So many changes have severely affected everyone

From horrendous tragedies to seeing a love dies front of you

But someone once told me to be strong and never let anything

Or anyone hurt you

Don't lose yourself when you feel broken from the past

Be who you really are when you have people who really needs you

If I feel lost or in pain I always let out how I feel in poems or quotes

So have faith and don't lose yourself
