(a/n) please tell me if I accidentally typed abyss walker instead of abyss watchers. Should I try use old english?

Ruby POV

'OMG! Professor Ozpin told my team to go to his office, I wonder if we have a new mission, I'm so excited.' Ruby thought as she walked into the lift with her team.

3rd person POV

Team RWBY had arrived at the Headmaster's Office. Ruby was barely able to contain her excitement, Blake had a stoic look, Yang was trying to calm Ruby down and Weiss was just... Weiss. 

Ozpin:"Take a seat"

*Team RWBY sits down*

Ozpin:"Do you know why you are here?"

RWBY: "No."

Ozpin: "We detected a strange energy surge in a village near Vale and I wanted your team to go investigate. If you choose to accept, you will go in 15 minutes."

Ruby:"OK!"

Ruby then rushed out of the room using her semblance while the rest of her team tried to keep up.

Timeskip

Team RWBY arrived at the village but nothing seemed out of place except for the destroyed houses which were natural because there had been a report of a Grimm attack here. 

Ruby POV

After looking around, we decided that the best decision was to go see if there were any survivors. We went to the biggest house in the village since we all agreed that the probability of survivors being there is the highest. We walked towards the large house and knocked on the door.

Village Chief POV

I heard knocking so I went to answer the door. I opened the door and saw four young girls with one of them being a Schnee. 

"Greetings, I am the village chief, who might you be?"

Ruby:"We are team RWBY from Beacon Academy, I am the team leader Ruby Rose. We wanted to ask if something unusual happened recently?"

"If you count a guy wearing strange clothes who came out of nowhere and killed lots of Grimm then yes."

Ruby:"Can we see him please? We want to ask some questions."

"Sorry but you will have to wait, he is resting."

y/n POV

I heard someone knock on the door. I was able to hear that because I didn't really need sleep and I'm a light sleeper anyways. I took my Farron Greatsword and my dagger and went downstairs. I saw the village chief talking to four girls who were red, yellow, black and white. I did the salute, ready for battle.

Salute:

"Whom art thou?"

Red:"Hello, I'm Ruby!"

Yellow:"I'm Yang, touch my sister or hair and you're dead." 

Black:"Blake."

White:"I am Weiss Schnee, heiress to the Schnee Dust Company blah blah blah."

I ignored the rest of Weiss' speech

Ruby:"We are team RWBY from Beacon Academy and wanted to ask you some questions!"

"Alright."

Ruby:"What's your name?"

"y/n l/n"

Yang:"Where are you from?"

"I hail from Farron's Keep."

Weiss:"What kingdom is Farron's Keep in?

"Farron's Keep is located near Lothric."

Weiss:"I've never heard of a kingdom called Lothric."

"That is because 'tis in another world, I came to this world through a portal."

Blake:"That must have been the source of the energy surge. You should come with us, someone wanted to see you."

"Why should I go with thou?"

Yang:"If you won't come with us peacefully then we will have to forcefully take you there!"

"We will battle outside."

Team RWBY took out their weapons while you did your salute again.
