Team DRGN's dorm 

Neo smiled as she remembered the promise that Y/N made to her, she walked over a sat on Y/N's lap, she sat facing him as she hugged him and placed her head on his chest, Kamui and Tiki smiled at Neo as Emerald said."Neo really likes clinging onto you doesn't she". Y/N nodded and said."A while ago I asked her why she does that and she replied that it makes her feel safe". A soft snoring sound could be heard as Y/N looked down to see Neo fast asleep once again."Can I ask something N/N"? Cinder asked as everyone looked, but Y/N, looked confusioned but before Cinder could say anything Tiki interrupted asking."Who's N/N"? Y/N just raised his hand and said."It was the nickname Cinder gave me when we were young". 

Everyone, but Cinder, was stunned at this revelation with Kamui asking."So how long have you known each other"?"We've known each other for a long time almost our whole lives but after our village was destroyed by Grimm we got separated and we never saw each other until myself, Emerald and Mercury". Cinder and Emerald shuddered when Mercury's name was mentioned but Cinder continued her story."But I didn't realise it was him at first not until I started to notice some quirks that stuck with him from when we were kids, like how he scrunches his eyes when he's analysing something or someone". Cinder finished as Y/N stood up and looked out of the window."Well I think I'm gonna go to bed, goodnight". Everyone, but Neo, said goodnight as Y/N walked toward the bedroom with Neo still clinging onto him. 

The Next Day

Team RWBY, Team NRP, Team DRGN, Team AQUA, we're hanging out in Vale with Weiss holding hands with Corrin and Pyrrha holding hands with Y/N."The Vytal Festival is coming up soon, I'm so excited"! Ruby yelled as she began to jump up and down, Weiss just face palmed with Corrin chuckling to himself however Y/N then burst Ruby's excitement bubble when he asked."What's the Vytal Festival"? Everyone turned to Y/N with confusion and shock."How have you never heard of the Vytal Festival, it's the most famous festival that is held every two years"! Weiss yelled as Y/N just replied."Weiss I spent the first 7 years of my life in an isolated village and then the next 10 in the middle of nowhere". Weiss then calmed down and apologised to Y/N, Pyrrha just kissed him on the cheek and said."The Vytal Festival, as Weiss said, is festival to celebrate peace between the four kingdoms and is held every two years. There is also a tournament held for students of the four huntsmen academies". 

Y/N's eyes light up as he replies."Sweet more chances to fight new people". Everyone, again, looks at Y/N with disbelief but Y/N simply says."What? I like a good fight". Pyrrha then looks down as she quietly says."Me, Nora and Ren won't be allowed to compete since we don't have a full team". Y/N looked at Pyrrha's sorrowful expression, from what he saw he could tell Pyrrha really wanted to compete, Y/N kissed Pyrrha's forehead and said."Don't look so sad my queen". Pyrrha blushed the same colour as her and quietly, almost in a whisper, replied."Thank you". A loud rumbling could be heard as everyone then looked for the source, Y/N rubbed the back of his head and said."Sorry about that guys, I didn't eat breakfast". Lyn walked up to Y/N and kissed his cheek and said."I know a place where we can get some food, let's go". As Lyn walked off and was followed by everyone else, Lucina walked up to Y/N and kissed his other cheek and muttered something about Lyn not having an advantage on her. 

Later that day: Team NRP's Dorm 

Pyrrha sat on her bed studying with Ren meditating on the floor and Nora listening to her music, Nora removed her headphones and shyly said."Hey guys I have a question"? Pyrrha lifted her head up from her books and Ren opened his eyes and turned around to face Nora, Pyrrha nodded and said."Sure Nora". Nora began to fidget slightly on her bed as she said."Well there is this guy I like but I dunno if he likes me. I wanna tell him but I don't want to get rejected. What should I do"? Before either Ren or Pyrrha could say anything the door to their bathroom opened and the sound of a toilet flushing, out stepped Y/N with a smile on his face."Say Nora, this guy you like wouldn't happen to have short white hair and pointed ears"? Y/N questioned as Nora blushed massively but shyly nodded as Y/N chuckled and said."You've got nothing to worry about Nora just go tell him". Y/N then kissed Pyrrha and said that he had to back to his dorm and hang out with Kamui. 

As Y/N left, Nora sat on her bed trying to think of ways to tell her crush that she likes him when Ren rises to his feet and placed his hand on Nora's shoulder and said."I agree with Y/N just go up and tell them, I will support you no matter what Nora you are my best friend". Nora's eyes began to swell with tears as she enveloped Ren into a tight hug as Ren just hugged Nora back, as the two separated Pyrrha couldn't help but admire the bond that Nora and Ren had almost like that of two close siblings. Nora wiped her tears, nodded her head and went towards the door and said."Alright I'm gonna go do this"."Good luck Nora". Pyrrha said as Nora left to go find the man that held her love.

Pyrrha turned to look at Ren who was just smiling to himself."What's go you so happy Ren"? Pyrrha questioned as Ren turned towards Pyrrha and replied."I'm just happy to see Nora back to being her normal hyper self. When you stayed over in Team DRGN's dorm, Nora told me that she thought that she'd never be able to get a boyfriend because of how hyper and loud she is and it kind of hurt her when she would see you with Y/N laughing and smiling. But now knowing that she'll be happy I can't help but smile". Pyrrha looked at Ren then down to the floor, she had no idea that she was causing Nora pain. 

She then felt a hand on her shoulder, she looked up and saw Ren once again with a smile on his face as he said."Do not be sad Pyrrha, Nora never hated you or ever spoke ill of you. You are her friend so please don't be upset". Pyrrha's mood lightened a little and she just smiled and nodded at Ren. 

A/N: and that concludes chapter 26 for ya guys. Next chapter will be the beginning of the Vytal Festival Tournament for anyone wondering Team AQUA will be taking Team JNPR's place and face Team BRNZ and Team DRGN will be taking Team SSSN's place and facing team NDGO.
