Before making it to the Byers' place again we went to mine. I had something to collect. I had to get my gun. It was something I didn't talk about owning. I kept it in a box in my closet marked as 'heels' no one would think twice about opening it. "Let's go." I said before getting back into the car.

"What did you get?" Nancy asked me and I pulled my gun out.

"This. My only protection, I've got more bullets don't worry." I said to before putting the gun in my jacket pocket. We then arrived back the Byers' place. We got out the car and opened the boot. We then took everything out and started setting everything up. Nailing bear traps to the ground. Put gasoline around the house. Reloading guns. Putting nails through a bat and soon we were ready to go. We all nodded at each other.

"We're ready to go." Nancy said to us all. And I looked at them all.

"Let's fight back." I said to with a smile before we went to the main room. Johnathan then opened the drawer and got three knives out. He made sure we all had one.

"Remember..." Johnathan said to us all.

"Straight into Will's room. And- -" Nancy started and I cut her off.

"Don't step on the trap." I said to them, if one of us did I say sacrifice that person.

"Wait for the yo-yo to move." Nancy said to him.

"Then..." Johnathan said while turning the lighter on. "All right." Johnathan said and I nodded at him.

"I think so." I said to him before cracking my hands.

"Ready." Nancy said and we took the knives to our palms.

"On three. One...two...you two don't have to do this- -" He said to us and I looked up at him.

"I do, I have to do this." I said to him, I needed my brother to be safe.

"Shut up, Johnathan." Nancy said to him.

"I'm just saying, you don't have to- -" He said to us and we looked at him then each other.

"Three." We both said and sliced our hands open. It hurt like a bitch but it was worth it to keep everyone safe. We put our blood everywhere and then started to wrap our hands. Nancy was doing Johnathans hand before we heard a noise.

"Did you hear that?" Nancy asked and I stood up getting my gun ready.

"I don't know but I'm prepared for whatever comes through those doors." I said to her while pointing my gun at the door.

"It's just the wind." Johnathan said to us and I sat back down again. That's all it better be. "Don't worry. My mom, she said the lights speak when it comes." Johnathan said and I leaned forwards. Speak? Speak how?

"Speak?" Nancy asked him.

"How do lights speak?" I asked him.

"Blink. Think of them as alarms." He said to us all. Blinking lights = warning lights. Got it.

"Is that too tight?" Nancy asked him and I stood up again. Pacing. I couldn't just sit still.

"No, it's fine. Thanks." He said to her and I looked to them both.

"God just kiss already." I said to them both and they just shook their heads. It then went silent.

"Nancy?" He asked her and I looked at them both.

"Yeah?" She asked before they're was a bang on the door.

"Johnathan? Are you there, man? It's...It's Steve! Listen, I just want to talk!" Steve shouted while pounding on the door.

"I'll get it." I said to them before going to the door and opening it,

"Steve, you need to listen to what I'm about to say." I said yo him and he looked at me, his face looked sore.

"Hey. Y/n, what- -" Steve said to me and I looked at him. I didn't want him getting more hurt than what he already was.

"You need to leave now." I said to him, I was trying to warn him.

"I'm not trying to start anything, okay?" He said to me and I titled my head to the side.

"Listen, I get that and I don't care about that. Please leave before I force you to." I said to him but he still wasn't listening to me at all.

"No, no, no. Listen, I messed up, okay? I messed...I messed up. Okay? Really. Please. I just want to make things right. Okay? Please. Please..." he said before he saw the state of my wrapped hand. I forgave him I really did. "Hey, what happened to your hand? Is that blood?" He asked and he looked at my hand.

"It's nothing. It was an accident." I said to him and he looked concerned at me. God he was such a good boyfriend in that sense.

"Yeah, what's going on?" Steve asked me and I looked at him.

"Nothings going on." I said to him and he pushed the door.

"Wait a sec. Did he do this to you?" He asked while opening the door fully.

"No. He didn't." I said to him and he was Nancy as well.

"Y/n, let me in!" He shouted at me and he walked in.

"No. No! No, Steve! Don't." I said and he saw the bat on the table along with everything else.

"What is...what the..." He said to us and Nancy and I pulled our guns on him.

"You need to get out of here." Johnathan said to him but Steve wasn't having any of it.

"What. What is all- -" He started but he was cut off.

"Listen to me. I'm not asking you, I'm telling to get out of here!" Johnathan shouted at him.

"What is that smell? Is that...is that gasoline?" Steve asked us and it was but we couldn't answer that.

"Steve, you need to leave!" I shouted at him.

"Steve, get out!" Nance shouted as we both had our guns on him.

"Wait. What? What is going on?" He asked us and we still couldn't answer no matter how much he asked us.

"You have five seconds to get out of here." Nancy said to him and let's just say he was on edge now.

"Okay, is this a joke? Stop. Put the guns down." Steve said to us and I saw the lights talk.

"It's safer this way." I said to him, I was scared. So scared.

"I'm doing this for you." Nancy said to him. We needed him to leave.

"Nancy. Y/n." I heard Johnathan say and I already knew what was about to happen.

"Wait. Is this a...what is this?" Steve asked and I didn't know what he was trying to say.

"Nancy. Y/n." Johnathan said again to us all.

"Three. Two." Nancy and I started to count down.

"No, no, no! No, no!" Steve shouted at us all.

"Nancy! Y/n! The lights. It's here." Johnathan shouted to us and I looked behind me.

"Shit!" I shouted we needed to run. And fast.

"Wait, what's here?" Steve asked us and Johnathan picked up the bat.

"Where is it?" Nancy asked as we all looked around.

"Where is what? Whoa! Easy with that." Steve shouted as we all started to spin in a circle.

"Where is it?" Nancy asked us all.

"I can't see it." I said to them all.

"I don't know. I don't see it." Johnathan said to us, we were so not getting this thing.

"Where is what? Hello? Will someone please explain to me what the hell is going - -" Steve shouted before he was cut off by a loud bang and a roar. The thing was coming through the ceiling. Me and Nancy started to shoot.

"No! Go! Go! Run! Go!" Johnathan shouted and we started running. He grabbed Steve's hand. "Get out of here!" Johnathan shouted and we heard the monster scream. "Jump!" He said to Steve as we neared the bear trap.

"Oh, my God! Oh, my God!" Steve shouted before he ran into Will's room with us and slammed the door. "Jesus! Jesus! What the hell was that? What the hell was that?" He shouted at us and we all looked at him.

"Shut up!" We all shouted at him in chorus. We had a screech from the thing. Nancy and I pointed our guns at the door.

"Whats it doing?" She asked us all. It was almost like it was thinking.

"I don't know." He said to us all.

"And I don't want to find out." I said them all and we watched the yo-yo. The electricity then jolted.

"Do you hear anything?" Nancy asked and Johnathan closed the lighter.

"No." He said to us before we opened the door and we we went outside. It was gone. But where.

"Where did it go?" I asked them all pointing my gun in every direction. I felt Steve put an arm around me.

"I don't know and like you said, I don't want to find out." Steve said to me. It had to be here somewhere. We walked into the front room and it was completely gone. No sign of it, only the mess it made dropping in. I heard Steve muttering to himself. "This is crazy. This is crazy. This is crazy. This is crazy! This is crazy! This is crazy!" Steve said before running to the phone and Nancy pulled it from his hand and threw it. "What are you do- -what are you doing? Are you insane?" Steve shouted at her and I stood on the phone. Breaking it. I'd buy another for them.

"It's going to come back! So you need to leave. Right now." Nancy said to him and he looked at me.

"It's not safe for you here. Please go, I'll see you later." I said to him and he ran out. The electricity started pulsating again.

"Where is it?" Nancy asked and I looked around.

"I still don't know." I said to her I was even more scared this time.

"Come on. Come on, you son of a bitch. You see it?" Johnathan asked as we walked in a circle again.

"No. Where- -" Nancy said to us, she was more scared then me.

"Come on. Where are you? Come on!" He shouted and the lights went out completely. We heard it again. It was behind us.

"Johnathan!" We shouted but the thing had him pinned. "Johnathan! Jonathan!" We shouted and we started shooting it.

"Go to hell, you son of a bitch!" Nancy shouted at it and it stood up.

"You can die and go back to your hell!" I shouted at it. This thing was affected but bullets and soon we were out of bullets. I saw Steve come in and start helping us.

"Steve!" We shouted at him and he had the bat. He was taking swings and got it in the trap.

"He's in the trap!" Steve shouted and we needed the lighter. "He's stuck!" Steve shouted at us again.

"Johnathan, now!" Nancy shouted and he threw the lighter down and lit him on fire. We were killing this bitch.

"Get back!" Johnathan said before putting the fire out, we all started coughing from the fumes. But the thing was gone,

"Where did it go?" Nancy asked us.

"That's what I want to know." I said to team as we got closer to it.

"No. It has to be dead. It has to be." Johnathan said at the boiling substance in the trap. It wasn't dead. We then walked and followed the lights.

"Mom. Is that you? Mom." Johnathan said and we followed the lights outside.

"Where's it going?" Nancy asked us.

"I do think that's the monster." Johnathan said to us and I think that was clear to tell.

"It's avoiding us other than killing us." I said to him with a smile. I was glad about that. I put my gun in my back pocket if my jeans. Let's face it this thing, it wasn't returning.

"Did we do it?" I asked them and Steve put his arm around me.

"I think we did." Johnathan said to us and we all looked at each other.

"The kids!" Nancy said and we all looked at each other. I gave a look at Steve.

"Get in the car, let's get your baby brother." He said to me and I ran to his car and got in.

"Thank you, they're at the school." I said to him and took his hand.

"You don't need to say thank you. It's what anyone would do." He said before driving me to the school. We were in silence for the first bit.

"I'm sorry, I should've told you everything." I said to him and he looked at me.

"It's okay. It's not your fault." He said to me and looked at me. "I'm sorry for getting the wrong impression." He said to me. Once we arrived at the school I saw Hunter with Mom. She wasn't alone. Dad was there. I ran to them all and hugged them mainly Hunter.

"How'd you get here?" Hunter asked me with a smile and I looked back and saw Steve leaning against his car.

"I take it that's the boyfriend. I should thank him." Dad said before going over to him. I looked back and Mom and Hunter.

"We're heading to the hospital. They found Will and he's heading there." Mom said and I nodded, that made sense as to why Dad was released. I then walked back over to Steve with Hunter.

"Can we ride with you to the hospital?" Hunter asked him, Dad walked away with a smile. He approved.

"Of course little man." He said while ruffling Hunters hair. We the hot in the car and headed to the hospital. Once we were there I sat next to Steve. My parents were opposite whilst Hunter was asleep on Lucas shoulder. What a cute couple. Johnathan walked in and Mike stood up.

"Guys. Guys, he's up. Will is up. Guys, Will's up." Will said before running. "Will's up come on." He said and they all ram out the room. I was glad that they were all okay. Soon it was Christmas time and it was snowing. How I missed the snow. Hunter was next door with the others. They must've been having a good time. Steve and I were at a better point than we were last time and I was glad that this whole thing was over. This place was just boring Hawkins again. Eleven had gone as well and no one would say where she went. She must've been safe. Steve was currently round mine.

"It's nice that we're all here for Christmas." I said to them all before Hunter returned.

"Yeah, even if there is someone else here." Dad said while looking at Steve.

"If you need me to leave I can." He said to him and I shook my head.

"He's joking Steve. Ignore him." Mom said to him with a smile. I couldn't tell what Dad thought anymore. Maybe that was the scary part.
