A/N: I'm so sorry that this chapter in unedited and I can't stared into my screen anymore cause my head is exploding in migraine but I did promise for a chapter and I'm so sorry if this is disappointing. I almost deleted everything and rewrite a new one but if I did, there won't be any chapter tonight. So I hope you guys are okay with this.

Alex stayed there for hours, it has been days since Henry admitted here under their observation. He kept telling the nurse to let him see Henry but they all denying him entry. Memories of him standing outside the palace in cold rain brought back same feeling but only this time, it wasn't the tall handsome Indian lad stopping him, it was this middle age woman with dark hair and crooked eyebrow staring down at him.

"Christ! Just let me fucking see my husband!" He screamed at the nurse by the counter and she had the annoyance look on her every single time Alex came to visit Henry. They had enough of him and kept calling the security but every single time they did, Alex would still not listened.

"Sir, I told you. He refused to see you. For the last time, just go home and we will update you over the phone!" The nurse raised her voice at him but Alex won't budge. They all didn't know Alex like Henry does so instead of listening and following their orders, he screamed Henry's name down the hall hoping it would get through him.

"HENRY! YOU SON OF A BITCH!" He yells as he walked along the corridor inspecting the room one by one. "HENRY! WHERE ARE YOU!?" He kept screaming Henry's name while running down the hallway being chased by the security but he didn't give up. If he wasn't being tackled by the slightly overweight security officer and he upper handed him by being the slightly bigger than Alex and fast too.

"HENRY!" Alex screamed as he was escorted by the security out for the thousand times in the last few days. He hated this but he can't give up now. "Sir, I'm telling you, before the hospital made a restraint order on you, better behave. I know you are upset of your partner not wanting to see you but this is a hospital. You can't go on and screamed and yelling like a maniac!" He scolded Alex back as soon as he released him outside.

"For you information, that is not just my partner! That is my fucking husband! The father of my child! I have all the rights I can be to be upset with him. If I'm a maniac? GOOD! They can threw me in there too so I can be with him!" Alex is practically laughing with tears by now and the security guy with his name tag across his chest spelled Wade staring at him like he had two heads.

"I know you're angry. I would be too if my wife did this. But sir, the only thing matter now is that he is here and he is seeking help that he needs. Maybe you need to start seeking help too." Alex stopped pacing for a while when he heard him. He shakes his head in disbelief as he stepped out from the entrance and went to his car.

He was too upset but he is angry by Henry as well. He slammed the car door and smacked the steering wheels in anger, feeling the heels of his palm jolting in pain as he does over and over again. His phone had been buzzing since the last hours and he couldn't care less.

It was a middle of the drive to the town nearest bar when his phone buzzed again and this time, he didn't bother throwing it away and instead of he checked on the screen, he slides the screen and answered it, "WHAT?"

"Is that a way for you to talk to your mother in law?" Catherine voice is never so sweet but the moment he heard her, he breaks. He swerved his car to the side of the road in the middle of Austin whey land, "Catherine?" He voice came breaking into a sobs.

"Sweetie, come home. We need to talk." She says and Alex nods in tears before he answered her. He drove his car back on the road and drove home to his parents house in mess and tears.

"Did you manage to see him?" Cathrine asks as soon as she pulled Alex from her hugs. He shakes his head weakly and she sighed. She raised her palm over Alex's chiseled jaw and brushed her soft fingers over the line of his jaw as he leaned into the warm palm. He hadn't had time to shave much less taking care of himself since Henry is admitted.

"You haven't been taking care of yourself my boy. The cruel irony of losing your partner is eating you." She says and Alex turned his gaze towards her green-blue eyes. He nods cause if anyone in this world would know what he feels right now, is her.

The dark circles under his eyes doesn't fool anyone and he knows everyone walks around eggshells around him. "Let's talk inside." She pulls Alex in by his wrist and he can see all of his family in the living room waiting for him.

He sat by the single couch surrounded by his family and his in laws, surprisingly Bea was there too but only June and his parents is there with them. They decides that this is family matter and Alex could see Bea is holding Arthur in her hand.

Arthur immediately fussing as soon as he saw Alex sitting right across from him and kept crying to go to him. He hasn't seen him nor hold him since Henry's almost died and he knows he missed Henry too.

"He misses his idiot dads." Ellen says and the whole time it was her and Oscar who took care of him. "Give him to me." Alex says and hold out his arm for Arthur. He immediately flapping his arm and legs the moment he saw Alex smiling at him and hugged Alex's neck before Alex kissed him on his cheek and head.

"I don't believe Henry didn't want to see you." Catherine starts and Alex's eyes turned to her sharply. "What do you mean?" Oscar asks and Alex also asks the same thing.

"Henry might have this behavior where he shuts down and give up but he never ever not remorse. The soon as he snapped back into reality, he would go heaven and earth to make his amends. So when he say Henry didn't want to see you? That's a fucking lie." Bea starts and Alex could feel his mind is exploding right now.

"What do implying at?" Alex asks. "I think he is hold against his will there." Catherine says and Alex stood abruptly with Arthur in his arm. He gave him to June and starts pacing around the living room. "We need to get him." He says and Catherine hold out her palm to stop him.

"We will but you need to sleep for now. Rest! You are as miserable as a dead man hooker." Bea says and Alex retort his face in that image. "Go upstairs and shower, you reeked like old man whiskey!" Ellen says smacking him on the back and pushed him upstairs.

He stopped middle of the stairs looking back at Catherine on the couch in the living room holding baby Arthur in her lap, "Thank you guys." They all smiled at him before he went upstairs.

"Look lady! Either you start telling me what the hell is going on with my husband or I'm going to fucking sue all of you!" Alex screamed at the nurse over the counter again the next day. "Mr Diaz, I told you that your husband is recovering right now." She tells him again and before Alex opened his mouth again the doctor came into his view with the folder in his hand.

"Mr Diaz, I'm going to call the authority if you didn't stop yelling at my nurse." He says and Alex had it, he almost wanted to punch the guy right here right now. "Either you take me to Henry or you'll be walking home in a wheelchair." They can see Alex's fist already balled up next to him.

"Call the security." He says and before Alex stepped in and yell at him again, Catherine came into the view. "Alright I had enough of this macho testosterone showdown. Either you bring me to see my son with his husband or I'm gonna shut down this hospital right now for malpractice!" Alex had to smile besides her feeling proud and the look on the doctor's face made it ten times better.

"Your Royal Highness! I didn't expect you here." He said as he bow. "Now!" She says and he nodded leading the way.

The moment he opened the door of Henry's room they were met with nothing but an empty room with a single bed in the middle pressed to the wall and there is a small cabinet by the corner with an empty tray on the top.

But the sight of depressing room isn't what's killing Alex right now, it was Henry. He was lying on the bed with a while blanket on top of his leg leaving his upper body exposed and he was wearing the dull white hospital shirt with his wrist ties to the side of the rails. Alex could see him sleeping but the sight of Henry is rather unpleasant. His eyes had dark circles around them and it sunken deep like he was right now.

His luscious lips that Alex used to kiss is now pale white and dry cracks all over it. This isn't Henry, the Prince of Wales, this is a different person. It broke Alex to see him like this and he knows Catherine does too. "This is outrages! What the hell did you do to my son!" She screams and Alex heard her arguing with the doctor and he kept saying that it was for Henry's good.

"Babe, baby?" He leaned stroking Henry's hair away from his forehead and Henry stirs. He could see him tried to swallow his throat dryly as he turned to face towards Alex.

"Alex?" He whispers and slowly his eyes flutters to open. Alex could see him tried to fight back the sleepiness in him and tried to raise his arm to hold him but stop when it stuck on the railings. "Alex. Get me out of here." He says and Alex tried to suppress his anger before he unwrapped the restraint from his wrist and he could see all the injection marks around his arm.

"What have they done to you?" Alex asks and Henry didn't say anything else and grabbed his fresh clean shaven face and sealed it with a kiss. "I miss you." He whispered and Alex felt the weight that has been sitting on his chest just lifted up and gone away after hearing Henry said those words. "I miss you asshole! We won't be here if you didn't trying to fucking kill yourself!" He says as he grabbed Henry's face in his hand.

"I didn't mean it to happened! I just need to shut my brain down and I thought it would!" Henry replies and Alex shakes his head. "DO NOT fucking do that again you hear me!" His words seethed through his teeth and Henry nods in his grip. "Let's get you out of here." Alex says and with one swing, he tossed the blanket away from Henry's leg and wrapped his arm under Henry's knees before lifting him up.

"We are going home and you try to stop me, I will fucking kill you right now!" Alex says and the doctor gives way. "You'll be hearing from our lawyer for this." Catherine had her last words before they both went out and left the dreadful hospital hopefully for a very long time.

They couldn't believe their eyes when they saw Henry coming home looking like a corpse that was brought back from the cemetery. He fell asleep in the car and Alex had to carry him inside and he didn't stop to show him around. Instead, he went straight into their bedroom.

They could hear gasps coming in from June and Ellen and Bea was infuriated when she sees her brother being treated like some animal in the lab. "Please tell me you will sue them!" Bea ask and Catherine nodded before Oscar offered her a glass of whiskey. She gulped it down in a minute before he pour her another.

"I still can't believe that we waited days to rescue him." Ellen says as she sat down. "Why is it Henry being held captives there?" June asks and Catherine took another gulped down before slamming the glass on the table.

"He said that it is their protocol to hold Henry in for endangering himself and possibly his son. So now I can't sue that mother fucking piece of shit!" Catherine says as she fisted her hand into a ball and they are quit impressed at her being vulgar about this.

"Let's just leave it at this. Henry is back home and we can take care of him better than anyone else." Oscar says and they all agreed.

As soon as Alex reached the room, he placed Henry on their bed. Alex was about to leave to get him some water when Henry gripped his wrist and pulled him back. "No! Don't leave! They will come back." Henry says and his eyes kept looking at the door behind Alex.

"Babe, no one is getting you, I promised. I will not let you stay in that horrid place anymore, I promised!" He says as he grabbed Henry's face in his hand. "Why did you leave me there?" Henry asks and Alex's face dropped when he heard him. "How could you leave me there. I called for you every day!" Henry is already tearing up in Alex hand as he still grabbing his face.

"I look for you damn it! Every single fucking day! I waited outside of the ward for you for hours! They told me you refused to see me!" Alex says angrily and he knew for fact that wasn't Henry's doing. Henry would never do that to him knowing he would do everything in his power to be with him.

"It wasn't me!" Henry says and Alex nodded before he leaned their forehead together. "I know baby." Their lips found each other and Alex climbed on the bed and hugged Henry refused to let him go. He worried that if he did, Henry would wither away, just like what he father told him.

"Hen?" A voice appears from behind the door as Henry was staring into the window next to his bed. Alex had went out couple of hours ago and it wasn't him that voice from, it was his mum. He turned his head towards the door and can't stop this raging headache he had and it made him dizzy when he turned.

"How are you darling?" She asks as she carried a tray with her. She placed the tray next to Henry by the bedside and sat besides him on the bed. "How's the headache?" She asks and her fingers runs through Henry's blonde hair, he gulped his throat shaking it signing it still there.

"It's crushing." He says and his voice croaked when he does. "I brought you some aspirin." She says as she took the bottle from the tray and tried to uncap it but then shook her when Henry grabbed the bottle from her hand and threw it across the room. It hits the wall and the bottle rattles underneath the table. "Henry! Why did you do that?" She yells at him and she could see how scared Henry was when he sees the bottle. He tried to backs away from her but he was running out of room on the bed and he was at the edge.

"Henry is nothing, it's just aspirin." She says and Henry shook his head. "No! That thing make me sleeps for days. I can't do anything. I can't move, I can't feel anything. I can't even speak." He said and they way he spoke he had to say it word by word like it was the first time he learned to say words.

"Hen, it's okay darling. You're safe now, I promised." Catherine says as she tried to get Henry back to bed but Henry backs away from her and fell on his back from the bed instead. A loud thud heard from the floor and it spooks Alex from downstairs.

He rushed upstairs and found Henry on the floor with Catherine cradling his head on her lap, Henry on the other hand is unconscious. "What happened?" He asks and Catherine is at verge of crying. "He fell down and I think he hits his head on the floor.

Alex didn't think twice and carried him back to bed. He felt his head for any injuries and noticed the bump on the back of his head. "It's fine, it's just mild bump." He says to calm Catherine down cause she is about to cry her eyes out.

Catherine told Alex what happened when Henry saw the bottle and immediately knows that Henry is traumatize by anything right now. Whatever they did to him in that hospital, it changes him. It made him into this paranoid person.

It was hours later when Henry is awake finding Alex next to him that he is much more relaxed. "Hen." Alex calls as he took his hand in his. "How's your head?" He asks and Henry stroked the back of his head with his finger feeling the bump more deflated now thanks to Alex for icing it. "Better." He says softly and Alex nodded before he took out a bottle of pills right in front of him. He sat up immediately at the sight and shook when Alex rattle the bottle in front of him.

"Please, throw it away." Henry begs and tried to pull his hand away from Alex but he won't budge. ""Henry. There is nothing in this world that would bring us down remember?" He says and Henry tried to pull himself away only Alex pulled him harder. He lost a lot of his muscles and his strength when they kept him in the hospital and now he can't even fight Alex in his grip.

"Not your grandmother, not the thousand years of monarchy. Not even being an obtuse fucking asshole that you are. This is us, Henry and Alex together. This is our home. This is the only thing you need right now." Alex interlaced his finger in between Henry's tighter and showed him what is real in front of him. He stares into their hands as memories of their first night together, the way Henry's hand slides through Alex's like butter and how he had held Henry's hand through the worst thing in his life.

Whether it was during their email leaks or one of the hospital stays, Alex would always be there with him, no matter what. That this life that he fought is everything that matters.

"Alex." He says and Alex stares into his face when Henry finally looked up. "I'm so sorry." He starts and Alex eyebrows furrowed. "I'm so sorry for hurting you. I never meant to hurt you. I'm so sorry. I was weak. I can't even look at you knowing how I disappointed you. I'm so sorry." Tears starts to run down Henry's face as he says those words and slowly Alex gripped on his hand loosen and he run his fingers through Henry's face.

He trails his finger over Henry's eyebrow down to his temple then to his cheek. He let his thumb settles over Henry's luscious lips and his mouth gaped apart. "There is no one in this world that would drive me crazy except you asshole! No matter how our life caught up to us, I will still choose you in a heartbeat. Don't you fucking forget that."

Alex saw how Henry teared up nodding at him as he gripped his chin. He leaned to kiss him on his lips and Henry sniffles. It was moment later when he heard the faint cries from the other room and his head cocked to the side when Alex turned behind him. "I'll get him." He says and Henry pulled his wrist stopping him. "I wanna see him." He says and Alex smiled helping him out from the bed.

Arthur cries when they opened the door to his room, Ellen has sets a nursery for Arthur in one of their guest room next to Henry and Alex room. Henry saw him kicking through his blanket before he roll over and raised himself up and saw his fathers walking in to the room.

"Hey buddy. You're having a bad dream." Alex says as he carried him out from the crib and Henry stood a few feet behind him with his arm wrapped around his body. The moment Arthur saw him, he immediately leaned at Henry wanting him to carry him instead.

"Da-dy." He says and Henry gasped before he breaks into his own tears. "Did you hear that? He wants his daddy back." Alex says and Henry could see his eyes glistened with tears as he holds him. Henry came closer and grabbed Arthur in his arm and hold him to his chest as he cries. His lips won't stop kissing him, the smell of him from his head, his neck and everything about him made Henry realized that there is nothing in this world matter except for his little family.

"I'm sorry baby, I'm so sorry. I promised I won't leave you." He says into Arthur's ear as he had fallen asleep immediately on Henry's chest. Henry turned his gaze to Alex and he smiled before leaning for another kiss. "I love you." He says and Alex nodded. "I know." He says and it was enough for Henry.
