A/N: I'm doing this as someone requested it and thought why not as the next scenario will take awhile as I have no idea how to go about it so until then this shall suffice. Also as for their heights bit I'm making it up for this.

During a weekend Yang and Blake both found themselves bored. JNPR was busy and it was Weiss turn to take bong Y/N and Ruby to the bakery for both muffins and cookies.

Laying down on her bed, throwing a tennis ball in the air repeatedly Yang stops.

Yang: I'm so bored.

Blake: (closes book) I now officially hate this book.

Yang: What's wrong with it?

Blake: Turns out everything that happened was all a dream.

Yang: (looks at Ruby's bed) You know when we made our bunk beds we should've bought some ladders.

Blake: Not like your sister would of had any problems climbing up to the bed. Now, Weiss on the other hand I doubt.

Yang: No, trust me. I lived with Ruby all my life and I know for sure Weiss is taller.

Blake: It seems like we are at an impasse.

Yang: Yup. Want to make a bet out of it? The loser has to take Y/N and Ruby the next time they want to go to the bakery?

Blake: Deal.

Waiting until you three returned to ask was how it was suppose to go about until Ruby only returned back to their room.

Yang: Where's Weiss?

Ruby: Hanging out with our brother in his room. Why?

Ruby's question was not answered as Yang left to your room.

Ruby: Huh. Wonder what's happening.

Blake: Hey, Ruby, quick question. Who do you think is taller between you and Weiss?

Ruby: I like to think that I grew an inch.

Blake: I'm serious.

Ruby: I am serious. I think I did grow an inch.

Blake: So you think you are taller than Weiss.

Ruby: Yup. Remember I drink milk.

As this happens the same scenario plays out with Weiss as well.

Yang: (barges in the room) Weiss!

Weiss: Shhh! Y/N, fell asleep.

Yang turns her head to see you sleeping while cuddling a half eaten muffin.

Yang: It's the afternoon.

Weiss: Well your brother ate too much.

Yang: Whatever. Who do you think is taller? You or Ruby?

Weiss: Me, obviously. How is that even a question? Even without my heels I'm taller.

Yang: Can you prove it?

Weiss: Well Ruby and I had this argument around I would say half a year ago. We then compared heights and I so happen to have won.

Grabbing her scroll right as Yang was about to text she revived a message from Blake. It detailing Ruby's response. Texting her back and a few minutes later she receives a text.

Blake's Message: Ruby says that it does not count because it was so long ago. That and she told me to write this next part. How she drank a lot of milk with her cookies to help her grow.

Opting to deal with this later they all left it be until night. Weiss was staying with you but unlike you she could not sleep as she thought about what Yang told her what Ruby said.

Weiss: I'm the taller one. Ruby, may be our leader. She may have gotten into Beacon two years early. Ruby can be all those things but she isn't taller.

Weiss' talk to herself went as well as you may expect with her stubbornness getting the best of her. As such she texted Ruby.

Weiss' Message: I was taller than you last time I checked and I'm pretty sure I still am.

Surprisingly Weiss saw the three dots that showed Ruby was writing a message back. Though it shows a single word, "Nope" and this started the back and forth argument.

With the next day arriving Weiss drags you to her room telling you the situation on the way. Yang and Blake are the judges but just in case you will be the tiebreaker.

Y/N: Why does this matter?

Weiss: My pride is practically at stake here. I deal with this kind of stuff all the time with you so you have to deal with this.

Not bothering any further you two eventually arrive to the room.

Ruby: (serious) Take off your heels and let out your ponytail.

Weiss: Take off your boots and don't even brother trying to do tippy toes.

Standing back to back you three look to see who is taller.

Yang: I still think Weiss is taller.

Blake: And I Ruby.

The two girls look to you expecting for you to answer.

Ruby: Y/N, I'm taller, right? If you don't say that I am I won't make you muffins.

Y/N: You don't even make me muffins. Don't you remember you're a horrible baker? The flour incident.

Weiss: How dare you try to blackmail your brother! Too can play it that game. Y/N, as your girlfriend if you don't pick me next time we go shopping instead of six muffins you can only get five.

Y/N: (gasps in response)

Yang: That's cold.

Ruby: You monster.

Blake: Didn't you just a moment ago try to blackmail your brother on something worse?

Ruby: That's different.

As they were bickering you decide to sneak away using your semblance to get help.

Y/N: (entering Ozpin's office) Ozpin! Ozpin!

Glynda: (sighs) What is if this time?

Y/N: Where's Ozpin?

Glynda: Not here at the moment. Also if this is concerning the muffin button that you call it the answer is still no.

Y/N: Rats, but that's not why I'm here. I need Weiss' and Ruby's files.

Glynda: That is personal information that simply can't be given.

Y/N: But one is my sister and the other my girlfriend.

Glynda: Why do you even need it to begin with?

Y/N: So what turned out to be some light hearted texts turned into a full on challenge about who is taller. I ran before they forced me to say who I thought was taller.

Glynda: If I tell you their heights will you leave Y/N so I can handle this paperwork?

Y/N: Yup, but what happened to it being confidential?

Glynda: Normally yes but given what you're asking and what might happen if I don't I'm willing to bend the rules.

Taking out the files Glynda looks in them.

Glynda: Hmmm.

Y/N: What?

Glynda: I would of thought that Weiss was taller given her heels but I guess not.

Y/N: So is Ruby taller?

Glynda: Not necessarily. It seems like your sister gave herself an extra inch when she signed the papers for Beacon after that whole robbery fiasco.

Y/N: Who is taller?

Glynda: During their last check ups it shows that they are the same height.

Y/N: What?

Glynda: Ruby and Weiss both are the same height. Now can you please leave?

Leaving you head back to the room only to see the two arguing but stop immediately seeing you once again.

Ruby: Where were you?!

Y/N: Ozpin's but Glynda was there.

Weiss: Who is taller?

Y/N: You both are the same height.

Ruby+Weiss: What?!

Blake: Huh, no wonder why it was hard.

Yang: Yeah, seeing that I kinda guessed.

Weiss: You know what Ruby, I'm sorry for letting this go out of hand.

Ruby: Apology accepted.

Weiss waited a few seconds expecting Ruby to do the same.

Weiss: Well?

Ruby: What?

Y/N: Ruby.

Ruby: I was kidding. I'm sorry Weiss.

Weiss: Good.

Ruby: Now what? It's Sunday.

Y/N: Bakery again?

Ruby: Yeah!

With the bet being a tie Blake and Yang had to take them this time.
