A Quick Note on Species

So, for the forms section you'll need to decide what species your OC or OCs (I don't care how many you have so long as you can manage them all with their own separate story arcs) will be.  Of course, the most basic three types will be: Human, Faunus, or Android.  In my other RP, several times people want to be some type of Human or Faunus hybrid with a Grimm.  That's fine, but not too many of those.

As for Faunus there are the regular variety, which only have one, and I stress ONE, animal trait visible on their anatomy.  If you want your Faunus to have more than one animal trait, then it must be one of the mutants that will be appearing, or have its own backstory as to why it is that way, because it will turn heads when every other cat Faunus has either ears, claws, a tail, whiskers, or whatever and yours has two or more of those things.  A Faunus with two or more animal traits is not a naturally occurring thing.  I'll talk more about the mutants when we reach that point in the story.  If yours is a mutant but you don't want to follow the backstory that goes with my own mutant Faunus, that's fine too.  Just remember there needs to be an explanation as to why they are that way, whether it's science or even a semblance that does that.  Also, no double-animal types.  I know, it's cool to have aspects of two animals, but the traditional RWBY lore makes clear that a Faunus is a humanoid with various sensory and physical aspects of ONE animal.  That said, a natural Faunus may still have excellent eyesight even in the darkness, and a few other sensory enhancements.

The last main species I'll be covering in this is androids.  Well, androids and cyborgs to be more precise.  This is going to sound obvious, but an android is a classy way of saying robot.  A cyborg is a being who is part organic and part mechanical.  Penny in RWBY is an example of an android, a girl that was never human and was built as a machine.  She starts out a machine she ends up as a machine.  General Ironwood, however, is an example of a cyborg.  He's still a living human, but with parts that have been replaced by mechanical ones.  If you make a cyborg, they don't need to be half human half machine.  You're more than welcomed to swing one way or the other.  Maybe they have only a hand, or even a finger replaced.  Perhaps there's nothing human left of them anymore but the brain.
