It seem to be hours having ethan laying down in the hospital bed with a bandage around his neck as he was finally stable when the doctors have him.

The police was questioning jack and Tyler as they choose to leave ethan alone as he wouldn't leave or talk with them.Mark was currently in a holding cell where they were questioning him quite harshly. Ethan was never harmed, it was just shock, however with the dead body police were bound to get involved.

"You were just released from prison, correct?" Tyler nodded his head as the police officer wrote something in his notepad. He gave Tyler a narrow look which made him look at his hands. The police officer looked over at Jack and his voice softened.

"You okay?""Leave them alone" jack says as he held ethan hand. "Do you mean tyler and mark?" The police officer asked.

Jack nods with a frown "mark only protected Ethan. Tyler took him to the hospital. LEAVE THEM ALONE!!"The police officer looked taken aback before walking out of the room which made Jack relax. Etha huffed as he opened his eyes, he smile a but until he realized where he was. Tyler looked over, his face relaxed when he noticed Ethan.

"Hey pumpkin," Tyler smiled as he kissed his forehead."What happened?" He asked before coughing from having a dry throat. Tyler he grabbed the glass cup full water and gave him some. "Your neck was damage but nothing major. You went onto shock for a couple hours until now." Tyler explains before setting the glass of water.Ethan nodded as he felt his neck. Jack pulled his hand away and look at Ethan with eye full of tears.

"Its just a graze Ethan. The doctors say it's almost like a scratch it should heal in a few weeks." Jack smiled as he kissed his knuckles. Ethan smiled as he pulled Jack up for a sweet kiss. Jack and Ethan shared this sweet kiss for only moments before Ethan turned to attach his lips to Tyler. But when he turned to thank Mark he was no where in signt.

"Where is Mark?" Ethan pouted cutely. Jack and Tyler look at each other with a small frown and worry on what to say to him. "Where is mark?" He asked as he sat up a bit and looks at the two.
Tyler grabbed Ethans other hand before taking in a huge breath.

"He's in jail," Tyler said and Ethans eyes widened. Jack wiped at his eyes as tears were beginning to shed down his cheeks.

"They brought him in for questioning hours ago," Ethan panicked as he looked down at his legs. He quickly swung his legs to the side of the bed and pushed Tyler out of the way."Ethan you have to stay in bed' jack says grabbed his arm and pulls him back into the bed ."No!" Ethan snapped but as he struggled the same police officer walked in. While Tyler holding Ethan down the police office talked into his walkie talkie before pursuing.

"Sir let the boy up," the cop commanded but Tyler ignored him as he whispered into Ethans ear. Jack calmed him until Ethan eased up on his struggle but the cop snarled. He grabbed Tyler by the arm and twisted it so his body was pressed against the wall. Jack yelled but the cop continued to pull out his cuffs.

"Sir you have the right to remain silent," the police officer said as he cuffed Tyler's hands together.
Ethan was quick to get up and rip the IV out and pushed the cops off him and hugged tyler tightly "bring my mark back. And get out of my room or I call another officer to arrest you'

Ethan snarled but Tyler turned so he was facing the cop. The officer was quick to speak into his radio and another cop fliwed inside. He pulled out his taser as he approached Tyler slowly.

"Sir if you don't stand down I will be forced to taze you," the officer stated. Jack was quick to cross the bed and pull Ethan to his chest. He whisper in his ear dramatically as they hauled Tyler away.

"If you dont stop theyll take you too, and I dont want to be alone." Jack hoped that Ethan understood but they two boys began to tear up."They can't fucking do that!" Ethan cried as he fell to his knees as havk fell with him and held him close to his chest and cried."They have records Eth," Jack tried to explain but even then tears were streaming down his face. Suddenly the two boys hear Tyler scream.

"Fuck off pigs," Jack perked up but Ethan practically sprinted out of the room. Jack followed quickly and what they saw made them stop in shock.

Tyler with his hands still behind his back had manage to knock both of these cops on their ass. Tyler huffed as he jumped into the air and tucked his feet under his arms so his hands where in front of him.Ethan didn't seem to care as he ran into Tyler arms and held on to him tightly. Tyler puts his arms over him and held him close and kisses his cheek.

Jack came over and grabbed the key and uncuffs tyler before tossing it aside and hugged Tyler. The cops seem astounded as they spoke in their radios. One even soon and took out his taser.

"All unites we have three hostile males, we are requesting backup at the BlackBerry hospital."A doctor rushed over. "One of the males is the one that was hurt." He says.

Tyler picks up the two boys and stares down the police officers. Jack looked over at the doctor and then at Tyler. As if they were thinking the same thing Tyler nodded before Jack leaned into Ethans ear.

"Prepare to run baby," Jack commanded as the officers grabbed their holsters and flicked it open. Tyler lunged forward and smacked they hands away from their guns before toughing punches. Jack grabbed Ethand wrist and dragged him down the hall towards the emergency exit."What about tyler!" Ethan says as he ran next to jack.

"He be with soon dont worry" jack says but he wasn't sure as he ran out the exit with ethan right next to him

Jack was quick to find a thick branch before perusing to the nearest car. It happened to be a red Honda which was unlocked. Jack told Ethan to get into the passenger seat as he leaned down to hotwire the car.

"Where did you learn to do that?" Ethan asked in amazement."I might of have got mark teach me how to" he says with a smile as he start the car up quickly.Ethan giggled as the car roared to life. When the door smacked open and Tyler can rolling out with dozens of cops behind him Jack quickly got the car into drive. Tyler was able to duck into the car and without him shutting it Jack took off. Cops were barely able to get into their cars before Jack was on the highway heading towards home.

"Why are we going this way? The jail is in the opposite direction." Ethan asked but Jack just rolled his eyes playfully.

"First off they probably have the license plate written down, second we need to pack up so we can leave." Jack said as he sped down the highway. Tyler nodded as he searched through the seat and the back rear of the car fir anything useful."But how do we get mark out?" Ethan asked as he frowns in worried "how did we get in this story of mess"
