(Sah dudes, sorry for the... crappiness that was my last chapter. I wasn't as happy with it was I wanted to be, but it's quite alright. But I did lobe the Destiny reference a lot. I think I played that swimmingly. Being cayde-6 with the same fight scene as the forsaken trailer. I'll make up for it this chapter. I'm bringing Ruby and Y/N back, maybe I don't know. Either way, I want to thank IReadRWBYThings for all of the help he's been giving me. He's a really close friend of mine that I talk to most every day. I really recommend talking to the lad. Also, I would like to talk about GameMaster-M . His stories are fantastic. Especially his Kamen Rider one. I also love his 7 children series he's been making. I highly recommend checking him out. He's a really cool dude! Now lets get on with the good shit.)

Ruby looked up at Qrow who blocked Tyrian's attack. Tyrian returned his tail.

"As I live and breathe! Qrow Branwen! A true huntsman has entered the fray." He said taking a bow. Y/N came from around the trees and threw his dagger over to Ruby, warping to her. Her attention was drawn to him. He looked at her and held his hand out.

"You alright, Ruby?" He asked. She definitely looked older and... more developed in some areas, but she seemed like the same Ruby.

(Can everyone agree that Volume 1-3 Ruby is better than volume 4-7 Ruby?)

"Yeah. I'm good... wait how do you know my name?" She asked, taking his hand. She tried to see who he was, but couldn't due to the face mask and hood.

"Don't worry about it now, we have bigger scorpions to purge." He said. They both look at Tyrian. Qrow looked at Ruby curiously.

"I don't know... this guy's weird." She shrugged. Y/N shrugged along. Qrow just rolled his eyes and looked at Tyrian.

"Look, pal. I don't know who you are, but you need to leave my niece alone." Qrow said angrily, but calmly.

"Why friend, my name is Tyrian, and I'm afraid that is not possible. My assignment from my grace was to retrieve this young girl. So.... that is what I must do. One mustn't upset the queen." Tyrian said.

"Queen?" Ruby asked.

"Salem..." Y/N and Qrow said at the same time.

"I think we should cut the chat!" Tyrian ran towards Qrow.

"You took the words right outta my mo—!" He and Tyrian starting fighting. They were incredible. Qrow was even cooler than when he was fighting Winter. Ren and Nora went to help Qrow, but Tyrian attacked them as well as Qrow, pushing them back.

"DON'T GET ANY CLOSER!" Qrow yelled at them.

"Fine!" Ruby yelled as she jumped onto a larger building to snipe out the scorpion Faunus. The two fighters went everywhere around the small town, attacking each other furiously with great speed. Suddenly, Qrow was disarmed of his weapon by Tyrian's tail. It was lodged into the side of a house. Qrow grabbed his wrist, rubbing off the pain. Ruby then shot at the scorpion freak. He looked up at Ruby, then blocked each individual shot with his tail as well. Y/N took the opportunity to warp in and punch Tyrian right in the damn nose. Tyrian flinched and held his face in pain. He looked up and another punch came to his jaw. Y/N was just letting him have it. Qrow grabbed Y/N by his hood and threw him backwards. His hood came off. He really didn't even notice it. His mask was still on.

"I SAID STAY OUT OF IT." Qrow said, Sparta kicking Tyrian away. Qrow walked slowly over to his own weapon. Tyrian quickly jumped towards Qrow as the older guy just jumped above his sword, turning it into its scythe form. He shot from it, giving himself a host into the air. He was holding onto a long piece of wood from the roof of the house. Tyrian lunged at the wood, breaking it in two. The two fought on the roof for a while, before falling inside. Ruby decided to join in the fun by coming off of the roof. Suddenly, Qrow came flying out of the building he and Tyrian were in. He set up a position as his body had weird colors to it. His aura must be drained. Tyrian came at him with great speed as ruby blocked his attack.

"Ruby!" Jaune yelled. Ren put his arm in front of Jaune to stop him. Y/N warped in next to Ruby.

"Do you wish to be taken?!" Tyrian asked.

"No! But I will not stand by and let someone get hurt!" Ruby said. She, Qrow, and Y/N faught with Tyrian.

"Ruby! Kid! What did I say! Get back!"

"No! This is our fight too!" They both said simultaneously.

"No! It's not that it's!" Qrow started. Y/N didn't care what he said, he went in and tried to fight the bastard alone. He had aura, what could go wrong?

"Ahh yes! Another challenger, lets have more fun!" Tyrian said as he beat Y/N out of his own aura. Ruby went in and tried to attack Tyrian, only for her to get dropkicked into the building Qrow came out of. A bunch of wood was about to crash down on her. Y/N swiftly manifested his Rebellion sword and threw it at Ruby, warping to it instantly. He cut the wood clean in two. Y/N and Ruby looked at each other.

"Man... this is literally the third time I've saved this girl." Y/N said to himself. She still couldn't tell who the masked person even was. Suddenly... her gaze of confusion turned into a gaze of horror.. Y/N looked down in shock as Tyrians tail was connected to his abdomen. Tyrian laughed hard.

"You see?! You should have listened to your dumb friend!" He said as he pulled out his tail and Y/N fell to the ground. Y/N was unconscious... and feeling indescribable pain. Jaune, Ren, and Nora looked super worried. They rushed in to attack Tyrian with Ruby and Qrow.

"Kid! Damnit!" Qrow yelled out.

"Come one, come all!" Tyrian laughed more, as he himself was beating the 4 students and a huntsman by himself. He was about to hit Qrow with his tail, but got it stuck in a wall. Ruby then used her scythe and cut off his tail, purple poison leaking out. Tyrian stumbled backwards in pain.

"YOU BITCH!" His words rang in Y/N's ears. Tyrian just called Ruby a bitch. He slowly got up, blood and poison coming out of his wound. Everyone noticed and stopped.

(There is a song in the chapter picture thing, you need to turn that on now. I'll tell you when to turn it off. You need to read on as the music plays)

"H-how are you still alive?!?! How are you even able to move?!" Tyrian had a look of shock on his face. Y/N didn't say anything as he threw his dagger at Tyrian, warping right in front of his face.

"Oi Oi... What... did you call her?" He asked calmly, but with a serious tone.

"W-What??"

"I'm going to ask you again.... what... did you call the girl that I had to come back to life to see?!"

"H-How is this even possible!?!"

"You may be a scorpion Faunus but you have the brain of a real one. Too bad I have to beat you up now. You wanna know why you lost against me and my friends?"

"H-huh? W-Why?"

"Because you seriously pissed us off!" Y/N began punching Tyrian very quickly until he ran away. Everyone watched as the scorpion dude ran off until the boy fell to the ground again, unconscious.

(Stop the music and keep reading)

"Kid!" Qrow ran towards the boy and picked him up and looked at his wound.

"Shit...."

"Will he be okay?" Ruby asked her uncle.

"I dunno... it's sad really, he and I came all the way from Vale to see you."

"What???"

"Who was that guy?!" Nora asked running up.

"How did you get here?" Ren asked behind her.

"Why are people after Ruby?" Jaune followed up.

"Uncle Qrow... what's going on?" Ruby asked him.

"It's your favorite fairy tale....." he said, carrying Y/N as everyone went walking through the woods to get to mistral.

After a long while of walking in the woods, they decided to stop and camp out for the night. They set up a fire and sat the boy down on the ground near the fire to keep him warm. The all sat on logs. They spoke about the maidens and Salem. Everyone was lost, but asked questions. Soon, the boy coughed heavily. Everyone turned to see him sit up quickly, holding his stomach which was wrapped up in bandages.

"Oh my Oum... Thank goodness you're alive." Ruby said with a smile.

"....." Y/N looked around to see everyone was fine.

"So.. uh.. thanks for the help, by the way.. I'm Jaune.."Jaune said to the boy.

"Ren."

"Nora."

"Ruby."

"You already know who I am." Qrow said.

"...." he didn't say anything.

"What's wrong?" Ruby asked. He remained silent.

"Jeez. Here let me get this mask off of you.." Ruby tried to take off his mask. Once she got it off, her heart stopped.

"H.....hey.." he coughed. Everyone else looked at the familiar boy.

"K-k-kept you.... waiting.... h-huh?" He had a small smile on his face as he tried to hide the pain he was feeling. Tears came from Ruby's eyes.

"Y-... Y/N?..." she asked. He raised his hand to her cheek and caressed it.

"Good to... see you again." He coughed again. More tears came out of her eyes down her cheeks. She buried her head into his chest. Some of her aura rubbed off onto Y/N causing him to have a little more strength. He rubbed the back of her hair.

"I... I think I can stand and sit for a bit." Y/N said. Ruby got off of him and he slowly stood up, walking to the log. Ruby sat right beside him to support him.

"... I thought you died! What happened?!" Ruby asked. Y/N could tell she was dealing with emotional pain ever since he, and her other friends died.

"Yeah.... Well... after I got to the tower....." Y/N began to explain his story.

".... I put the ring on and it gave me powers..."

"...ran out of power and I ended up dying.."

"... sent back to my world.... met another version of Ruby.."

"...Turns out it was all fake... as I was still dead. My planet... is gone. Everything... is gone... all that i had to deal with as I came back and saw Qrow at Beacon." He finished explaining. Everyone had a sad look on their face, except for Jaune, who was angry.

"Y/N.... I'm so sorry. I wanted your life in Remnant to be the best... and I wanted you to learn how to fight Grimm and save the day like true huntsman do... but... but.... all it has been was you getting hurt and things going wrong!" Ruby started to cry again. Everyone stayed silent.

"Ruby... what are you talking about?" Y/N laughed a bit.

"W-What?"

"Every second I've been on this planet has been the greatest thing that's happened to me. My past life on earth can't even compare to how It's like here. The reason I came back... is because I wanted to see you... and protect you... and fight with you, by your side. You're my best friend... my girlfriend for that matter... but most importantly, you're my teammate. And that's something I'll never lose." Y/N smiled. Ruby only cried more and hugged the boy tightly as he hugged her back.

"Glad to see you're back, Y/N" Ren said with a warm smile. Ruby let Y/N go.

Jaune got up and walked over to Y/N.

"Hey Jaune, whats u..." Jaune punched Y/N square in the mouth, knocking him back off of the log. Everyone was shocked.

"Jaune!" Ruby yelled at him angrily.

"Yeah... I.. I deserved that." Y/N stood up, holding his mouth, wiping the blood off of his lip.

"What was that for?!" Ren asked Jaune.

"He didn't save Pyrrha. HE PROMISED ME THAT HE WOULD SAVE HER, BUT HE BROKE IT!"

"Look, Jaune. I don't know if I told you this, but I'm pretty sure I did, I LITERALLY FUCKING DIED. I TRIED TO SAVE HER!" Y/N cried. Jaune started crying too.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU??!!"

"SHE WAS ALREADY DEAD WHEN I GOT UP THERE! I TRIED TO AVENGE HER! I HAD TO PUT ON THE DAMN RING THAT GOT ME POWERS AND GOT ME KILLED! I HAD TO FIGHT CINDER TO THE BEST OF MY DAMN ABILITY AND I STILL LOST! WHAT COULD I HAVE DONE, JAUNE?! TELL ME!" Y/N yelled, tears in his eyes. Everyone was silent. Jaune was shocked. Y/N walked off from the camp into the woods by himself.

"Y/N!" Ruby yelled for him. He didn't listen.

"I'll.... go check on him." she added, walking in the direction he went. It took a while for her to find him, but he was sitting next to a small pond with little turtles swimming around in it.

"Y/N?.."

"Hey, Ruby."

"Jaune didn't mean what he said..."

"I know... he's just mad... he's heartbroken... he's not wrong... I wasn't able to save her.."

"There's nothing you could have done, Y/N. You said yourself that she died when you got op there."

"Yeah... but it pains me... that I couldn't do anything.. now she's gone..." Y/N hugged his knees. Ruby sat next to him.

"Y/N..."

"I've been through... a lot Ruby. Things you couldn't even understand. But..... I.. I'm happy to be back with you, Ruby." Y/N smiled. Ruby started to cry again.

"It's been a year since you've been gone, Y/N. I've missed you so much. I never thought you'd come back." Ruby said.

"R-Ruby.." They looked into each other's eyes. They leaned in slowly, closing their eyes....

"Y/N!" Jaune yelled, surprising the two.

"What is it?" Y/N replied, a bit annoyed. Jaune scratched the back of his neck.

"Did I... ruin something?" He asked.

"Nah. It's cool." Y/N smiled.

"I wanted to apologize for... getting angry at you and punching you. I let my emotions get the best of me. I'm.. really sorry." Jaune looked down.

"Look dude.. I understand.. it's cool. Sometimes your heart can overpower your brain. It's happened to me plenty of times." Y/N said.

"Wanna go back to the camp?" Ruby asked him.

"Sure." Before Ruby could get up, Y/N pecked her on the lips quickly. Her face went red as she held her lips.

"I... love you, Ruby." He said. She smiled back.

"I love you too, Y/N." They held hands as they went back to the campfire to see everyone else.

(HELLO EVERYONE, Y/N is FINALLY OFFICIALLY BACK IN ACTION!)
