Karma: DO YOU NOT GET WHY PEOPLE CALL YOU ICE QUEEN NOW SCHNEE?!

Karma was currently fuming at Weiss since they'd been informed that Blake had been gone since yesterday. What made matters worse was that she was a member of the White Fang.

Weiss: Why do you care?! You didn't even her until the start of the year!

Karma: I was at least one of the only people who could tell she was a Faunus!

Weiss: Could you tell she was a member of the White Fang?!

Karma had enough of hearing Weiss screaming like a banshee and stormed out of Team RWBY's dorm.

Weiss: Hmph. For all we know she could have been a part of them too.

Ruby: Weiss!!

Weiss: What? I'm just speaking the truth right now.

A loud smash was heard inside of the room and it traced back to Ryu, who's fist was currently in one of the walls. They all looked shocked at the look on his face being one of legitimate anger while his eyes were slitted and his pupils were purple.

Ryu: You know, I was starting to think you actually weren't that bad of a person, that you were actually better than what your family name lead you to be. I guess you're proving me wrong.

He walked out of the room with a more calm expression, but they could all tell that he was beyond livid.

Yang: You know that just because she's a Faunus, doesn't mean she was a member, at least for Karma. That was just racist.

Weiss: -

Okay okay you all know the story, I'm just skipping of to Ryu looking for Karma. He was currently in the cafeteria.

Ryu: Karma!

There was no response. He grabbed her favorite snack just in case she needed some cheering up while they talked: Strawberry Pocky.

Ryu: This may do the trick.

He went on continuing his search until he started getting pretty aggravated.

Ryu: You emphasizing on it really isn't helping!

Yes, but it's fun as all hell. Now where was I? Oh right, Ryu has tried feeling her Aura but soon realized that she was dropping it.

Ryu: Guess that's not an option. Alright plan B.

He closed his eyes and started sniffing the air wincing in pain.

Ryu: God that perfume is strong... she's up on the damn roof. *Sigh* Why do I have the feeling this is gonna be the place where all the emotional stuff happens?

He disappeared and reappeared at the door to the roof of the school, arriving to hear a faint crying. He started walking over to her making her head go up.

Karma: Go away Azure, I don't wanna talk right now.

Ryu: You know, I might not be the most sentimental guy, but to automatically think that it was Azure and not me so quickly is kinda insulting.

She then turned around and saw Ryu slightly smiling. After a second, she turned her head back as Ryu just walked next to her before sitting down.

Ryu: You know, this is definitely gonna make me sound like a Sherlock, but she has to have her side of the story too. If I had to sum it up, I'd say the stress was getting to her dad and she got beat as a kid.

Karma: I know it's just... you know what happened...

He could already tell that she was holding back the tears in her eyes and trying not to break.

Ryu: Believe me, it's not easy loosing a family member, trust me, I know. No one else is here right now. It's okay to cry.

There was about 5 seconds of silence before Karma wrapped her arms around Ryu and started bawling her eyes out.

Karma: I- just- can't take it! Every time the White Fang is mentioned in front of me I-I just get so angry or feel- *sniff* like I'm about to break down! M-my *sob* little brother died because of them!

Ryu took this time to hug her back and comfort her. He knew it was bad for her.

Ryu: It's ok. Just let it all out.

Ever since the day the White Fang attacked they're village while his father and Grandfather weren't there, quite a few lives were lost. Luckily they had come fast enough to save the rest but the people that died were Ryu's twin sister, and Karma's little brother.

Karma: Tyson is gone! *Sob* And its all because we wanted to protect them!

Ryu: What you did wasn't wrong. You stood up for what you thought was right.

She tightened her arms around him not wanting to let go.

Karma: I just *Sob* I wanna go find Blake but- I'm afraid that- *sniff* what if she's the one who did it?

Ryu: Well, if I were in your shoes, which I sorta am, I'd be pissed off. But if I've learned one thing these past years, it's that holding a grudge won't do anything. Plus, Blake might be a bit antisocial, but she's been friends with us since we passed.

She finally stopped crying but still held onto him. While she did so he could feel her shaking.

Ryu: Come on, what are you a Chihuahua?

Karma: Shut up.

She then had one of her rare pouty faces in which made that moment all the more enjoyable for Ryu.

Ryu: By the way, I got you a snack.

He took out the Pokey in his pocket and showed it to her and as soon as it appeared she snatched it out of his hand and tore of the top of the pack and started eating them and enjoying every bite. While she did so Ryu was holding back a big laugh and only snickered.

Ryu: Would've appreciated a thank you at least.

When she realized she didn't even thank him she turned as pink as the stick in her hand before they both started laughing.

Karma: Thanks. You know, even though you never show it, your a really good guy. Thanks for cheering me up.

Ryu: Who would I be if I didn't.

They began walking back inside when they saw team RWBY along with Azure and Erica.

Karma: Alright I think we should-

Weiss: Alright listen now cause I'm not going to say it again, especially to you!

The slightly miffed Weiss pointed at Karma making her hands go up.

Weiss: Listen, I'm sorry. I just don't like the White Fang because I was a victim too. It dragged my families names through the dirt and that didn't sit to well with my father. So as a kid, I was beat most of the time he got back after a stressful day.

Ryu: 'Freaking called it.'

Weiss: I didn't know either of you had it even worse than me, so please just accept my apology.

Karma: *Sigh* Well I cant deny you when you're practically going against your morality. Of course I forgive you.

Ryu: Good, everyone forgives each other, let's go after Blake.

Azure: Author?

Time Skip!

Ryu: Blake what the hell? You've been go since-

He stopped mid sentence when he saw a familiar looking blonde haired monkey Faunus.

Sun Wukong!

Sun: Ryu?

Blake: You two know each other?

The teens started walking towards one another.

Ryu: Yeah but first things first.

Ryu pulled back his fist looking like he was ready to punch Sun.

Sun: You asked for it.

Sun also brought back his fist with Blake panicking before she stopped when seeing the two of them fist bump.

Ryu: Whats up Sun?!

Sun: Long time no see Ryu!

Blake: Wait- what? You two looked like you were about to fight until a second ago! How do you even know him Ryu?!

Ryu: Sun and I go way back!

Sun: The two of us met in the ring in a few tournaments!

Ryu: Needless to say I whooped his ass in every one.

Sun: And we started hanging out after the the first one. Just pointing it out, if his semblance wasn't op, I would've stood a better chance.

Ryu: Oh yeah? Then what about the times I knocked you flat on your back when it was no semblances?

Sun: Touché. Anyway we should keep it down.

Ryu: Wait why are we on top of these crates anyway?

Blake: We're trying to catch some of the culprits of the dust robbery.

Ryu: So you basically just doing a steak out?

Sun: Pretty much.

Ryu: I'm in.

Time Skip.

Ryu: Ya know, I didn't think we'd be here for 5 hours straight. Good thing I got some food while we were here eh guys?

Blake: I didn't know fish this good existed.

Sun: Ah man that was awesome. Best Chinese ever.

Ryu: Amen.

Blake: Shh. There.

She pointed up to the helicopter above them.

Ryu: Is that Roman Torchwick up there?

Roman Torchwick.

Blake: We have to stop him.

Ryu: Should we form a plan or just go Guns Blazing?

Sun: She was gone by the time you said guns.

Ryu: Go go go go.

The two of them jumped off of the crate. They all split up and somehow, Ryu was the one who got trapped.

Ryu: What the hell? You know I'm starting to think I'm just meant to end up in these kinda traps.

Just then, about 2 dozen White Fang members.

Ryu: Oh please half of you don't even have your Aura unlocked, much less a semblance that might give you a fighting chance. Re-Quip: Crunch-Bite.

His weapon appeared in his hand before he gained a toothy grin. He clicked the first trigger sending the Bite blade at one of the ones that didn't have Aura, knocking them out. He then took the time that the move brought to move at high speeds to knock another member out. He threw Bite up and hit am the second trigger on Crunch, activating the dust aim assist, spinning around and knocking the rest out.

Ryu: Barely even used my Aura. Next.

He ran into many more goons and repeated the process with no effort whatsoever until he stopped for a second. He noticed that an orange haired girl was lying on the floor.

Ryu: ...

???: ....

Ryu: ... What in the moon- PENNY POLENDINA?!!

Penny Polendina.

Penny: High Ryu! Don't worry, I'm running at at least 50 percent capacity! *Hiccup*

Ryu: Ok Penny I'm not even gonna ask why your here, or how you slipped past the Atlas guards, but get to a safe place.

Penny: But really, I'm ok! *Hiccup*

Ryu: No buts. Go now.

Penny: Yes Ryu...

He walked over to her and patted her on the head.

Ryu: Don't worry, your time'll come at some point. You just need to wait.
