Pacing back and forth Winter was waiting for the contact to answer the call. Sitting down in her chair she watches as her cat stretch right before jumping down and sleeping on its bed.

Winter: Please pick up. Please.

A minute passes and a hello was heard from the scroll's speaker. Picking up her scroll she speaks to the person.

Winter: Weiss.

Weiss: Sorry for the wait but you are calling rather late.

Winter: I apologize. Yes, I do realize that my calls are rather earlier in the day but given the circumstances I will be saying this now.

Weiss: And that is?

Winter: Will I be able to meet this F/N Rose tomorrow?

Weiss: Uhhh about that... it would be a no as he has an appointment.

Winter: I see. Well I guess this would be an opportune time for you to meet mine:

Weiss: WHAT?!

Reeling back from her sister yelling Winter puts back her scroll near her ear.

Weiss: Sorry. Sorry. But who is it? Why have you never said of this before?

Winter: (sighs) Look, I wanted to make sure this would last. After an argument in which I was in the wrong when I thought I lost him in a mission I thought it is time now.

Weiss: And the first question?

Winter: No one you would know. Y/N L/N is a specialist.

Weiss: Do you live with each other?

Winter: We aren't there yet but I will admit we do have clothes in each other's home in an event that one of us sleeps there.

Weiss: Hmmm.

Winter: If you wish Weiss we can speak of it now. You can know everything.

Weiss: I would like that very much, but can you wait a minute. I think this calls for me to get a refreshment and snack for this talk.

As the next day arrives you and Winter were in an Atlas VTOL heading straight to Beacon Academy for the visit.

Y/N: I need a refresher. So we are going to Beacon so I can meet your sister?

Winter: Yes. Like Weiss with her significant other I do wish to hold off on meeting other members of my family as long as possible. I can see maybe my mother or Klein but that is about it for the time being.

Y/N: Can it really be that bad?

Winter: Worse than my father lets on in his public appearances. It will be an immediate uphill battle with Whitely likely making some sort of snide remake every so often.

Y/N: Oh.

Winter: That and if I am going to be honest with you I have not seen my seen my sister in a long while.
 
Y/N: Should I know anything?

Winter: No, I am certain Weiss has already accepted you.

Y/N: And what makes you say that?

Winter: We spoke all night about you. More specifically I did.

Y/N: Was it good?

Winter: The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Y/N: Even that one time?

Winter: Yes Y/N. When you threw my cat through my closed window as it jumped on your face with its claws out.

Y/N: Did you at least say to Weiss that I did replaced the window? And to be fair that was an appropriate response.

Winter: Donut would disagree with you. He was playing with you.

Y/N: Well everyone on the next day asked me why my face was scratched up.

Winter: And?

Y/N: They laughed when I said it was your cat saying that your cat had a better chance to kill me than our enemies.

Eventually arriving to Beacon, landing down you immediately saw what looks like Weiss but there was someone standing besides her. The red hooded girl ran up to the VTOL with Weiss having to follow behind.

Winter: Ruby Rose. I remember you.

Ruby Rose attempted a salute again but failed once more. You saluted to her as it looked like she tried really hard.

Weiss: (sighs) Ruby may have eavesdrop on the call.

Ruby: I said it was because I heard you said my brothers name.

Weiss: Hearing that he couldn't make it she thought that she should come.

Winter: Ruby, come. I wish to hear your opinion on a certain matter.

Ruby: Okay?

Weiss watching her sister leave with Ruby looks to you.

Weiss: What is your intention with my sister?

Y/N: You know to love her. I really do not what to say in this.

Weiss: Well I believe you from Winter's talk. To be honest I think you're good. I think my sister doesn't need someone quite like her. By the sounds of it you try to make sure that she doesn't overwork herself.

Y/N: I noticed that tendency of hers. In fact she cancelled a few nights out because of it.

Weiss: You know I noticed how my sister has changed in our calls so thank you.

Y/N: I was simply being who I was. Winter is a lot of work but she is worth the effort.

Weiss: You know Y/N the first part of what you said should not be said to her sister.

Y/N: Yes, but as you know you know how I am. Not everything is good as I'm sure with this Thorn I heard about.

Weiss: You mean F/N Rose? He knows how
to drive me crazy at times but he tries really hard also. And that is one of the reasons why I love him.

Y/N: Seems like that's one thing the two of you have in common.

Weiss: Though thank you.

Y/N: For?

Weiss: The way you two met. You saved her.

Y/N: All just part of the job. Would of done it regardless who it was.

Weiss: Well thank you. Even if we may not be as close as much as I would wish I cannot imagine if one day she is gone.

The talk was cut short with Ruby and Winter arriving back. Thinking on what Weiss said you figured there should be a change of plans.

Y/N: Winter, can you come?

Winter: Okay?

Following behind you walked until you were out of hearing distance.

Winter: What is this about?

Y/N: I think this whole meet up should be done later. You should hang out with your sister for the day.

Winter: Where is this coming from?

Y/N: You said if yourself you told everything about me. And seeing as how you told me of this at the last moment my thinking is that it can't be done on the day you intended.

Winter: I will admit that you are right. That day Ironwood gave me a file. I do not need to say what it is but I am going it will make me busy that day.

Y/N: We can do it later when we meet Weiss' boyfriend as well seeing as how you wanted that to be a thing.

Winter: Hmmm...

Y/N: And how long as it been since you last seen your sister?

Winter: Too long.

Y/N: I know how much this means on both ways so go do it. I'll be doing my own thing over here.

Winter: Okay, okay. You know this is one of the many reasons why I love you. You know it right? Even if you can be a handful.

Y/N: Your sister did say something similar about hers.

Winter: I will do that. See you later.

With that said Winter comes up closer to you before giving a fast kiss on the cheek.

Winter: You know I can't give you an actual kiss in public.

Y/N: Well you owe me one when we go back.

Winter: We will see.

Watching her leave with her sister you see as Weiss turns back at you and gives a smile to you right before walking with her sister.

Ruby: Soooo...

Y/N: Well I got nothing to do kid. Want to do something?

Ruby: Yes. You're a specialist right?

Y/N: Yes.

Ruby: Good. I want to see who is better at marksmanship.

Y/N: We Atlas specialist train in all manners of weapons.

Ruby: That's why I want to see it. This might be my only chance.

Y/N: Sure, but first I am hungry so can you show the cafeteria. I will even but you what you might want.

Ruby: Even cookies!?

Y/N: Sure.

With that said you felt a strange sensation in your wallet. A little part of you knew that you would be soon get a call from your bank, but for now you two head off to the cafeteria.
