Ch.11- Perfect Fit
"What do you think of this, too girly?" Buffy was holding up a light pink dress to herself. It was a flowing dress, with a spot down the middle. The top piece was covered in rhinestones, and the sleeves draped along her shoulders.
"It's perfect, just not... you." Andi responded. Buffy groaned and hung the dress up.
"The worst thing is, I agree. Never go dress shopping with me." Andi already found her dress. She made half of it, she just needed a top. She made a skirt out of a bedsheet and a curtain. It's like a long, poofy, yellow skirt. She was looking for a long sleeved white shirt. I think her dress really suits her. But Buffy is us having trouble figuring out the dress that suits her.
"What about this?" I held a light yellow dress that reaches her ankles, with spaghetti straps. She shakes her head and flops into her seat.
"Buffy, look over there." Andi pointed to a rack. There was a white dress, the top was a plain white with a lace neck, and the skirt wasn't too long.
"I'll try it." I could tell this was the one. Andi told me, when you find the right dress, you will make a certain face. Buffy is making that face right now. When Buffy walked into the dressing room, Andi turned to me.
"So how have you been? I mean, through out that drama, we didn't get to talk to each other before it?" I smile.
"I'm good. How's everything going with Amber?" Her face instantly lifts up with the mention of her girlfriend, which was adorable. I can't wait until I can do that.
"Amazing, she's coming to prom with us." I nod my head, and my smile softens. "How has it been with TJ?"
"Do you want the truth?" She nods her head. "Amazing. He's a great friend, and he's changed so much." Andi had an understanding look on her face.
"I'm happy you're getting out there, Cy."
"Thank you, Andi."
"GUYS! This is the one!" Buffy walks out of the dressing room. This dress is perfect. The skirt was not to tight, but not to loose. And not to mention, she looks happy in that dress.
"Buffy, you look amazing." Andi stood up and gave her a hug, so did I. I'm half happy that she found the dress, but the other half is that I'm happy we're done with dresses. It's been three hours. Three long, painful hours. Usually I'd enjoy this, but it's been dress after dress. Ok, now I'm just rambling in my head. I really am an anxious mess. "Marty is missing out." Buffy rolled her eyes and pushed Andi's shoulder.
"Oh, before I forget, do you guys want to come bowling with me tomorrow?"
"I can't, Bex needs me to do something tomorrow." Andi frowns and her shoulders slumped.
"I can go, I'm busy like, everyday." Buffy smiles at me, and so does Andi.
"Ok, great." Buffy places a hand on her stomach and groans. "Now lets go get some food before I explode." Andi giggles and lightly pushes Buffy back into the dressing room.

Andi walks over to the table with her tray and sat next to Buffy.
"What's up with Jonah, he hasn't talked to us in like forever?" Buffy dipped her fry into ketchup.
"I don't know, but he's looked extremely happy lately." I nod in agreement and open my straw. "Maybe he finally found someone." I nod again and stick the straw in my drink.
"I'm sorry, Cyrus. I know you like him." I shake my head and looked at my hands.
"Liked." I respond with a tiny smile. A hand was placed on my shoulder.
"I promise you'll find someone." Buffy days and looked at Andi. She nodded in approval and placed her hand on mine.
"You're extremely lovable, Cyrus Goodman. Any guy would be lucky to have you." She squeezed my hand and let go. Lucky? I don't think they would be lucky. It's hard taking care of me. I'm a lot to handle.
"Besides us, Buffy, anything new?" She shakes her head.
"Nothing, just same ol' Buffy." She swung her arm weakly and gave us a nervous smile.
"Buffy, you're the worst liar."
"I can tell you, there's nothing new in my love life." I shake my head, not believing her in the slightest. Buffy brought her hand up to her hair and twisted it slightly. Her tell!
"Then get your hand out of your hair." She looked me straight in the eyes and dropped her hand on her lap.
"Fine!" She took a breath. "I- I think I like someone."
"Is it Marty?" Buffy shakes her head. "Walker?"
"I haven't seen him in a while, but no."
"Then who is it?" Andi was eagerly bouncing in her seat, a huge smile on her face. It isn't everyday Buffy has a crush. We never get the chance to tease her.
"It's this guy named Mikie. He's the president of the debate team." She spoke really fast. Mikie. Mikie Grange. Oh, Iris has talked about him before. Apparently he can be full of himself but at the end of the day, he's a sweetheart.
"What do you like about this Mikie guy?" Andi propped her head up on her hand.
"His dirty blonde hair, his bright smile, his big brown eyes, his dedication..." Andi cut her off with a tiny squeak.
"Aww, this never happens, I'm so proud." Buffy shook her head.
"But what about Marty?" I ask quietly. I always thought that they'd end up together. Marty and Buffy, Buffy and Marty, it always sounded perfect. They just fit.
"What about him?"
"I thought you liked him."
"I thought I did too." Buffy sighed and picked up another fry. Andi looked at her with sad eyes and I stayed quiet.
