I am surrounded by people, 

but I am still lonely.

I laugh on the outside, 

but on the inside I am broken.

I smile, 

but that only means that I hide the pain well.

I say that I am fine,

but I really just hurt to much to tell.

I act excited, 

but I am really just sad.

Oh well.
