The Immortal Rock
The Sky was blue
And the sea too.
But nothing worried me
More than that past of goo.
I remember the times
When i was still seed .
And my pride
Was more than my deed.
And now i am ashamed
Because i was bad
Laying flat on the bed
To tolerate the feet of the lad .
Once upon a time
I was a rock
And the world knew me
As the inchape rock .
Evil was i
Strong was i
Everyone feared me
As the immortal rock was i .
That was my effect
On their ship
Even made the abbot
To think deep .
Every man there
Was afraid of that terror
And even the Ralph
Was unable to bear .
One that was left
Not given importance
Was the bed
Reflecting the blue case .
It's waves were gentle
And touch was soft ,
As if tickling me
And making me lift .
But to my surprise
I was destroyed
As slowly and slowly
It ate me from inside .
Giving an example
To the students who study
Learning about weathering
As what they call in geography
And thus all my ego
Turned to a sediment
The inchcape rock
Is no more existent
Nor is the poem
Nor is the rock
Sailed away the ego
Nor the pride, I earned
And thus all my pride
Turned to a sediment
Though It is fertile
But is also a servant .
And the reason was
not any weapon ,
But a soft hearted person
from whom , I felt no threat .
Thats why ,it is said
To be soft hearted
Because sometimes soft does the deed
That a hard cannot destroy .
