YOU'RE NOT MY FRIEND

𝕽yella Malfoy is sitting down on her comfy single bed in her dormitory at Hogwarts, having some deep thoughts, the bleached blonde haired girl looked down at the blue ribbon which is tightly wrapped around her finger, she felt mournful every time she sees it, a lot of blissful memories will just pop out of nowhere and she will always feel unhappy about it because she knows that she can never experience those happy moments in her life ever again.

      After spending a day in the burrow in her summer break when she was 12, her parents picked her up and they were angry at her for being so careless about herself, unsurprisingly, she got punished but not in an abusive way, they only became stricter to her, she wasn't even allowed to get out of her room unless she is told to do so, but she didn't care, she doesn't want to have some fun little adventures out of their mansion because of the traumatic event that happened to her. Ever since that incident, she became scared and sensitive, she felt like a coward.

     When Ryella's second year in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry came, she approached Harry, Hermione and Ron, the three of them thought that she was about to do something mean to them such as insulting Harry about his weird glasses and strange history, Hermione being a mud-blood or Ron looking like a disgusting rat like what she used to do with her brother in their first year, but to their surprise, she was kind and she even thanked Ron for making her feel better that night. Ryella started hanging out with the three of them and even joining them to their fun little adventures such as stolling around the School in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep or when a huge basilisk was in Hogwarts and even when they were trying to solve mysteries about the prisoner of Azkaban in their third year, though Ryella did'nt really enjoy that part because Remus Lupin turned out to be a werewolf, a monster she feared the most, she had a really bad panic attack after that so she collapsed and ended up in the hospital wing.

However, her friendship did not last with the three of them because of her twin brother Draco who was unhappy about her hanging out with the three Gryffindors they look down at, instead of him and his group of vile Slytherin friends. Draco immediately told their Parents, Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy about her relationship with the three when their third year in Hogwarts ended, they were extremely mad at Ryella and they either yelled or give her a silent treatment for more than a month, they didn't treat her like family.

Her family has always been furious when it comes to Gryffindors, they were very displeased at Ryella when they found out that she was making friends with Potter, the boy who lived from their beloved Master who is the Dark Lord himself, a Weasley boy with a huge family who's been treating Muggles like their companions, the thought of it has always been sickening for the Malfoys. Her parents couldn't believe that she was also close with a mud-blood who turns out to be Granger.

Ryella used to dislike Hermione too, she thought that Hermione was foolish to think that she knows everything about magic and that she has no right to be part of this side of the world because only pure bloods would matter, but that way of thinking changed when she made friends with them, Hermione turned out to be like a wise big sister to her who's always there to give her some advice whenever she's not in the best situation.

     Ryella felt so depressed that summer and so she decided to change herself back into the person she pretended to be, she's now once again the perfect Malfoy daughter that everyone knew.

There are lots of benefits on being vicious like this kind of Ryella, one example is that no one could ever cross her line, no one should dare to disrespect her because most people sees her superior to everyone, once you try to break down her walls, she'll always find a way to destroy you and being a close friend wouldn't be an excuse for her not to.

Ryella's pride is too high that everything must be done her way.

     But even though she loved being feared, another side of her knows that it is just not right.

Ryella's known for being perfect yet she knows herself that she is far from that level. Everyone only thinks she is because she can almost do anything, she's extremely intelligent and she never fails any subject in Hogwarts, not even Defense against the Dark Arts which is the class that she hates the most because it is truly her weakness. Ryella is also magnificent when it comes to dancing, she trained herself in doing a ballet dance, people have watched her perform before and they adored her for being a graceful dancer, not only that, Ryella can also be a musician, she plays the harp or any kind of instruments, it is not difficult for her to learn any kind of it, it only takes her an hour or less.

'Fame is so overwhelming' Ryella thought to herself

"Ryella are you coming or not?" Juliette, her so called 'best friend' asked that made Ryella snap out of her thoughts. "Yes Julie wait for me!" Ryella yelled and followed Juliette.

"You'll never believe what I saw out there!" Juliette exclaimed, excitedly.

     Ryella rolled her eyes at her friend, knowing that an annoying giggling mixed with a high pitched voice will start coming out of Juliette's mouth while telling her unimportant matters.

      "I saw a ship, rising up the sea and some flying horses with carriages landing here at Hogwarts, I've never seen anything like it," Juliette says, with her bubbly and energetic voice.

Ryella Obviously did not believe her, she just shrugged it off.

"That's exciting!" Ryella said in the fakest way as possible but still enough to make Juliette believe her. She felt cheesed off by Juliette and now she just wants to throw her out of the window and never see her again.

Each and every year in Hogwarts, all students are asked to go to the great hall wherein they will have an assembly and have a wonderful feast to celebrate the start of their school, that is where Ryella and Juliette are going right now.

     As they were walking, Daphne Greengrass and Pansy Parkinson joined the two of them.

     "I heard Beauxbatons and Durmstrang are here," Pansy said.

     Ryella's eyes lit up as she heard the good news, Beuxbatons has always been her dream school because she knows that the school is full of sophisticated girls and it is definitely where she'll fit in the most. She's been begging her parents to put her there but unfortunately they did not approve since it is far from their home.

     "Oh yes! Durmstrang is here which means there's going to be plenty of men for me to choose from!" Juliette giggled.

      "Honestly Juliette, I cannot find any guy whom you haven't flirted with yet," Daphne said, and everyone agrees.

      Ryella gave Juliette a disgusted look. Juliette is a gorgeous lad but it is horribly ruined by her flirty and annoying attitude. The popular group of Slytherins wants to kick the girl out but Juliette does have benefits to them somehow, despite her disgusting personality, she does bring great advices to them whenever they're going through some problems, Ryella knew that when they started becoming friends, Juliette used to be the only one who understood Ryella a lot.

      However, Ryella has noticed that Juliette's slowly changing into a girl who's got an attitude of a snake, Ryella's still observing Juliette quite a lot these days and she plans to expose her in front of everyone.

     While going through her observations, she realized that Juliette's a complete narcisst and at the same time, she is the type of person who wants people to notice her every move, her fear is to be one of the books in the bookshelf. Juliette wants to stand out in the crowd and not just blend in with them.

       However, Juliette couldn't achieve that because of Ryella herself, everyone knows that Ryella's the most popular woman in their school due to her natural beauty that could attract every single pupil, mixed with her strong confidence and gazillions of talents.

      Ryella is too perfect for everyone's eyes, she's insanely intelligent, she could dance gracefully in classical music with extraordinary skills that she improved due to her ballet classes, she learned how to play the harp for less than two years and lastly, she can sing.

     Ryella on the other hand, do not see herself like how most wizards and witches do, she knows that she's not even close to being perfect, she can't see anything special about her because out if all the things she can do, she only focuses on her weaknesses such as not being brave enough which is why she is having trouble with Defense Against the Dark Arts, she knows all the spells but not quite good at battling or other kinds of physical activities like Quidditch.

      As soon as they arrived at the great hall, events that usually happen on their first day occurred such as welcoming new students and Professor Dumbledore saying a boring speech.

    The speech that he did now however, is a little bit more interesting, it is claimed that Durmstrang and Beuxbatons are actually in their school.

    Dumbledore introduced both schools as they make a lovely entrance with a little bit of a wonderful performance to show, Ryella was very pleased to see Beauxbatons, she felt envious of all the girls who got the chance to study there.

     "You would fit very well in that school Ryella, why didn't you go there instead? besides, it is your dreams school," Said Pansy, while watching the beautiful girls make a wonderful performance.

     "Well my family wouldn't let me for some reason," Ryella answered, shrugging.

     The Blonde girl switched her gaze to the Gryffindor's so called 'golden trio' who looked like they were having fun together, without a doubt, she missed being with them but she is left with no choice.

Ryella got distracted and turned her gaze to the entrance door when tall and strong looking men started marching in the great hall, also making a marvelous entrance, she immediately knew that it is Durmstrang, a school for men that is located somewhere in north Europe.

    "Your attention please, I would like to say a few words," Dumbledore announced, making students turn their attention on him.

    Dumbledore started announcing the news about having a tri-wizard tournament inside hogwarts this year and they will be joined by the two schools who came, chattering noises started to fill the room, not long after, Barty Crouch started making his own announcement, saying that no students below the age of 17 should join this competition.

    "That's rubbish!"

    "No way!"

     "You don't know what you're doing!"

     Loud noises of complaints and anger was heard, Ryella on the other hand stayed silent, she wouldn't have entered in the competition anyway, fighting is her weakness.

    Ryella waited 'til the gathering ended, she hurriedly made her way back to her room, wanting to be alone until she felt someone grab her hand to stop her from walking.

    "What happened to us Ryella?" Ron's voice broke.

    She shut her eyes before turning around, trying to stop her raging emotions from coming out. "Get away from me you nasty red headed Weasley, can't you see I'm walking?!" Ryella raised her voice. She but her bottom lip as she saw Harry, Hermione, and Ron, looking at her worriedly. Hermione seemed really hurt and walked away. By that, she knew that the three of them treats her like an enemy now, it's very hard to admit.

    "B-but w-w were friends, I thought-

   "Oh merlin! you are not my friend Ronald! I only faked it for fun and you fools fell for it 'cause of your stupidity now get your nasty hand off me," Ryella spat and walked away.

    Ron just stood there, terribly hurt.

this update took a while and i can't believe i'm actually getting views omg. anyway i can't promise to update fast because of online classes and everything, but i will try!! also is it just me or is it weird that hp is only blowing up now because of tiktok, i've been obsessed with this since 5th grade and everyone in my school thought i was weird ffs. anw thank you for the support ily all!!
