Holy Roman Empire?

Italy sits up with a flower crown on his head and looks at his friend, Holy Roman Empire laying down on a grass hill with a tree behind them.

"Yes, Italy?" He smiles closing his eyes.

"Are you really going to war? I mean..You might not be coming back" Italy looks down and frowns

Holy Roman Empire looks at Italy and sits up straight. "I'm not going anywhere," He looks at the sky. "Italy, If I disappear, What would you do?" He smiles.

The Italian looks at the German as he looks away. "I will look for you"

"When you come home me and Austria, Hungary, Spain, big brother, and everyone will give you a warm welcome! There will be many foods, and people we know!" Italy cheers up as he put his hands to the sky and chuckles.

Holy Roman Empire looks at him, And laughs. "Yeah, I can't wait"

"Who are you going to fight, Holy Roman Empire?"

"Someone,"

"I see. I bet you will win. And you will come home with us! You are strong, Prussia as well! Both of you are strong, like no one can defeat you!"

Holy Roman Empire nods "stronger than anyone, yes."

Italy giggles "What would you like to do when you grow up, Holy Roman Empire? For me, I want to see the world, where it is so huge! And you will be there too! I like great adventures and long journeys, I want to cook pasta for you everyday as well"

"That sounds nice, Italy..I think..When I grow up, I want to be able to protect you..All the time."

Italy looks at him in a speechless face. "Always there by your side, laugh, smile, see the world, have great adventures, and even..cry" Roman Empire's pale smile makes Italy feel worried for the two of them in the future.

Italy smiles and looks at the horizon

"Don't go anywhere, Holy Roman Empire.."

It's a huge world out there...The world is waiting

~few days later~

France defeated Holy Roman Empire

"No no no no..Don't die Holy Roman Empire" Prussia said. The empire was on Prussia's arms..His face wounded and blood on his clothes

"I...I'm sorry"

"Y-you can't do this! You know you're still young and..and-"

The roman empire hold the albino's hand. "I've had enough" he smiles.

Prussia punches the ground full of regret and tears up. "Damn it! I...I can't lose you too..Since that Germania disappeared.."
"You and Italy will...will see the world, right? You have a lot of secrets and words you wanted to say to Italy. I-if you die, he-"

"He'll look for me.." Holy Roman Empire smiles them closes his eyes and his body is getting heavy, his body has no right to move

Prussia's eyes looks worried and thinks about what he's going to say to Austria, Hungary and especially to Italy.

He inhales and looks back. There stood the french, as Prussia glares at him. "You know what will happen to Italy when he will know about this." The albino stood up, as he closed his hands tightly

"He will cry," France said.

"No"

"Don't worry. I will tell Italy" France smiles. Prussia calms and looks at him in disbelief. Why would someone as guilty as France tell the happenings to an innocent child?

He was afraid.

"You're not the only one who lost a loved one, Gilbert.." France looks back, tears comes out from his eyes and smiles

The sun comes out and the dark clouds slowly moves away. It was beautiful. France standing where the light was.

"So am I" he smiles and waves his hand to Prussia. Both of them dropped their swords.

The albino looks at where Holy Roman died. However, he's gone. He turned to dust, goes up to the sky where Italy raise them up every time the Italian is happy and talk about the future.

Prussia goes home. He sighs and smiles "A great future.." He said.

Miles and miles Prussia arrives to Austria's house. He knocks at the door and Hungary opened it as she stood there in shock "Prussia?"

The albino frowns and looks at her green emerald eyes. "Holy Roman Empire...He's now in a better place" he smiles. The Hungarian covers her mouth and cries. She moves forward and hugs Prussia.

Prussia was quite shock about it, so he hugs back. He knows that Holy Roman Empire has a blood of Prussia and Germania.

Hungary feels Prussia's heartbeat. She chuckles and punches him on his shoulder "what will Italy do?"

"HRE's last words were..He will look for me"

Hungary frowns and slightly smiles. She goes back inside and calls Austria. The Austrian was playing a beautiful tune on a piano. It was peaceful. "Austria, Prussia told me that Holy Roman Empire died" she said

Austria stops. He's speechless.

"Yeah..I heard it from France..He's talking with Italy" Austria replied. Hungary nods and looks at the window where she sees France and Italy talking.

"Really? He was strong?" Italy smiles

"Ahaha yes! I saw him fought"

"Where is he?"

"Oh um..He will come home,"

"OK! I'll wait for him!"

"Alright alright. I have to go, tell him that he was strong, for me, while you wait for him, OK?"

"Sure, big brother France!"

Hungary smiles looking at them

"Holy Roman Empire loved Italy"

Present Time

"SURPRISE!!" Everyone greets. Italy invited them, and everyone was so happy and confused at the same time.

"Wa- what is this, Italy?" Germany got shocked about it. It's not even his birthday

That's all! This is from a headcanon where France gets to tell Italy that HRE died but was just pretending that HRE will indeedly come home.
