Takedown

The next mission started with an emblem of Atlesian's Specialists with Coco's name written underneath it. The emblem spinned around for a few seconds before it was moved to the side of the screen and replaced with the map of Remnant, the small square pointing right at Kuo Kuana.

Atlesian Specialist Coco Adel

Kuo Kuana, Menagerie

Status: KIA

Coco flinched when she saw how she was labeled KIA, still pretty shaken by what happened in the previous mission as Yatsuhashi placed a comforting hand on her shoulder, with the rest of her team and some of her fellow students sending her sympathetic looks.

"The Menagerians ain't going to let this massacre go unanswered." A familiar voice which belonged to Pyrrha Nikos sounded on the screen as the emblem of Task Force 141 appeared on the screen, "It's going to get bloody."

Nora smiled and nudged Pyrrha with her elbow, "There's you Pyrrha."

Ruby looked at the red haired girl and smiled at her, "Looks like we're going to fight side by side now."

Pyrhha returned her smile, "Looks like it."

"We'll about find out if she's the member with the freaky mask that was mentioned earlier." Yang said, her gaze set on the screen ahead of him.

"Too right, lass." Ruby agreed with her, "Now, in the eyes of the world, they're the victims. No one's going to say a word when the Menagerians club every Atlesian they can reach."

The long list of casualties of the airport massacre appeared on the screen. The list started going down, giving the audience an opportunity to see how many civilians died in Adam's terrorist attack.

A lot of people in the audience flinched once they saw how many civilians lost their lives during the airport massacre.

"So many lives." Summer whispered to herself, shaking her head.

"That monster." Winter shook her head, referring to Adam, "He has to pay for it."

"Don't worry about it." Yang told the older Schnee, "I, Ruby, Jaune and Pyrrha will make sure of that."

The list stopped going down the moment Coco's name was tracked down. The picture of the crime scene that showed at least a dozen of lifeless bodies of the faunus' that died during the airport massacre appeared on the screen and the camera started lowering itself down.

"Taurus was one step ahead." Ironwood said as the camera showed the empty shells of the ammunition used in the massacre by Adam and his men, "Now he's left thousands of bodies at the feet of an Atlesian."

Salem crossed her arms, nodding her head as she was still quite impressed by Taurus' plan.

"We're the only ones who knew that it was Taurus's op. Our credibility died with Adel." Ruby pointed out as the empty shell was traced and analyzed, looking for it's place of origin, "We needed proof."

"But how are they going to prove that Taurus was the one behind it, not Atlas?" Russel wondered.

Yatsuhashi placed his hand on his chin in thought, "Maybe they can track down one of the faunus that were with him during the massacre and make him tell the truth about what happened on the airport and who was really the one behind it?"

"Yeah." Junior nodded in agreement, "This is probably what they're going to do."

"I doubt it will be easy." Vernal stated, "Taurus and his crew probably hid on the other side of Remnant after they left the airport."

The empty shell was analyzed for a few more seconds before it's place of origin was eventually found. It's place of origin was Kuchinashi.

"Follow the shell." Ironwood said as the camera moved across the map and stopped right above Kuchinashi.

"It appears that they're going to go after the person that supplied Taurus." Oobleck stated.

"Smart." Ironwood stated, "It will probably be easier to find the person that supplied them, considering that Taurus and his crew probably went into hiding."

"I know." Vernal said, "I just said that."

The camera lowered itself down towards Kuchinashi as the two pictures of the two people familiar the audience popped into the screen. These two pictures showed Mercury Black and Emerald Sustrai.

"Oh." Neo looked at Mercury and Emerald, "It's you two."

"At least they already have the idenitity of the people that supplied them." Winter said, sending a quick glare at Emerald and Mercury which went unnoticed by them, "Now they just need to catch them."

"Wait a second, Black's assistant?" Emerald read what was written underneath her picture in suprise as she pointed at Mercury, wanting to be sure if she didn't misunderstood it, "He's my boss?"

Mercury smirked right after realization popped into his mind, "I'm her boss?"

B nodded his head in response, "You can say that."

"Did you heard that, Em?" Mercury's smirk grew wider as Emerald groaned, annoyed by her partner.

"Mercury Black." Ironwood revelead the next target to Ruby as the camera focused itself on Mercury's picture, his blank expression staring at something ahead of him. A good portion of information about him was written underneath his picture, like his date of birth or nationality.

"Never heard of him, sir." Ruby said.

Mercury's smirk faded from his face once he heard that this version of Ruby never heard of him as Emerald laughed.

"You knew him as Merc the Red. He supplied the assault." Ironwood informed Ruby as the camera lowered itself down into the streets of Kuchinashi.

Ruby let out a sigh, "One bullet to unleash the fury of a whole nation. Which means..."

"He is our ticket to Taurus." Ironwood cut Ruby off, already knowing what she was about to say as Jaune's current location was spotted on the map.

The next thing that was shown to the audience was a white van which was driving along the street as Jaune who was sitting in the passenger seat of a car was staring at it from his seat. He turned around to look at Ruby who was sitting on the backseat behind the driver, exchanging a quick look with her before turning to look at the driver, who was a complete stranger to most of the audience, but there were a few people that knew him.

"Wait a second." Neptune was one of those people. He turned to look at Sun, "Is that Nadir?"

Sun leaned towards the screen and his eyes widened once he recognized the driver, "Holy crap, you're right, dude."

"Who is he?" Ruby asked, with a few people nodding their heads to her question, wanting to know who this guy was too.

"He is from Haven just like us. He is a member of team ABRN." Scarlet explained, earning nods in response from anyone who was wondering who this guy was and how Sun and his team knew him.

"Pyrrha, the plates are a match." Ruby said to Pyrrha through her comms.

"Copy." Pyrrha responded, "Any sign of Black's right hand?"

"Negative. They stopped twice already - no sign of her." Ruby shook her head as the van stopped in front of the building and the two people got out of it. They approached the opened entrance of the building, with one of them yelling something out to someone who was inside the building. The audience quickly found out who it was as Emerald exited the building, holding her hands in the air.

"There she is." Fox said the moment he saw Emerald exit the building.

"What about the guys in the white van?" Tai wondered, "Did they come there to take Emerald somewhere or to do something else?"

"It's quite obvious they're not there to have a friendly talk with her." Roman stated, assuming it from the way one of these guys was acting towards Emerald, "At least it is obvious for me."

"Got a positive ID!" Ruby said the moment Emerald exited the building, "Whoever these guys are, they are not happy to see her..."

Emerald' took everyone off guard as she pulled a Desert Eagle out and fires on the two men speaking with her. Another man came out from his cover behind the van and the green haired girl took him out without any problem.

"Pyrrha, we have a situation here!" Ruby declared as Emerald aimed her Desert Eagle at her, Jaune and Nadir, "Get down, get down!"

Jaune quickly responded to that and ducked down, feeling how the front exploded into hundreds of pieces which splattered around the front of the car. Unfortunely Nadir wasn't as fortunate as him or Ruby as one of the bullets fired by Emerald hit him right in the head, killing him immediately.

"Talk about starting a mission with a bang." Miltia whispered to her sister who nodded her head to that.

"Of course she'd notice that something was off." Goodwitch stated.

"It was quite obvious." Qrow shrugged, "It would be too easy if they caught her without any problems."

Sun exchanged a look with his teammates once they saw how Nadir was gunned down by Emerald.

After a few seconds of staying in this position, Jaune looked up because he heard someone slam their fist on the front of the car and saw that Ruby already got herself out of the car, "She's getting away! Jaune, let's go! Let's go!"

She didn't had to repeat herself as Jaune instantly reacted to her words. He got himself out of the car. He pulled out his ACR Grenadier out with an ACOG Scope, ready to use it at any moment and catched up to Ruby, beginning their chase after Emerald who passed the corner on the end of the street.

"Pyrrha, our driver's dead!" Ruby quickly filled Pyrrha in about what just happened, "We are on foot! Meet us at the Hotel Rio and cut her off if you can!"

"Roger, I'm on my way!" Pyrrha responded.

Jaune and Ruby turned around the corner, entering a busy street with civilians and cars and saw Emerald who didn't even thought about stopping even for a second and increased her speed as she was attempting to get away from them. At the same time civilians started crying out and running away in panic as a bus which was standing in the middle of the street exploded, flames quickly engulfing it.

"What is going on there?" Port wondered why the bus exploded out of the sudden. He received no answer because the audience was confused by the explosion as much as he was.

"This is not good." Winter shook her head, "Now they have to watch out for the civilians."

They turned around another corner and saw Emerald running into an alley between the building which was quickly confirmed by Pyrrha crying out, "She went into the alley!"

Ruby and Jaune didn't waste time and started making their way to the other side of the street, but unfortunely for them, they came across a small problem because a car with a panicked civilian steering it came driving from the other side of the street. The car almost ran Ruby over but thankfully she managed to spot it in time and had enough time to avoid.

She and Jaune made it to the other side of the street without either of them getting harmed by the panicked driver, with Pyrrha joining them shorty after.

"Non-lethal takedowns only! We need her alive!" Ruby declared as Pyrrha entered the alley, with Jaune running closely behind her. The audience could easily notice that Pyrrha was wearing a mask over her face, but couldn't see how this mask looked like.

The people who were theorising for the last few missions that Pyrrha was the one mentioned by the two Rangers in the first mission of this game could feel how a small smile grew on their lips as their theory was proven to be correct.

"It appears that our theory about her being the one with the mask was correct." Ren smiled slightly.

"Now I want to see how her mask looks like." Ruby said.

"Turn around Pyrrha! We want to see how your mask looks like!" Nora shouted.

The group of three ran further into the alley and it was just a matter of seconds before Emerald returned to their view. The dark skinned girl noticed that they were right behind her and started firing her Desert Eagle at them, with no effect as she didn't have enough time to aim it at them.

"Jaune, take the shot! Go for her leg!" Ruby shouted as Jaune did exactly as he was told. He shot Emerald in the leg, causing her to fall down, "She's down."

The screen turned back for a second before the audience was greeted by the view of Ruby standing in some sort of garage, looking down at Jaune and a guy who was recognized by team SSSN as Bolin Hori. Emerald was tied up to a chair and looked up at Pyrrha in a terrified manner as the masked woman was sparking the car battery cables. Pyrrha was facing the camera and it gave the audience a good look at the mask she was wearing to cover her face.

"Pyrrha! Your mask is so awesome!" Ruby voiced her thoughts about Pyrrha's mask, loudly.

Yang grinned and nudged her sister, "You took those words out of my mouth, sis."

"Now I can say why these two Rangers considered her mask to be freaky." Weiss stated as she eyed the mask that was covering Pyrrha's face.

"You should be excited about your role, Pyrrha." B said to Pyrrha who glanced at the masked man once she heard him say it, "The character that you're playing is a fan favourite. He even got his own comic books."

"Really?" Pyrrha asked B, suprised by the revelation she got from him to which B nodded in confirmation.

"I have to say, I don't envy Emerald right now." Vernal said. Many people in the audience couldn't help but agree with her.

Mercury laughed once he saw the car battery that Pyrrha was holding, "Oh, I wouldn't want to be in your skin, now."

"I'm just your assistant." Emerald pointed out with a shrug of her shoulders, "Think about what they're going to do to you since you're the guy they're after."

Mercury gulped as he realized that Emerald was right, causing her to form a small smirk on her face.

Tyrian leaned towards the screen, looking forward to see the methods Ruby and Pyrrha were going to use during their interrogation of Emerald.

"Jaune, this is going to take some time." Ruby said to Jaune, "Go with Arslan and Bolin and check the favela for any signs of Black. That's where this guy's headed."

Bolin nodded his head as Ruby closed the garage door. He pushed himself into run towards the set of stairs which were leading towards Favela, "Let's go."

Tyrian sighed, disappointed that the interrogation was going to happen off screen and he wasn't going to see what Ruby and Pyrrha had prepared for Emerald. The said green haired girl let out a sigh of relief as she obviously didn't want to see herself interrogated by this version of Ruby and Pyrrha who obviously weren't afraid to use all kinds of painful interrogation methods to make her talk.

"Remember. There are civilians in the favela. Watch your fire out there." Bolin reminded Jaune as they made their way to the set of stairs. They ran up the stairs and joined Arslan who was waiting for them up there for a while now.

Blake turned to look at Sun, wanting to know if the monkey faunus and his team knew Bolin and Arslan too, "Do you know these two too?"

"We do." Sun  nodded in confirmation, "They're from team ABRN just like Nadir."

"If they're here, then I wonder if we're going to see Reese?" Sage wondered.

"We'll probably find out in the future missions." Scarlet replied.

The group of three made their way to the fence with a hole in the middle of it which was leading into the favela where civilians were standing around, minding their own business.

"Arslan, get these civvies out of here." Bolin said to Arslan.

"Roger that." Arslan nodded her head as she went through the hole in the fence, jumping down in favela. She fired her MP5K into the air, causing everyone around her to either look at her or start running away from her, "This place is not safe!"

Jaune and Bolin joined Arslan in favela shorty after and the group of three started making their way forward, moving past running civilians. Jaune jumped through the opened window of the house and moved towards the exit in the back of the house, but something or rather someone stopped him from moving further into favela. An opponent came running towards him, firing his machine rifle at him.

Jaune quickly reacted to his presence and looked through the ACOG scope of his ACR and opened fire at his opponent, managing to kill him, but almost killing a civilian who happened to be running by.

Jaune let out a relieved sigh after seeing how this version of him almost killed a civilian, "That was a close one."

"Now, they really need to watch out where they shoot with all those civilians running around." Goodwitch stated.

Ozpin let out sigh, "Those people really found themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time."

"Bravo Six, be advised, we engaged the enemy militia at the lower village!" Bolin declared, running over to Jaune who exited the house, "Jaune! I'm with you! Watch the rooftops! Go!"

"Bolin, give me a sitrep, over!" Ruby called out to Bolin as the said man started moving further into favela with Jaune.

"Lots of militia, but no sign of Black over here, over!" Bolin explained the situation to her as he and Jaune passed the corner.

"Copy that!" Ruby responded, "Keep searching! Let me know if you see him! Out!"

Jaune and Bolin stopped moving forward and were forced to hide behind a wall as a few members of militia started firing at them from the two small houses that stood in the center of the area that they just entered. Jaune slightly leaned out of his cover and his eyes quickly caught the sight of two explosive barrels that stood between the houses.

An idea quickly popped into his mind and he was about to lean out of his cover to shoot the barrels but stopped himself from doing so at the last second when he saw a civilian running past those barrels, which was followed by another civilian doing the same and another one. This made him rethink the idea and he quickly realized that shooting those barrels was not a very good idea.

He went back to his cover, trying to come up with a new idea. It wasn't long before he came up with another idea. He switched to his grenade launcher attachment and leaned out of his cover, once again. He fired his grenade launcher and a single grenade went flying towards one of the houses, exploading the moment it touched the wall behind the people firing at Jaune and Bolin, killing them, without harming any civilians in the process.

Jaune nodded his head to himself, relieved that this plan worked exactly the way he wanted it to as he reloaded his grenade launcher and aimed it at another house, getting rid of the people inside of it the same way as he did with the people in the first house. He switched his weapon back to the ACR and started moving further into favela.

"Arslan is down! I repeat. Arslan is down!" Bolin declared through the comms as Jaune passed the corner and entered an alley between several small houses. It was only a few seconds before a painful groan rang through his ears, "...Jaune! I'm hit!..."

Team SSSN looked down in a saddened manner once they heard about Bolin's and Arslan's demise.

"Is Jaune the only one left?" Nora wanted to be sure.

"Looks like it." Ren replied, "Ruby and Pyrrha are probably still busy with Emerald."

"One man army, huh?" Yang said, "Let's see how it will go."

"I just hope it ends well." Pyrrha muttered to herself.

Knowing that he was left all alone to deal with those militia members in favela, Jaune continued to move forward. He stopped running and aimed his ACR upwards when he saw two militia members standing on top of the roof of one of the houses and taking care of them without them even having a chance to open fire at him. He reloaded his ACR, wanting to have it fully loaded when he'll come across more enemies.

He pushed himself into run again and aimed his ACR at the white doors of the house ahead f him once he saw them slightly opened. His suspicious turned out to be true when a militia member kicked the door open and attempted to open fire at Jaune who stopped him from doing so with a simple shot to his head which immediately ended his life. Jaune moved into the house  and entered it, moving past the dead body of a man he just killed.

He switched his ACR to his M1014 shotgun when he noticed a group of militia members waiting for him outside of the house. He threw a flashbang grenade which exploded the moment it touched the ground, blinding everyone around it. Jaune quickly used it to his advantage and rushed out of the house, opening fire at his opponents and killing them before they regained their vision.

He moved towards the stairs at the end of the alley and when he reached them, Ruby's voice rang through his ears, "Jaune. We got Black's location! He's heading west along the upper levels of the favela. We'll keep him from doubling back on our side. Keep going and cut him off up top!"

"At least they now know where they should head now if they want to catch Mercury." Ren remarked.

"Does that mean they'll be joining Jaune now?" Nora wondered.

"I don't know." Weiss replied.

"It would definitely be easier to move around the favela with them instead of being alone, considering how much militia members Mr. Arc came across after going through that hole in fence." Oobleck stated.

"I don't think they will join him." Winter voiced her mind, "It's going to take them a while to catch up to Jaune. They probably already took their own, shorter, path towards their target now that they now where they should head."

"...There's no time for backup. You're going to have to do this on your own. Good luck. Out." Ruby finished what she was saying as Jaune made his way up the stairs, and started running along another alley, with a stony wall on it's left side and a fence on it's right side.

"It looks like you just got your answer." Ren glanced at Nora who offered him a grin in response.

Jaune had just finished reloading his shotgun and switched back to his ACR when a loud barking from his right side. He titled his head towards it and saw a dog barking at him, the fence being the only thing stopping it from attacking Jaune.

Ruby cringed when she saw the dog die but at the same time felt kind of relieved, muttering "At least this time I'm not the one killing dogs." to herself.

Jaune exited the alley and was immediately greeted by the view of three militia members standing on top of the roofs of the two houses ahead of him. He got rid of them pretty quickly and moved forward.

"Jaune, this is their territory and they know it well!" Ruby said to Jaune through the comms, "Keep an eye open for ambush positions and check your corners!

Jaune nodded his head, understanding what she meant as he switched back to his shotgun. It wasn't long before he had to use it as he turned to his right to check the corner between the house and saw an enemy who opened fire at him, but thanfully didn't do any damage to Jaune who didn't waste his time and fired his shotgun at him, taking him out with a single shoot.

He moved forward, passing the corner and taking out the enemy waiting for him there in the process. He was about to move forward but then an enemy pushed the window of the house in front of him open and opened fire at him. Jaune knew he had to hurry so he did the first thing that came into his mind. He leaned out of his cover and threw a grenade towards the window.

The grenade flew into the house right through the opened window and landed on the floor, before exploading, killing the man firing from the window and allowing Jaune to continue to move forward.

"Jaune, we're taking heavy fire from the militia here, but I am still tracking Black!" Ruby explained her situation to Jaune, "He's gone into a building! Pyrrha, do you see him?"

"He's climbing onto a roof carrying a black duffel bag!" Pyrrha explained.

Jaune was forced to switch back to his ACR once he found himself in front of a tight area between the buildings because many people started firing at him from the rooftops and the windows. He entered the closest house and crouched down in front of the opened window before opening fire at his enemies.

"Jeez, how many people do they have there?" Coco asked.

"A lot." Blake replied.

"How many people do they need to kill a single guy?" Sun asked, referring to the militia.

"A lot." Blake repeated her previous answer.

B let out a sigh as he remembered how big of a nightmare this mission was on veteran.

After making sure that it will be safe for him to move forward, Jaune jumped through the window and made his way to the nearest stairs, before running up the stairs to the higher level of favela.

"Jaune! Don't let the militia pin you down for too long! Use your flashbangs on them!" Pyrrha shouted through the comms as Jaune came across more militia who this time fired at him from the roof of the house which was in front of the area where out of which a big balcony stood out the most.

"That's actually not a bad idea." Summer agreed with Pyrrha's suggestion.

"Too bad he only has three of them left." Tai said, recalling that Jaune use one earlier in the mission.

Summer nodded in agreement, "Yeah."

"I lost sight of him again! Pyrrha, talk to me!" Ruby yelled out as Jaune took out the guy firing at him from the rooftop of the house ahead of him before eyeing the surroundings in front of him, wanting to know from where he was being fired.

"I'm onto him!" Pyrrha replied as Jaune noticed two militia members firing at him from another roof, "He's trying to double back through the alleys below!"

"Roger that!" Ruby responded as Jaune killed the two guys on the rooftop, "Stay on him!"

"I've got a visual on Black!" Pyrrha declared as Jaune reloaded his ACR and pushed himself into run, "He's cutting through the market!"

"Roger that!" Ruby replied in understanding as Jaune made his way up the stairs and took out a guy that leaned out of the small brick wall in front of him, "I'll head for the rooftops and try to cut him off on the right! He's going to have no choice but to head west!

"I'm taking a lot of fire from the militia, I do not think that I could track him through the market!" Pyrrha said as Jaune started moving forward between the buildings and was immediately greeted by a lot of gunfire from the militia, "I am going to have to find another way around!"

"Yeah." Roman let out a dry laugh, referring the moment when Pyrrha mentioned that she was taking a lot of fire from the militia, "I can tell."

"Not only you." Junior agreed with him.

"Be advised, I'm about half a click east of the market." Pyrrha said as Jaune continued to move between the buildings, taking out every militia members that came into his view, "I could see Black running across the rooftops on my right side!"

"Roger that!" Ruby answered before calling out for Jaune who took out the two guys that stood between the fire barrel, making sure to not hit it while doing so, "Jaune! We are still corralling him closer to your side of the hill! Keep an eye open for Black! He was making his way across the rooftops!"

"This is so intense." Neptune stated, shaking his head.

"Yeah." Sun nodded in agreement.

Fox shook his head as he imagined himself going through this situation without his aura, "Just imagine having go through so many people that want you dead while at the same time having to chase your target."

"I got Black in my sights!" Pyrrha declared as Jaune's ACR ran out of the ammo. He didn't had enough time to reload it as a militia member started shooting at him from the window of his right side, "We could go for a clean leg shot! We could end it here!"

"Do it." Sky said.

"You won't have to chase him anymore if you'll wound him." Qrow agreed with Pyrrha's idea.

"You'll just need carry him somewhere safe without militia attacking you every five seconds." Raven agreed with this idea as well, with a few people nodding their heads in agreement.

"I wouldn't do that if I were them." Ironwood voiced his opinion about shooting Mercury in the leg.

"Why?" Vernal asked him.

"From what we've heard from Ms. Rose and Ms. Nikos so far, Mr. Black is moving across the rooftops, wounding him in the leg might cause him to fall off the roof." Ironwood explained.

"They need the information about Taurus that he can give them." Port nodded his head in agreement, "Shooting him in the leg is just too risky."

"Negative!" Ruby disagreed Pyrrha's suggestion as Jaune switched back to his shotgun and fired it from his hip without even taking enough time to aim it properly at his enemy, "We can't risk it! Do not engage!"

"Bollocks!" Pyrrha replied as Jaune started moving forward again as his enemy fell down like a ton of bricks, "Roger that!"

"Jaune! Keep moving uphill! I cut him off!" Ruby shouted to Jaune who made his way up the stony stairs into a house, "He got nowhere to go, but west over the rooftops in your area! Remember that he knows the area well, but we could trap him here! Don't stop! Go! Go!"

"He jumped the fence!" Pyrrha shouted as Jaune made his way to the ladder on the other side of the house and started climbing up, "I'm after him!"

Jaune climbed his way up to the roof and instantly took out the first militia member that appeared in his view, with the said member not noticing him until it was too late to do anything. He pushed himself into run across the rooftops and even ignored the sound someone pushing their window open that rang through his ears as he neared the exit from the rooftops.

He set his feet on the two wide planks which were connecting the rooftops with the sidewalk before his eyes spotted a group of three militia members running towards him and he instantly reacted to this image by pulling the trigger of his shotgun and not letting go off it until his shotgun was emptied.

He switched from his shotgun back to his ACR and reloaded it before making his way up the stairs to even higher level of favela. He was about to start making his way forward through the sidewalk ahead of him, but froze where he stood when he noticed at least five enemies standing on the rooftop of his right. He switched to his grenade launcher attachment and fired at the rooftop, getting rid of every militia member standing on top of it.

He switched back to his ACR and started making his way forward as Pyrrha's voice rang through his ears, "I've got another clear leg shot!"

"Negative!" Ruby responded as Jaune killed two militia members firing at him from the roof ahead of him, clearing out the area around him, "Not unless you want to carry him back out with all this militia breathing down on your neck! I need him unharmed!"

Jaune quickly made his way to the end of the sidewalk and noticed a set of stairs on his left. He quickly ran over to the stairs and made his way up them before spotting Mercury who was at the top of a three story house.

"There he is." Junior said.

"At least they finally set their eyes on him." Ilia stated.

Ghira shook his head, "How much trouble they had to go through to reach him."

"He's gonna get away!" Pyrrha shouted.

"No, he's not." Ruby assured Pyrrha before bursting through the window next to Mercury, wrapping her arms around her target. They fell down and landed on the green car which was standing in front of the building, with Ruby instantly aiming her pistol at Mercury who was laying underneath her, his hands raised in the air.

A lot of people in the audience were couldn't help but help but look at the screen in awe after they saw how Ruby caught Mercury.

"This was so awesome!" Nora shouted, her eyes wide in awe.

Yang wrapped her arm around her sister, "You got him, sis!"

"That's one hell of a way to catch your target." Qrow grinned, with Summer and Tai nodding in agreement.

"This version of her is so badass." Cardin stated, in awe of what this version of Ruby just did to which his teammates nodded in agreement, ignoring the suprised looks he got from a few people in the audience.

Emerald smirked and elbowed Mercury, "Oh, I wouldn't want to be in your skin, now."

Mercury crossed his arms, recalling saying those words when it was shown what kind of interrogation methods Ruby and Pyrrha were going to use on the other version of her, "Shut up."

"Frontrunner, this is Bravo Six. We've got the package. I repeat, we have got the package." Ruby called out to Frontrunner as Pyrrha jumped onto the trunk of the green car, aiming her M4A1 right at Mercury's head.

"Command, ready for dustoff. Send the helicopter. Coordinates to fol..." Pyrrha called out for Command but was met with nothing but silence. "Bollocks! The skies are clear! Send the chopper now! Command's got their head up their arse. We're on our own."

It was when the mission ended, screen turning black.

"That was one intense mission." Sun voiced his thoughts about this mission, "Those militia members were everywhere."

Blake nodded her head, agreeing with what Sun just said, "At least we finally found out who the person with the mask is."

"I'm still waiting for me to make an appearence." Yang said, resting her head on her hand.

"I can't help but wonder, why Ruby and Pyrrha didn't receive an answer from the Command when they asked for the chopper?" Summer wondered.

Winter's eyes widened a bit once the possible reason why Command didn't respond to Pyrrha's and Ruby's calls appeared in her mind, "Oh, no..."

Weiss turned to look at her sister, "What is it?"

"The Command might be unable to answer at this moment." Winter sighed, "Something might be happening right now and Ruby, Jaune and Pyrrha are unaware of it."

"Oh no." Weiss' eyes widened as she realized what her sister meant by that, with a lot of people in the audience realizing it too, "Are you trying to say that the Menagerians made their first move when Ruby, Jaune and Pyrrha were trying to catch Mercury?"

"Yes." Winter nodded her head, "But I don't know if I'm right."

"Only one way to find out." Qrow stated, his gaze set on the screen.

Ruby turned to look at B. She really wanted to know what was going to happen next, "B, we need to know what happens next."

B nodded his head in response before pressing the button which started another mission.
