The war broke out between the rikin house and keikain house as expected. The keikain house fought to get Ryuji back and to get rid of kokai not recognising kokai.

Ryuji: Yura!! Have you seen kokai?!!!

Yura: nii-san? No!! I thought... She's in her room.

Ryuji: no!!

Just then a commotion can be heard.

" what are you doing!!! "

Kokai was destroying yokais of the rikin house.

Keikains laughed at the rikins. They then chained her with chains. She cut them away " stop this. I... I'll leave. There won't be a reason to fight. "

" don't be crazy!!! They are at fault "

" what did you say?!!! Rikin!! "

" I... Thought so... Gomene. " kokai flash stepped to in front of the head of the keikain house. She points her blade at him " sayonara. "

" don't think so. Yokai." the head tied her up in chains and seals. She vomits blood but still stumbles forward. " you're tough. "

" heh... Arigato... " she pulls out chains from the opposite direction attached to her and it was the head of the rikin house.

" you sly. " the head of rikin says.

Kokai: arigato. And...

She pulls them in with all her might. That's when Ryuji appears " kokai!! " Her tears fell " bye bye... Ryuji... "

She pulled them in and both of them were about to crash. Both of the heads knew the best course of action is to destroy the chains or to destroy her. They obviously chose to destroy her. It was easier.

She also of course realised that. She let them destroy her. She closed her eyes...That's when she felt a warm embrace. Her eyes opened " Ryuji... " He had a shikigami out. His dragon like shikigami wrapped around them. The shikigami was destroyed in a moment.

" seriously? Ryuji. " the keikain head asks.

Ryuji: urusei.

Kokai: what are you doing? I'm trying to end things.

He vomited blood. He squatted on the floor with a knee. She felt for his pulse, it was getting weaker.

Kokai: this is all of your fault!!! All of you people fault!!! Ryuji... Ritsu. I know you're there.

Ritsu: kokai.

Kokai: please... Bring him away.

Ritsu: ok.

Kokai gave him one last kiss on the lips before ritsu brought him away.

" I won't forgive all of you. I... Won't... Nothing better to do... Destroying... Life... " she took out her nodachi and charged forward towards the rikin head. She dodges his attacks easily and cut off his head.

" monster. " the keikain head attacks and it didn't take long for his head to roll.

Ritsu: panting really badly.

Jirin: let me take a look. *gasps, eyes widened * that little girl...

Ritsu: what do you mean?

" gomen Ryuji... " she stabbed the nodachi into herself " a curse I set upon both houses, keikain and rikin . If there's ever a fight of a personal grudge, he or she will never reincarnate. Forced to turn into yokai and to only listen to the orders of the nura clan. " One last glance at ryuji... " seal. "

The seal was done and the war stopped immediately. They cursed at her obviously.

Ryuji: kokai... What happened to kokai?!!

Jirin: that little girl... Split herself into two. One to place a curse, another to save you.

" what?!! That baka!! I told her to never do that!! " he ran out of the forest to only find her only a few meters away from where he was. He saw tears. He cried and lifted her head " you were... Looking for me... Baka... "

Bach: kokai...

Jirin: bach. What do you want? There's not even a part of her soul left. She can't even reincarnate.

Bach: its not me.

Bach open his bottle that kept shaking. He opened it, the soul came out " Kokai..."

Jirin: it might not work. There's only residual energy left.

" I have to try. Ryuji yes? "

Ryuji:... Hai. You are kokai's mother.

" take good care of her ok. Return back to the yokai world. Never to come out again. "

Ryuji: I understand.

The soul enters kokai's body. It took a while... Everybody was waiting...

Ritsu: kokai... Come on...

Her eyes opened " heard... You... Unusual for you to root for me. "

Ritsu: tsk, if you can be an ass, you're fine.

Ryuji hugged her " you're never doing that again. "

Kokai: ryuji...

Ryuji: no buts. Come on, back to where you belong. Where... I'll stay with you.
