We still hadn't left the site and if it was down to my decision I wouldn't know what to pick. It was a complete split decision. "What do we do now?" Max asked us all and I looked at her. I didn't know. I then looked at Steve. I could tell that he was in thought.

"Should we go after them?" Lucas asked and I shook my head at him.

"No, for all we know they could be leading us into a trap. There could be more of them waiting there for us. So, that's a no for going after them." I said to Lucas. Thankfully it looked like Steve was on my side for that as well. Which is what I needed.

"She's right. No one is going after them at all. We're keeping an eye on you. If you leave we will track you down." Steve said to us and that's when Dustin looked at us.

"So, you want us to stay here?" Dustin asked us and that's not what we were saying at all. Steve and I exchanged a look.

"What if they come back?" Max asked us and we looked back at them.

"We'll figure it out okay." Steve said to her and then it was my turn to answer Dustin's question.

"We can't stay here either, in case they come back. So either way if we follow them or if we stay here. We're putting ourselves into danger." I said to them and that's when they were all looking even more annoyed that they wouldn't be here.

"So what, we're just going home then or walking around Hawkins aimlessly?" Lucas asked us and I looked at him and then at Steve.

"No, we're going to gather supplies. After that whole attack, it's proved that we need more than just my bat, Y/n's gun and Lucas' toy. We all need to be prepared and that's proved it." Steve said to them and I looked at him.

"Exactly, Steve's right. We need supplies. Besides although my gun wasn't used. I need more ammo to protect you all if they come back." I said to them and Steve looked at me.

"And I think we could all eat something as well." Steve said to them and that's when we started to walk. Aimlessly. Of course I had no idea where we were going.

"Where to first?" I asked them and Steve looked at me and then the others.

"I think we should go to yours. Work out way back." He said to me and I nodded. This was my hoping that I'd see my brother there as well but as we got there I saw Dad in the kitchen.

"Everything okay Mija?" He asked me and I looked at him.

"Is mom home?" I asked him and he shook his head. Shit. She needed to be here.

"She needs to come home. Last year that thing that we killed. The demogorgon. There's more of them. Hawkins is in danger. Mom needs to come home." I said to him and he looked at me. Like he needed me to be here as well.

"And what? Your just going to be running around knowing there on the run?" He asked me and I looked at him. I mean yes, I had to. I had to make sure that this place was taken from me.

"Well yeah. But I'm not alone. So you won't need to worry. I just need to get some more ammo. Then Steve and I are going to take a little group somewhere for dinner then try and get the demodogs and hopefully we put them down like the demogorgon." I said to him and he shrugged his shoulders and went back to his newspaper.

"Well have fun I guess. Stay safe and most importantly, if you find your brother. Get home home. Your mothers been worrying." He said to me and I nodded at him.

"I will Papa. Don't worry. Now I'll be gone in a minute." I said to him before running up to my room and getting supplies. I then got straight out of there and I saw Steve waiting for me.

"What took you so long?" He asked me as we started walking. Hand in hand together. The kids In front so that we could watch them.

"My dad. He was telling me to stay safe and that if I see Hunter to send him home immediately." I said to him and he looked at me with a smile.

"Hopefully we can. But for now let's make sure that our little group is okay along with making sure your okay." He said to me with a smile. I was glad that we were doing this together. It made me realize that no matter what happened in this town. My brother's friends would always view us as second parents in a way. I mean look after them enough. But more than ever now.
