Appearance: Rain stands at about 5'2," with long wavy black hair that runs past her shoulder blades.  She has a cheerful expression, and deep blue eyes.  She wears a skintight navy and royal blue suit with the emblem of a black panther emblazoned on her chest, much like a superhero's uniform.  She also has a dark blue cloak that fits over it with a hood and a silver eagle pendant that holds it together.  She also possesses enlarged canine teeth, retractable claws, a long flowing black tail which she keeps wrapped around her waist like a belt, and a set of large pointed black feline ears on her head.  Normally these are concealed by a sunhat or her hood.

Personality:  Rain is very cheerful and friendly, for the most part.  While loyal to Rose's cause, she's not exactly happy about it.  However, she's been made to believe that this is the key to bringing about change in the world for the better, a lie that Rose often uses to great effect with her subordinates, though she does have her own twisted view of the word better.  Rain is rather bubbly and sweet, but at times is a bit of an airhead, differing to her best friend, Onyxaria, for strategy and planning.  She loves to spar and fight, and will often get very saddened if her opponent does not meet her expectations.  She also loves food, especially spaghetti with meat sauce.

Backstory: Like most of the mutants, Rain does not remember much of her past prior to waking up in the secret laboratory underneath the old Hughes manor.  Unlike Aurum, she seeks the answers to who she used to be, and might still be.  She believes that perhaps by helping Rose she may be able to unlock her past.  Occasionally, she will dream of two blurred people, whom she believes might be her parents.

Aura Color: Ocean blue with faint white wisps.

Semblance: The Animal Within - Rain's semblance allows her to draw out more of her animal side, slowly causing a physical transformation.  Once she activates it, she has a very hard time controlling it.  The more she transforms, the more feline-like she becomes, the end result being a bipedal werewolf like entity except that it has panther features.  While transformed, her strength, speed, and reflexes gain a massive boost, but in exchange, the instincts of the predator within her begin to eat away at her mind, causing her to lose herself to the animal nature.  When fully under its influence, she will attack virtually anything that moves with no distinction between friend and foe.  It also drains aura and causes physical pain as her body changes, and only reverts back if her aura runs out, she manages to get control, or she is knocked unconscious.

Choice of Dust: Wind and Water

Weapons: Mystic Gale - a two-handed blue spear with a long head and a crossguard at the end of it.  It has ornate glyphs in silver that resembles Aztec writing.  It can transform into a high powered anti-tank rifle, which she can use to devastating effect especially with dust powered ammunition.
