[Anna's POV, 4 Months Later]

I walked into the white padded room and saw the familiar male staring off with a blank look, as always. Over the past months I had been tasked with caring for him. He had a straitjacket on, along with various chains, plus a collar that would administer an electric shock, should he try to use his semblance. The doctors and guards say he murdered various people and slaughtered them in such a way that no human could have done it, but honestly... I felt bad for him. Each day they have to up the dosage of the experimental drug they use to keep him brain dead, his tolerance increases so quickly. I held a tray of food, once I neared him I sat in front of him and picked up the fork. I picked up a piece of food and tried to feed him, but once again he refused to eat. If I couldn't get him to eat then they'd just tranquilize him and force feed him. I looked down at my arms and looked over the various bite marks, then sighed. I placed the fork down and reached my hand forward. As soon as my hand made contact with his right cheek he moved faster then my mind could comprehend, biting down onto my arm and making blood pour down my arm. I bit my lip so that I wouldn't scream. Then I looked at his eyes, as usual he stared into mine with his ferocious and desperate eyes. He reminded me of a cornered animal. We seemed to hold a staring contest until he slowly opened his mouth and released my arm.

Me: "You really must stop doing that, you may hit something important one of these days."

I smiled at him, trying to get any response, but he refused to speak. I sighed and covered my arm with some bandages I brought with me.

Me: "You know, I was talking to the main doctor here and he said I had the permission to take you out into the court yard."

Still no response.

Me: "Wouldn't you like to go outside and get some fresh air?"

Still not a word nor sound.

Me: "You'd get those chains off."

This made him look up slightly. I smiled and nearly ran to the door, calling out to one of the guards.

Me: "Bring me your keys!"

[Time Skip, the Court Yard]

I pushed the wheelchair as the patient looked around slowly, taking in the sights. I then realized... I don't even know his name, I never was told his name.

Me: "So, what's your name?"

He was silent.

Me: "Baby steps I suppose."

(Y/N): "(Y/N)... my name is (Y/N)."

I smiled. I've wanted to talk to him for awhile now, everyone else gave up, but I still want to try.

Me: "Well it's very nice to meet you (Y/N), my name is Anna."

(Y/N): "Can I leave now? I don't like it here."

He spoke in an innocent voice, almost like a child, it was quite... cute.

Me: "I'm afraid not."

He leaned his head back and looked up at me, a straight face.

(Y/N): "What if I ask nicely?"

Me: "Still a no."

He sighed.

(Y/N): "I suppose I'll just have to kill you all then."

I giggled, catching him off guard.

Me: "You know, I couldn't see you killing someone. It just doesn't seem like you could at the moment."

He chuckled.

(Y/N): "Oh? And whys that?"

Me: "Why, all the medicine of co-"

Something clicked, how was he able to talk so easily, he's usually close to passing out from the meds. He smiled up at me, for once I saw why he was here. His smile gave me a chill up my spine and almost made me scream.

(Y/N): "Tell me, what do you think of liars?"

[Guard's POV]

I sat in the security post reading my book. Nothing ever goes on around here, and of course I've still got three hours till my shift ends. Suddenly an inhuman screeching noise echoed through the halls. I dropped my book and looked through the cameras. I saw people running towards the exits, patients and staff alike. I got up and ran to the exit as fast as I could. On my way however I came across some kind of creature. It had blades covering most of its body, it seemed to have spikes everywhere, on its arms, legs, back, and shoulders. I pulled out my pistol and fired three shots at it. They all hit blades that seemed to come out of its back, just as the bullets were shot. It slowly crained its neck backwards and looked at me. It was the newest patient, the one that was supposed to be locked up. He let off a low growling noise and turned around to me. The collar he usually wore was sparking and flashing a red light. He looked as if he had turned feral as he snarled showing sharp teeth, which, upon closer inspection, were made of the same kind of blades that were covering his body. Blood was pouring from his mouth. The blades had pushed his teeth out and replaced them. I watched him closely as I made one slow step backwards, but suddenly he disappeared from my sight, reappearing right in front of me.

[Time Skip, Three Weeks Later, Salem's POV]

I watched as my Grimm spread through the forest that surrounded the high security insane asylum. Finally after what felt like eternity I could get my (Y/N) back. I had to wait for Beacon to fall, for Ozpin to die, and for my plans to progress further before retrieving what is mine. However when my Grimm returned they said that the asylum was abandoned.

Me: 'My pet must have gotten impatient. He couldn't have gone far.'

I ordered my Grimm to search the area throughly. After about ten minutes Grimm began to disappear until the horde I brought was down to a mere five Beowulves. I smiled, knowing he was out there.

Me: "Come out my pet, it's time to return home."

I called out. Rustling was heard from the forest, like something charging for me. I waited a few seconds until (Y/N), or something that looked like him leaped from a group of bushes. He looked more like an animal then a human, snarling and staring at me with a fierce bloodlust. I ordered the remaining Beowulves to attack and they all charged forward, however they were all dispatched quickly by (Y/N). He then charged straight for me, his claws growing in size. I created a glyph under him and watched as he struggled against it. I noticed that he wore a metal collar around his neck that was sparking and burning a ring around his throat. I drastically increased the weight of my glyph, making him crash to the ground on his back and most of his blades break. I walked towards him and kneeled down next to him. I held my hand over the collar for a moment, it then opened and released (Y/N). I stood up and made my glyph disappear.

Me: "Now, stand. And we'll discuss your-"

(Y/N) disappeared and reappeared in front of me. I sighed and held out my arm. He instantly bit down onto my arm making black blood pour from the wound. He snarled at me and stared with the same bloodlust as before. I used my other hand and caressed his cheek, soothing him. He seemed to calm down slightly, he slowly released my arm which instantly healed. I placed both of my hands on either side of his face and looked him in eye.

Me: "Come now, let's get you home and cleaned up."

He nodded slowly.

[Time Skip, (Y/N)'s POV]

I walked out of the bathroom and walked to Salem's room. After I had pushed my semblance and ignored the collar's shock I blacked out. I have no idea what I had done, though I don't really care, it got me out of that place. Cody and Fenrir are still gone, even though the medicine has worn off. I sighed as I entered the room and got dressed. I walked to the mirror in the room and looked over my appearance. I had a burn mark around my neck where that damned collar was. My hair was much longer, definitely have to get that cut. I opened my mouth and saw that my teeth were gone and replaced with sharp blades, making for one hell of a bite. I sighed.

Me: 'Can't believe they did that to me... I'm actually glad Salem found me.'

I heard the door open. I turned and saw Salem enter, then shut and lock the door. She walked over to me and grabbed me by the collar of my shirt.

Salem: "Know this, if you run away again you won't fair so well next time, understood?"

I nodded.

Salem: "Promise me."

Me: "I promise Salem."

Salem: "Good, now..."

She suddenly pushed me onto the bed.

Salem: "You were gone quite awhile... and your punishment can wait."

She began taking her dress off.
