After I had my time with Ikaros, and Nymph, I returned to Union to witness some of the changes.

I was in the classroom with the rest of Class 1-A, as Aizawa then walked in.

Aizawa: Alright Class, today, we will be having an important school wide meeting and announcement.

Mina: Really, what for?

Aizawa: This is about recent events and seems the UN Council and Heroes of the Globe has gotten involved.

Iida: UN Council and Heroes of the Globe, must be a very important meeting.

Izuku: It must be.

Bakugou: Whatever, this will only stall my path of becoming the Number 1 Hero!

As we all were leaving the classroom and heading towards the assembly hall, I looked around to see Japanese Defense Forces were around and no Atlas at all.

Seems like the change has already taken the effects of the nation and soon, will see the rest of the world.

We arrived at the assembly hall, as we could see all of the students, teachers and staff, as we saw the headmasters, members of the Heroes of the Globe and a member of the UK Council.

Sirzechs: alright students, listen, for the past recent events, the Union has been put into questionable positions and losing allies as well.

Nezu: That is right, the discovery of five of our students turned out to be molesters, as well as other crimes we have done beforehand, this has pushed the UK Council to entire the frey.

Ozpin: Firstly, this is the Speaker of the UK Council as well as Headmaster of the Council of Men, we introduce, The Vanta Lord.

Men(kneel): Sir!

Vanta Lord: Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Council Members, Heroes and The Corrupted, it has come to the Council's attention of your corruption and arrogance has become a... unspeakably degree. I got up as I could see a few other men within the assembly, as I opened my phone and messenger as I could see the logo.

Vanta Lord: that Logo is the crest of our council, as you have been selected to become one of us, as we will need your help against the fight against the Rogue's, that also means you are status with the world Governments, You might to requested by agencies across the world as Agents of the Council.

Michael: Now, until further notice, Japan will be put into a Nationwide lockdown, Heroes of Union and Japan are restricted from leaving the country. Furthermore, The UK has ordered for all of Union funding to be cut completely, we would have to fund ourselves now and finally, Atlas is no longer assisting Union Academy or its heroes.

Students: WHAT?!

Cardin: They can't do that!

Yang: what about us, we need them and they need us!

Nezu: There's nothing we can do, General Ironwood has agreed with the decision and ordered his forces to withdraw to Atlas for further orders. He was only able to leave us 3 Atlas Airships and 10 bullheads.

Sirzechs: because of this decision, the Union would have to form its own army from scratch and we're not so sure about that. Until we can do that, we are under the Protection of the Japanese Defense Force.

Kiba(dxd): that would explain the JDF presence outside.

Ozpin: What's more, heroes and heroes in training will be heavily monitored and some restrictions would be placed onto us due to their no trust in us at the moment.

Bakugou: I didn't agree with such crap, this is so bullshit!

Russel: Yea, why should we be punished for all this crap?!

Michael: It gets much worse, because if a hero does not comply with the new rules in place, they are to be detained and imprisoned until further notice.

Riser: This is completely ridiculous, Riser shall not be told what to do!

Ozpin: Anyway, also, for the next few days and/or months, you might see new teachers and staff, that would be because The Heroes of the Globe would be examining us and deciding who stays and who goes.

As everyone was getting up and leaving the assembly, I got up and made my way to Union's Meeting Room 3-D.

I entered the room as I then saw the Vanta Lord come in as I sat down, before long, 9 other males appeared within the room and sat at the table.

Vanta Lord: Greetings Gentlemen, Now tell me your names and hero titles.

Ryder: Alex Ryder, Divine Dragon Emperor.

Kirishima: Eijiro Kirishima, Red Riot.

Eren: Eren Yeager, Attack Titan.

Sasuke: Sasuke Uchiha.

Naruto: Naruto Uzumaki, Kurama.

Izuku: Izuku Midoriya, Deku.

Kiba: Yuuto Kiba, Devil Knight.

Meliodas: Meliodas, The Wrath Sin

Naofumi: Naofumi Iwatani, Shield Hero.

Mark: Mark Grayson, Invincible.

Vanta Lord: Good, now to get onto business.

Eren: You mean dealing with these rogues?

Vanta Lord: much more, you see, dealing with the rogues are minimal threats, we'll also be dealing with higher priority threats, more than All for One, Salem, Adam and all earthly villains and criminals.

Naruto: Please explain.

Vanta Lord: You see, there are many secrets, not just on earth, but within the Universe, other worldly threats that most heroes of your world wouldn't think much of, such as Thanos or Darksied.

Mark: Yes, among these dangerous alien races, were the Viltrumites and their Viltrumite Empire, you see, my father is a viltrumite and I am a crossbreed of a viltrumite, at the beginning, my father want me to join him and conquer the earth for the viltrumites.

Izuku: Oh my god.

Naruto: that would mean... your battle across the world...

Mark: yes, it was him trying to get me to join him and the viltrumites, but it didn't work, until eventually, I was able to convince him back to our side, however, he fears that the viltrumites would send more like him to earth. And on top of that, there was a resistance against the viltrumites across the galaxy and even the universe.

Vanta Lord: so, we're planning to create a Task Force, created from truly worthy individuals to combat this and any interstellar threats that might come to earth.

Izuku: But surely there's another way, and what's worse, most of us wouldn't be of much help to this task force, I mean, Kiba, Meliodas and Mark, I can see that, but the rest of us are mortal and power cant combat something like that.

Mark: That's where I am in, you see, I can transfer some of my blood to others and if compatible, you might be able to inherit some of my and my fathers powers. What more, this might also boost your powers as well, not sure how much though.

Naofumi: Hmmm, this does sound like an interesting offer, plus, I can get away from Princess Bitch.

Naruto: Same, not only would me and Sasuke get stronger, but we might get away from Sakura's bitch having ass.

Sasuke: Damn, that is a very interesting offer, I'll join.

Kiba: Then, I'm in, I need to be away from Rias anyway.

Eren: If I can get stronger to protect everyone I care about, then, I will gladly join.
