The doors to the trenches of Star Killer Base slid shut loudly with a bang, echoing down the long, modern corridor.

"Report to my division for mission debriefing, don't be late."

The words came from Captain Phasma, she was ruthless, no matter where she went, always carrying that menacing tone, which still struck fear into those who heard it.

Tk-421 stood in one of the many elevators of Captain Phasmas work division, there was only two officers and a few Storm troopers. He thought he knew one of them, maybe one of the FN squad members, he had heard that one of them was being investigated for disobeying orders from Ren and Phasma, a very bold move, in his opinion.

" Trooper, this is your stop? "

He shot his head up, he had zoned out.

"Yeah, sorry." He told the officer, with a heavy tone of confusion.

He stepped out into the large but quiet hangar, which held many tie fighters, and Kylo Ren's tie silencer. Whatever he was here for, it must be big, he rarely came here, and when he did, he never left without having killed a stormtrooper, or two.

He must have been one of the first here, he could see Tens, one of his fellow squad members, standing against a weapons crate.
He wondered where the other 3 members of his squad were.

Tens was an assault soldier, fast, agile, quick reflexes and an expert pilot. He could joke alright, but serious when needed to be.

Nines was the heavy and specialised in explosives, his knowledge of bombs and weapons stretched for miles. He was the joker, always cracking jokes, attempting to lighten the mood in the darkest of times.

Eights was the top marksman of the first order, he had expert aim and access to the best weapons for his area of expertise.

And TK-421, known as ones by the squadron, was the tactical expert and negotiator, a well rounded trooper, his tactical knowledge was set to rival Grand Admiral Thrawn's, but that didn't matter much in the first order, that Weasel Hux got anything he wanted, everyone knew that One's skills far surpassed Hux's, but no one dared to speak up.

Ones approached Tens, something didn't add up.

"Hey, buddy." Tens turned, Ones could hear the coolness in his voice

"You happen to know why all of us have to meet here? In an empty hangar, which should be filled with troopers and droids?"

Tens removed his helmet.

"You tell me, I'm as weirded out as you are, our mission was strange, investigating the woodlands around that huge hole? Something must be hidden from us, maybe we're only finding out now."

As soon as he said that, The rest of his squadron and two other ones walked into the hangar, followed by Captain Phasma and General Hux, whatever was about to transpire, it was extremely important. Everyone gathered with their squadron, lining up horizontally.

Hux stood at the front, facing everyone, with a look of pride on his face, as if he was the supreme leader.

" Soldiers, on your recent mission, you scouted an area of the planet to make sure there was an absence of wildlife and resources, the area was nearby a large crater which you have no clue what was in it, today, you find out. Decades ago when the empire was at the height of their power, they built a planet killer, capable of blowing a planet to pieces, the one flaw with their space station was the smallest detail, an exhaust port, leading directly to the core of the weapon. This allowed a single rebel straighter to send shot down the port, decimating the station. Soon after the destruction of the empire's strongest weapon, they built a new one, with an even bigger exhaust port, and that mistake would lead to their ultimate downfall. Now to get to the point, The first order recovered nearly everything from the Empire's archives, from things like Flagship schematics to hyperspace tracking, which we are on the verge of success with. We also discovered what they used to power the weapon. We analysed an after action report from the planet Jedah and found that a small rebel cell attacked an imperial controlled area in an attempt to find out why the empire was mining for large kyber crystals. And that's the point, the Death star's weapon harnessed the power of the kyber crystals and fired a concentrated laser beam at it's target, incinerating it instantly. Now, after collecting this information and working with our top engineers and scientists in the galaxy, we, the first order, now inhabit a planet killer, capable of destroying 5 planets at once. And the target, is the Republic.

The whole room fell silent, Ones couldn't believe it, they were going to wipe out the entire republic.
