Animated characters? Oc drawings? Real-life celebrities? The answer is yes, I agree to work with all of it. However, there are certain limits that I prefer not to cross, especially if the specific work contains questionable subject matter. Therefore, its acceptance or rejection is at my discretion. Regarding the Oc, if the drawing was made by the same client who requested the cover, it is important that they include the social network they prefer for the credits (Instagram, tumblr, DevianArt, Twitter, etc.); on the other hand, if the Oc is not the property of the person requesting the graphic, it is ESSENTIAL that they have the permission of the original artist and their social network contact. In these two cases, I do request that they provide me with the material via Instagram or WhatsApp (in case they have me in their contacts) to avoid the drawing being exposed, since many times they send it to me without a watermark for greater convenience during editing.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Drafts: I don't accept stories that are in drafts. If I decide to make a graphic, I'll most likely go through the book to get inspo and not make mistakes. At a minimum, the introduction section must be published. In the case of sagas, it's enough that the first book is published.

☇৲𝄢˙.ᐟ Delivery method: since there is currently no dm function in wp, I will be delivering the covers through two simple ways. WeTransfer link (direct in comments) or drive link on Instagram(my account dedicated to wp is blue_starlana). If anyone has another social network for contact, I can also join in but it is mainly through those two means.
