Prussia will never actually say it, to avoid people feeling sorry for him but he does something special for himself on the anniversary of his fall.

He'll get a glass of beer and go to his room, then read.

Read his favorite parts in his diaries, the happiest, like when he first went out and had fun with Germany.

Or when he made the BTTs and Awesome trio.

Or when he first started hanging out with Canada.

Gil will avoid all the sad parts and over all, he won't talk to anyone on that day, just reminisce about when he still was a country and where he was happiest.
