"They're still together?"

Haeun sighs running her fingers through her hair. "Yes. But I did everything you told me to. It's not my fault~"

    "You obviously didn't do enough!" Ms. Jeon shouts making Haeun flinch.

    "M-Ms. Jeon." The girl says, tears pricking her eyes. "I transferred from my j-job, I befriended him, I tricked him into sleeping with me, a-and... I'm pregnant Ms. Jeon."

    "That was from your own stupidity." She says rolling her eyes, not an ounce of sympathy in his voice.

    "What about my brother?" Haeun asks hesitantly.

    "What about him? You failed to do what I asked you to do, what makes you think I owe you any favors? You and Jaewook think you do one thing and I'll let your brother go? You have to actually accomplish something before you receive anything from me."

"Jaewook was willing to kill him for you! He almost did, why isn't that enough!" Haeun snaps, tears welling in her eyes. "Hanbin never did anything to anyone and he shouldn't be taking the fall~"

    "Just shut up!" Ms. Jeon shouts, standing and leaning forward on her desk. "As long as that boy is giving me trouble, he's giving you trouble. I told you to make Jungkook leave him, did I not? Did I not!?"

Haeun chokes out a sob. "What else can I do? What else do you want me to-to do, I-I can't do anything else."

    "Sure you can." Ms. Jeon says walking around her desk and standing over the girl intimidatingly. "Kill him yourself."

Haeun's face falls and she looks up at the woman. "E-Excuse me?"

    "You heard me." The woman smirks. "Kill Kim Taehyung, and you and your brothers can live the rest of your life peacefully."

Haeun lets out a shaking breath and shakes her head. "N-No, n-no please. Please don't~"

    "I understand if you want to wait until after the baby comes." Ms. Jeon says like she actually cares. "Wouldn't want you to end up getting hurt."

    "Pl-Please don't." Haeun continues to beg the woman.

Ms. Jeon brushes past her carelessly and leaves her alone in the office, sobbing to herself.

She couldn't, she could never, no matter who it was.

She couldn't murder a person.

But her brother, who was wrongly convicted of a crime almost two years ago now, was going through hell in on of the worst prisons on Jeju Island.

The only reason she was in this was to save him from all the hell he was going through.

But how could she murder a person?

She couldn't, she just simply couldn't.

But she had to.

Jungkook is busy working when there's a knock on his office door.

    "Come!" He calls scribbling his signature on some paper work.

The door opens and Haeun comes in, not looking so good.

    "Haeun-noona. Are you okay? What's wrong?" Jungkook asks jumping up from his seat.

    "Jungkook-ah." Haeun says looking up at him with weak eyes.

    "Are you not feeling well? What happened?" Jungkook asks in concern.

    "I feel really bad, I'm sorry for- for coming like this but I just~"

    "Don't apologize. What is it? Should I take you to the doctor?" Jungkook asks placing a hand on Haeun's forehead to check for a fever.

    "N-No, it's okay. I just think I need to go home." She says looking down at her hands. "M-My boss, he's- he's gonna be so upset."

    "Don't worry about him. You should go home and rest. You don't look well noona." Jungkook says.

Haeun nods. "I'm sorry~"

    "Don't apologize, go home. If anything happens you should go to the hospital." He says.

Haeun nods again, looking up at him. "Thank you Jungkook."

"No problem. Go ahead now." Jungkook says with a small smile.

Haeun smiles a little before leaving the office and getting on the elevator.

Once she's on the bottom floor and out of the elevator she calls her brother.

"Hey, Haeunie~"

"She wants me to kill him." She says immediately. "Jae, s-she wants me to kill him. We have to find the Big Man. Jae, I c-can't, I can't. We have to find him."

"Calm down, what do you mean? Where are you at?" Jaewook asks.

"I'm on the way home, you have your eye on him still right? You and Junho are watching him?" She asks walking as fast as she can.

"Yeah, we got our eye on him. He's just watering the plants on the steps." Jaewook says in boredom. "He must get so bored."

"I'm going home to do more research. She gave me until after the baby comes. We have to find the big man by then." Haeun says.

"Junho will start looking too, don't stress out Haeunie, stress isn't good for the baby." Jaewook says.

"I'll try. Bye, Jae. You and Jun be careful. Don't let anything happen to Taehyung."

"Yeah, we got it little sis."

Taehyung was busying himself with picking up around the house when he came across a picture tucked under Jungkook's pillow.

It's the photo from the ultrasound.

Taehyung sighs and smiles down sadly at the photo.

Even though Jungkook thought he hadn't seen, he saw him staring at the picture all night.

He felt a pang in his chest but he couldn't even be upset, no child is an accident or a mistake, this child was coming into the world for a reason unknown to the both of them so how could he be angry?

This baby wasn't a mistake, it was a gift.

Taehyung takes the photo and goes downstairs, he finds a pen in the drawer and writes on the back 'Baby's first ultrasound!! (3weeks) :)'

He smiles and puts the photo on the refrigerator with a magnet. Hopefully Jungkook would notice it when he got home.

After that Taehyung continues to tidy before going upstairs to wait for Jungkook to come home.

His mind keeps going back to the baby and how it was going to affect both their lives.

Taehyung was going to be a step father, how bizarre is that?

It made him smile a little, he loved kids and babies so he should be a natural.

After another half hour or so of daydreaming the front door opens and Jungkook calls his name like he usually does and Taehyung jumps up and runs down the stairs, crashing into him a full speed.

    "Never fail to take my breath away, literally." Jungkook says making him chuckle before pulling away from the hug.

The rest of the night is spent helping each other make dinner -Jungkook notices the picture by the way and he nearly cries- and watching a rerun of some show on tv.

It was an average day in the Jeon-Kim household.
