Summer: How You Two Met

I was making my way to my aunt's household through this blasted forest. Apparently it is on the other side, and to make things even worse the bullheads refuse to fly over it. Something about Grimm but hey at the very least they do transport my luggage.

Though all my grumbling was interrupted as I heard a distinct sound of gunfire. Running to the area I spot a white hooded person fall but not get up. The Beowolves were catching up.

Y/N: (pulls out weapon) Thank god it is only beowolves.

Aiming down sights I begin firing at them in quick succession making sure they do not get close to the figure. In the aftermath I quickly run down to see if they are alright.

Y/N: Okay, okay they are alright but knocked out. A little bloodied but alright. Great now I have to stay but she will not believe this is the reason why I am late. Let's see.

Judging by her weapons and attire I assume she is from Beacon. Heard of it but honestly I could care less seeing as I am not from here.

Y/N: Hmmm. She has to have a scroll. Maybe a teammate could come? Though all this does hinge on her not having it locked. Screw it.

Y/N checks the girl for a scroll. Finding it he turns it on and goes through the thing to find out that this girl is named Summer Rose.

Y/N: Summer Rose huh.

Checking through the scroll more Y/N sees a contact of interest. A person named Qrow so he calls them.

Qrow: (via scroll) Summer. Where are ya?

Y/N: (via scroll) I hate to break it to you but this isn't Summer.

Qrow: Why do you have her scroll then?! If you did something I will find you!

Y/N: Woah hold on. First I have to ask what is your relation to her?

Qrow: Teammate.

Y/N: Well in that case Summer in currently unconscious. She was running from Grimm. I think she was fighting more.

Qrow: No wonder why. Where are ya?

Y/N: I'll send my location and wait.

With that Y/N hangs up before he sends the location. Judging that this will take a long while he takes Summer and puts her against a tree. In the process he got a good look at her.

Y/N: Hmmm. She is pretty. Though no use in trying. No use as this is only a visit.

He wished he could at least be there when she wakes. Maybe a note could be the best course of action. Grabbing out a paper and pen Y/N began writing the message. Some time passes by and Y/N grabs his weapon.

Y/N: Who are you?!

Raven: I'm here for my teammate.

Y/N: (points weapon) You don't sound like Qrow.

Raven: That person would be my excuse of a brother.

Raven showed some photos that validates her claim that she is a teammate.

Y/N: Sorry about that but you know I had to get proof.

Raven: Understandable. I don't blame you.

Y/N: Can you give her this message? I feel bad for not being there when she wakes.

Raven: (takes the note) Okay. Wait...I never seen you in Beacon.

Y/N: That's because I'm not from Beacon. To tell you the truth I'm on leave from Atlas to go visit some family.

Raven: Should of figured. Why would you be going through a forest?

Y/N: Was it my clothing?

Raven: Well now that you mention it that is a dead give away.

Y/N saw as this person opened a red portal. She grabbed Summer and went inside with the portal closing after she enters.

Y/N: Huh. That was odd.

Y/N goes to grab his weapon but he spots a shiny thing on the ground. Picking it up he inspects the thing.

Y/N: Crap, this must be her emblem. (sighs) Great. Well maybe I can return it to her one day.

Y/N slips the rose emblem into his pocket. He now walks, thinking of the fun time ahead of him as his aunt will likely yell at him for being late and worrying her.

Summer soon wakes up. She looks around the room to see that she was in her room.

Summer: How did I get here? I remember running but then it was all black.

Raven: Here is a note from your hero. Well if you need anything call.

Raven left leaving Summer alone. She grabs the note and begins reading.

Velvet: How You Two Met

Adam sent me to link up with our partner. A human that calls himself Roman Torchwick. Walking inside the warehouse I go up.

Roman: Huh. I was hoping for a wolf but I guess a fox should do. At least then you can deal with the Red Riding Hood.

Y/N doesn't respond as he didn't find it to be amusing at all. He would put him down but Adam forbade it.

Roman: Really nothing? What's the matter? Cat got your tongue or should I say human?

Y/N: (thoughts) Adam never said what I can and cannot do to Roman.

With that Y/N quickly unsheathes one of his swords and sticks it to Roman's neck. He did not faulted, he kept that smirk plastered on.

Roman: I wouldn't do that if I were you Big Bad Wolf.

Y/N: And why should I not?

Roman: Neo.

At that moment Y/N felt the end of a blade on his neck. Roman's face turn to concern as he sees you smiling.

Y/N: Think again.

Neo herself felt a sword against her neck. She was confused herself but kept her weapon at you.

Y/N: For your information that is why they call me the Trickster. Though the holograms can do hurt or even kill if I want to.

Roman: So it now seems we have reached an impasse. Very well, Neo.

Neo lowers her weapon and Y/N follows the same procedure. Holstering your sword you do wonder why Neo hasn't said a word.

Y/N: Now why hasn't your partner not say a single word?

Roman: She can't.

Y/N: My condolences. Though did you know that your partner asked if a cat got my tongue. Looking at you I would imagine that he would be more sympathetic.

Neo stares daggers into Roman as he had to deal with a now angry Neo. Y/N on the other hand walks away, smiling to himself.

Y/N: Call me when the mission starts.

Roman: (thoughts) That bloody sly fox.

Days passed and at this current moment Y/N was in the bullhead with Roman.

Roman: This should be a simple robbery. A simple we go in and go out. Any questions?

Y/N: Why am I the only one here?

Roman: Look I need muscle that isn't just all show. Now stop complaining. We're above the location.

Y/N: I hate you.

Roman: The feeling is mutual. Now get that semblance of yours to work.

Multiple holograms appear by Y/N. They gave a nod to the leader before heading to the dust shop. Following behind these copies was Y/N himself. Entering the building he shoots the roof to get their attention.

Y/N: Listen up! This is a robbery. I am going to steal the dust. If none of you try anything then you can all go home to your families.

Shopkeep: P-Please. Just take it and leave.

Y/N: I will.

The holograms began taking the dust into the canisters. Filling them you give the signal for them to return to the bullhead.

Y/N: Now I'm sure you have insurance so in reality this isn't too bad.

With that Y/N began walking out of the shop before a bullet was fired at him. Y/N quickly turns his rifle back into his sword and blocks the bullet. The security tried shooting more but he blocks them and cuts his weapon.

Y/N: (sighs) Lucky for you I don't kill unless ordered to.

Y/N throws a punch at the guard before going outside the shop. He grumbles as surely there must be people heard the gunfire. At the exact moment two figures enter the scene.

Velvet: Stop!

Coco: It is two against one.

Y/N: Great, great and two females no less. Me and my stupid morales.

Velvet: Why are fighting for the White Fang? They give our cause a bad name.

Y/N: Different paths yield the same results.

Roman: (via comm) The dust is loaded and your holograms disappeared.

Y/N: (via comm) That is intentional. Till we meet again girl and fashionista.

Y/N grabs our a fire dust crystal and throws it at them. He fires at it causing the two to jump out of the way. With this distraction he ran up the rooftops. They were right behind him but the bullhead fired at them, covering Y/N. He jumps off the building jamming his sword to the side of the bullhead.

Coco begins to fire her minigun forcing Y/N to grab our his other sword and attempt to block the shots. Though some shots made its mark.

Y/N: (grunts in pain) It would be great if you can help.

Roman responds by firing at the minigun with precision. Velvet quickly goes to check on her friend. With that done it was you now.

Y/N: A little help.

Roman: This is where we part ways.

Y/N: You little shit. What will Adam day?

Roman: Where do you think the order case from. You got a little too popular to become a threat. That and you got Neo mad at me.

Y/N: Can I at least have my last words.

Roman: Fine.

Y/N was actually pulling out an explosive but he needed to buy some time.

Y/N: Your hair looks awful with the bowling cap. Phew. Now I can die happy.

Roman: I hate you.

With that Roman uses the cane to knock Y/N off the bullhead with his sword. Though as he was falling he threw the explosive at the wing. The explosion causing the bullhead to a crash land. Y/N fell down to a canopy and fell down to the hard surface of the ground.

Y/N: He will escape but now with the dust.

Though his little moment did not last long as the two from previously arrived.

Coco: Do you have any idea what you did to my clothes!

Y/N: That wasn't me.

Velvet: Coco, we cannot do anything. Please just surrender.

Y/N: I know when I'm beat. Not exactly in a position to fight.

Coco: Good.

With that the last thing Y/N saw as the angry lady knock you out with her purse/minigun.
