i called my mom and she came to get me. as soon as we got home i went to my room and took a warm shower before going back downstairs where my parents where.

i don't know if i should tell them what happened .

"okay then your gonna take a mental health day tomorrow" she said.

"i can't, practice is mandentory" i said.
