"Taehyung." I whispered his name quite loudly.

I searched through the crowds of people, trying to look for my younger brother, but he was no where between the common people. The sound of falling sand caught my attention, and I quickly avert my eyes to the figure climbing the mud house. Just as my focus was on him, a pair of swinging legs got every bit of my attention. My mouth slowly parted when I saw the two familiar faces. "Taehyung no."

I pushed past some watching people, and held the corners of my dress as I rushed towards the brick and mud building. Taehyung was already near the top, and I knew who he was trying to approach

Taehyung jumped onto the unfinished part of the mud roof, slowly walking toward the two boys, as quietly as a mouse. He draws his sword back from it's case, before slashing it at the young boy's face.

Yoongi ducked in time, letting himself fall on his back with a hard thud. Taehyung steps closer and pins him down with the sword, slicing through a chunk of wood and the boy's shirt. The minute he got Yoongi where he wanted him, Tae felt a harsh kick to his back, sending him to the ground as he dropped his sword. Jimin pulled a knife from his pocket, before he kicks Taehyung's sword off the edge of the building. My brother struggled to rise from the floor, trying to push himself off the dirt.

I grabbed on the mud window ledge, lifting myself up as quickly as I could. The climbing was kind of difficult, since I was wearing a slightly long dress.

"Taehyung!" I shouted his name as he laid on the floor with a stiff body.

Jimin and Yoongi's eyes both met mine the exact moment they heard the familiar voice. I couldn't look my kidnapper in the eye, since there was so much to say to him. I lifted the ends of my dress, walking in front of Taehyung, to stop Jimin from hurting him any further. "Don't hurt my brother."

Jimin raised his brow, as he looked down at the knife in his hand. He stepped forwards and took both of my shoulders as he pulled my to him. As Jimin lifted my head back, a disappointed glare appeared on his face. "I set you free, and you go ahead and bring your brother here to kill me?"

"It's him I want to kill." Taehyung hissed as he pointed to Yoongi.

Jimin tilted his head to the side as he looked down at me. "Don't tell me you actually lied to your own brother, so you wouldn't sell me out."He chuckled.

Taehyung narrowed his eyes as he looked over to me. "Alana, who kidnapped you?" He said softly, although I knew he was beyond furious at me.

"If you don't wanna tell him what I did, I can say everything for you."Jimin whispered into my ear before he moved to the front. "I kidnapped your sister." He spoke as if he were proud of himself.

Taehyung brows lowered as his eyes traveled to a pointed branch. He quickly reached for it, lifting himself off his back, as he brought the sharp edge through Jimin's leg. Its like he didn't feel any pain and used the same injured leg to kick Taehyung's knee, nearly snapping his leg in half, as his body slammed to the ground, sending up a powder of brown dirt. I ran in front of Jimin, grabbing onto both of his shoulders as he gripped the knife that laid in his palm. "Don't kill him, please."

"Out of my way princess." Jimin looked down and into my green eyes. "I let you go so I wouldn't have to hurt you again."

"He's my brother." I push back on his shoulders again, not letting him take another step forward.

"I hurt you—" He bit his lip. "You think I wouldn't hurt your brother too?"

"Please Jimin." I brought my hands together, begging him as I rested on my pained knees.

He looked down at me with cold eyes, letting his hand grab a fistful of my hair as he tilts my head further back. "We both know that's not how you beg."

I ignored his words, focusing on the blood that surrounded his injured leg. "You need to wrap something around that so it won't get infected."

Jimin raised both his brows, as a small chuckle escaped his lips. "You're really interesting miss Alana. My body's immune to things like this."

Taehyung kept his head to the floor, threatened by the knife in Jimin's hand."Why did you kidnap my sister against her will?" He strongly questioned.

"I needed the money, something that a young and beautiful girl would have." Jimin responded as he turned to me.

Did he just—

"Look what you did to her!" Taehyung spat as he pointed to my hand, the one he stuck a knife into.

Jimin's eyes were dark as he took my hand in his, placing a kiss on my palm. "Better—?" He quietly whispered, grinning as he noticed my expression.

Why's he acting like this. Maybe he tried to show Taehyung that he didn't mean any harm so that he wouldn't tell the king and get him hung. Although, my brain was telling me to believe his words, and trust in his kindness. I was fighting with the devil sitting on my shoulder, but of course the evil one always wins the fight. Taehyung stood from the ground, and grabbed onto my hand. "I'll be back, with all the men in my castle to kill you."

"This isn't over." Taehyung muttered before he turned to leave.

"I know." Jimin smirked. "We still have a long way to go." He directed his eyes at me, knowing I heard him loud and clear.

"How could you lie to me Alana?" Taehyung yelled as he walked through the crowd of people. "You saved him for what, trying to kill you?"

"He let me go." I whispered. "Didn't father always tell us to forgive even the bad guys if they choose a better path?"

"I don't care if he set you free." Taehyung shook his head. "He hurt you, to get to the kingdom, and you should never forgive someone for that. Once this celebration is over, I'll tell father and him and his men will have that man hung."

I gulped, taking in a deep breath.

"Taehyung." My mind suddenly came across a thought. "Father won't be the king anymore."

"Shit." Taehyung cursed to himself, as it was said to be disrespectful to do in front of family members.

"That means Namjoon will be king and I'm sure he'll be stubborn about any request I give him."

I look at Taehyung as he spoke, wanting to sigh in relief. For some reason, I didn't want them to hang Jimin. I didn't believe in the hand for a hand or eye for an eye system. I think we should have mercy in other people and ourselves, if we want to live in a peaceful place. I wasn't scared of him anymore, I only wanted to help him become a better person.

I could help him be forgiven by God.

Forgiven by my parents and my brothers.

Forgiven by me.
