After Ryu zero'd in on Jaune's Aura, he teleported straight to them, finding that they were in the vault.

Jaune: Ryu?!!

Ryu: So it's time huh?

Ozpin: Yes, and it seems you made your choice as well.

Ryu: Yeah, but I kinda spilled the beans to my team.

Ozpin: You what?!

Ryu: I'll be with them forever! They'd find out eventually wether I wanted them to or not.

Ozpin: *Sigh* The sad part is that your right.

Jaune: What story?!

Ryu: You'll find out later, right now-

Ozpin: Pyrrha, Get to the pods! Ryu, as soon as she comes out be ready to copy the powers. Mr Arc, if you want to help, stay on guard.

Ozpin began typing making one of the pods open.

Ryu: So I'm guessing all we have to do is pray that Pyrrha stays the same?

Ozpin: We need to pray for more than that.

Pyrrha stepped into the open pod.

Ozpin: Are you ready.

She looked at him and nodded.

Ozpin: I... I need to here you say it.

Pyrrha: ...Yes.

Ryu: 'Author you never here me praying to you a lot, but PLEASE, let her survive God damn it!'

Ambers pod was elevated. She began to gain consciousness shocking Ryu to the core.

Ryu: Sis...

Amber: .. Ryu... is that really you?

Ryu: I'm sorry I didn't choose you.

She smiled at him.

Amber: Don't be... It was... the right call...

Pyrrha began to scream in agony worrying both Jaune and Ryu. Ozpin placed a hand on Ryu's shoulder.

Ozpin: I'm... So sorry.

Before anything else could happen, an arrow went straight through Ambers chest. In that instant, the world slowed down for Ryu. He could here every heart beat and looked to were the arrow came from.

It was Cinder.

The power transfer had completely stopped and a light flowed out of Amber and into Cinder. She began to float in the air as light flashed around her. Jaune tried to attack her but it's was not working as he was sent back. Pyrrha broke out of her pod was was about to attack cinder but Ozpin stopped her.

Ozpin: You three must leave right now!

What Ozpin failed to notice, was that Ryu was completely silent and leaking killer intent.

Ozpin: Ryu, I can't imagine the anger you have inside of you right now, but you must live to fight her another time!

Ozpin Jaune and Pyrrha were sweating while he said this until the intent from Ryu stopped emanating from his body.

Ryu: ...Fine. Just come out of here alive.

They started to run but before they fully left, Ryu sent a glare at Cinder that made her slightly go back.

Jaune: Ryu, earlier you said-

Ryu: That's was my twin.

Jaune: Makes a little more sense when you say it out loud.

Pyrrha: A-Are you okay?

Ryu: OKAY?!! GIRL I'M FURIOUS!!!!

Elsewhere!

Ruby&Erica: Weiss!

Weiss: Ruby, Erica!!

Erica: We came as soon as we could!

Ruby: What happened?! Is everyone ok?!

Weiss didn't answer the question.

Erica: W-Weiss?

She stepped aside to show that everyone was on the ground. Nora and Ren were mostly fine, but Yang had lost an arm, while Blake was next to her emotionally damaged and had a stab mark on her stomach. The ones who had it the worse were Azure and Karma. Karma was out cold as she had a slash across her stomach and cheek, as well as multiple red marks on her arms. Azure had broken half of his ribs, both of arms were shattered, and he had a slash where his right eye was. He had Tina in his arms who shrunk down to the size of a normal puppy. Her saw blades were shattered and her tail was cut off. Erica's heart sank as she saw not only her other friends, but her team mates bloodied and beaten. She ran over to the two and knelt down.

Erica: How could this happen? Who could've have done this?!

Azure: There were only *cough cough* two people...

Erica: Just two people?!

Azure: Just one of them was already so strong... The person Blake told us about. Adam... He was a level higher than me alone... But the other guy...

Azure began coughing harder scaring Erica.

Azure: We didn't even stand a chance. He moved so quickly... he attacked with so much force... *Cough* Even at my full power I couldn't slow him down at all... he called himself... The Dragon of Pride.

???: Did you just say Dragon of Pride?

They all turned to see a battle damaged Aero. Everyone was immediately hostile accept for Ruby.

Ruby: What are you doing here Aero?

Aero: Well it took a pretty bad loss from Ryu to make me realize it, this was all wrong. 2 giant Wyvern's, one twice the size of the other spawning even more Grimm, it's just for nothing but pure destruction. And I was just blinded by fear.

Ruby walked over to her and spoke.

Ruby: If your here now than it means that you really mean what you say. I trust you.

She placed a hand on her shoulder making her wince in pain.

Aero: Ruby could you not, still really hurt...

Ruby: Sorry.

Aero: Now what did you say about Dragon of Pride?

Azure: The guy was like a monster. We couldn't even touch him.

Aero: Shoot, if the shape your is this bad than it must've been Keith.

Erica: Keith?

Aero: I'm not the only one with the title of Dragon. There are two others that work for the person who hired me. The one who attacked them was the Dragon of Pride, Keith, and the other one is the Dragon of Victory, May.

Back to Ryu!

Pyrrha Jaune and Ryu finally got out of the tower.

Jaune: Ok now that we're out of there, can you both explain what the HELL WAS THAT ALL ABOUT?!!

Before either of them could speak there was a rumbling and they all knew the cause.

Jaune: But... Ozpin.

Ryu: Damn it... Sorry Jaune.

Pyrrha: Theres no time... Go! Get to Vale, and call for help!

Jaune: But what are the two of you gonna do?

They both stayed silent as Ryu looked towards the tower.

Jaune: No... No Pyrrha, Ryu you can't! You saw how powerful she is! Guys I can't let you do-

Before he could finish Pyrrha pulled him in to a kiss shocking both Jaune and Ryu. Jaune was in genuine disbelief while on the inside Ryu smiling and dancing.

Ryu: 'And now I'll be at peace with myself.'

Pyrrha: I'm sorry.

She pushed Jaune into a nearby locker and the door closed.

Jaune: Wait stop! STOP! Guys please don't do this!!

Ryu: Jaune, don't worry. I know I can win against her.

Jaune: What?! But you saw what she did!

Ryu: JAUNE!

They both stopped hearing him shout.

Ryu: Trust me. This battle was over before it even began.

A gleam of red flashed off of Ryu's eyes slightly reassuring Jaune.

Jaune: Ok. I trust you.

The locker rocketed away as Ryu looked at Pyrrha and they both nodded at each other. They ran to the elevator seeing that it was broken.

Ryu: Pyrrha, I wanna make this clear, I want this fight all to myself.

Pyrrha: Ryu are you-

Ryu: I'm not crazy, I'm confident.

She begrudgingly nodded as they used polarity to rocket the elevator to the top floor. When the elevator opened Ryu denied all common sense and blew up the room.

Ryu: Come out right now. That was nowhere near enough to take you down I made sure of it.

From the smoke, Cinder was revealed unscathed.

Cinder: You making sure of it wasn't much of factor.

Ryu: Weird, when I see you up close, it makes me realize how scrawny you are. But I know better than to think it has any affect on your strength.

She looked at Pyrrha.

Cinder: It was a shame that you were promised powers that were never yours. But I will use them in ways you never imagined.

Ryu: I think I'm done talking.

Ryu activated his Half Hot Half Cold mode and walked towards Cinder. His walk turned into a full blown sprint as he then appeared in front of her. He brought out his Crunch Bite sword and brought out bite to slash at Cinder, but she was able to dodge with ease. He slashed at her again but she dodged yet again. He stuck the bite sword in the ground and did a sideways spin to try and hit her with the crunch sword, but she dodged making the ground were she was break. He the put the blades together and used the dust swing assist to give him a burst of speed and try to hit her with an upwards slash.

Cinder however calculated for that as she grabbed the sword much to the shock of Ryu. The spot began superheating until Crunch Bite was ripped in half.

Ryu: Well there goes my favorite weapon.

He tossed the remains back to where Pyrrha was. She stumbled to catch them but managed to do it.

Ryu: Well I've got an accurate gauge of your strength now. I'll fight for real.

Cinder: Your bluffing. Your using your most powerful abilities at once. Your not getting any stronger.

Ryu's slightly smirked as all of the killer intent he displayed before had returned. Pyrrha was shaking from it and Cinder was actually fazed.

Ryu: Tell me, you said you'd use the the powers you STOLE in ways Pyrrha couldn't imagine right?

Cinder: Yes.

Ryu: Well did you ever expect them to be used like this?

Ryu flicked his fingers upwards and the ground started shaking. Cinder immediately reacted and moved out of they way of red swords coming from the ground to impale her.

Cinder: WHAT?!!

Pyrrha: What just happened?

Ryu: You say this power was never really Pyrrha's but it wasn't yours. This power was meant to go to the person my sister had in her last thoughts. Weather it be me or someone else. Definitely not someone as evil as you. And for what you did I can never forgive you.

The tower began to shake as Ryu ascended from the ground.

Cinder: You've done it haven't you? You've copied at least half of my power!

Ryu's red and blue Aura started to become so visible until it was was shown that there was an orb surrounding him as it did with Cider. He opened his eyes to real that they burned with a light similar to Cinders.

Ryu: Who decided that power was yours?

Cinder rose into the air ready for combat.

Ryu: 'Author, I'll need something real good this time.'

START THAT MUSIC!!

Ryu: 'Oh Yeah.'

Ryu flew at high speeds to Cinder kicking her right in the jaw. Cinder retaliated by trying to punch Ryu in the face but he swiftly dodged the attack. She began to repeatedly try and attack Ryu, and he just kept dodging.

Ryu: You know, if you actually trained instead finding a way to steal powers your punches might actually hit a little closer to home.

Cinder: Piss off you prick!!

She finally landed a hit on Ryu sending him back and his head was down. She smirked thinking that she actually damaged him, but Ryu put his head up revealing that he only had a simple cut on his cheek and a smirk.

Ryu: That all you can do?

The scratch healed even faster than his usual wounds.

Cider: Your joking!!

Ryu: Not at all.

He reappeared behind Cinder and elbowed her in the back. He held out his hands and a blast of fire went out at Cinder. Ryu's eyes widened seeing this as he himself didn't purposely try that. The blast of fire hit cinder making her fall down.

Ryu: 'I wonder...' Here goes nothing!

Ryu brought his hands behind his head and when he swung them back in front of him, two flame waves were sent flying towards Cinder. She managed to dodge the first one but got nailed by the second one as it made her Aura break. She was sent skidding back until her back hit a the wall.

Music End.

Ryu descended back onto the ground in front of Cinder.

Cinder: This is what you wanted isn't it? Than just finish me!!

Ryu threw a punch at Cinder but it hit the wall.

Ryu: What was her name?

Cinder: W-What?

Ryu: What was her name? The girl who's powers you stole. The defenseless girl who didn't even have any Aura to protect her during the transfer. The girl you killed. What, was her name?

Cinder: A-Amber!

He got up and walked away from her.

Ryu: Do anything like this again and I won't hesitate to strike you down.

There was silence before Ryu stopped using the Maiden Powers. Ryu noticed the Ruby came from up the building and smiled.

Ryu: Hey Rubes!

Ruby: Ryu is everything ok?!

Ryu: Yeah, just need to take care of the giant ass dragons.

Ruby: Oh Ok- RYU WATCH OUT!!!

Cinder fired and arrow at Ryu while his back was turned. The arrow would have nearly hit him if it weren't for Pyrrha, who pushed him out of the way the expense of her arm which had been shot and turned to dust.

Ryu: Pyrrha!!

Pyrrha: I-I'm fine!

Ryu turned back to Cinder enraged.

Ryu: I gave you one chance!

He ran at her and was about to finish her but the Dragoon got in his way. At this point, Ryu had 4 veins on his head.

Ryu: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! I HAVE HAD IT WITH THESE MOTHER FUCKING GRIMM, IN THIS MOTHER FUCKING CITY!!!!!

Ryu's Aura exploded with power as he ran towards the Dragoon.

Pyrrha: Ryu don't!!!

Ruby: WAIT!!!!

Ryu formed a Red and Blue Scythe as he ran to the Dragoon. The weapon began to grow progressively bigger until it had grown 10 times in size.

Ryu: TAKE THIS!!!!

Ryu appeared behind the Dragon and slabbed it's tail. It screamed in pain before he began running up its back and dragged the scythe along with him. He kept going until reached its head, were with a mighty shout, he sliced the head directly in half along the rest of its body.

Ryu: Ughh... Dragon, Slayed...

He fell off of the head head as it disappeared with him not being able to move. The last thing he saw was Ruby's Silver eyes glowing and a bright light before he blacked out.

Time Skip!!

???: Ryu... RYU..... RYU WAKE UP!!!!

Ryu's eyes shot open as he saw he was in a completely white space.

Ryu: Huh? Where am I?

???: Finally, it's taken you way too long.

Ryu turned around to see a female in black clothing.

Ryu: Who are you?

???: Come on you really don't remember me? I know that I haven't been able to speak to you earlier but come on.

She had a pout on her face as she walked closer to him.

Ryu: Wait, earlier? What are you talking about?

???: Why don't you try guessing my name? Think really hard.

She smiled and Ryu noticed that she had ears on her head and a tail. Soon visions then flew past his face of someone who looked like him. He began to realize that these were memories that belonged to him as he slowly began to realize who exactly it was. He saw the man looking more like him and then her.

???: So can you tell who I am now?

Ryu: It's you..... Shojo.

He hugged the girl in front of him and she hugged him back.

Shojo!

Shojo: I missed you Ryu.

Ryu: Wait what how?! I mean it's good to see you and all, but HOW ARE YOU HERE?!!

Shojo: Well, when you died due to your old age, I kinda had to wait for you.

Ryu: But wasn't this-

Shojo: Thousands of years ago in a different universe? Yes it was. But it looks like that permanent bond was really that. But being honest, I probably would've just waited for you to be reincarnated anyway. I'd only deal with your shit specifically willingly.

Ryu stared at her for a quick minute before laughing hard.

Ryu: PFFT HAHAHAHAHAHA! THAT'S SO LIKE YOU!!

Ryu was banging his hand on the ground and rolling around from pure happiness and amazement.

Shojo: Whats that mean?!

Ryu: It means that I can't believe you would go through that just to stay with me.

Shojo: Oh course, your my closest friend.

Ryu: Thanks. That really means a lot.

Shojo: By the way you should wake up. Someone wants to talk to you about your eyes.

Ryu: What about my eyes?

Shojo: Oh please you didn't think they were just for show did you?

She walked over and flicked him on the head making him wake up. He looked up to see that he was in a room that was unfamiliar to him.

Ryu: What the heck?

He tried to get up but felt something on his chest. He looked to see Aero but her hair was completely down as she slept peacefully.

Ryu: 'She looks really peaceful... Oh well I gotta get up sometime.'

He poked her cheek trying to get her to wake up. She eventually opened her eyes and saw that he was awake. When she did, Ryu received a massive hug from her.

Aero: YOUR OK!!!

Ryu: OW!!! Can you not bear hug me?! I literally feel like I'm about to pop like a water balloon!!

Aero: OH! Sorry!!

She let go of him much to his relief.

Ryu: Were are we?

Qrow: Ruby's dads house.

Qrow walked in surprising Ryu.

Ryu: Umm, how long have I been out?

Qrow: Bout a few days give or take.

Ryu: A FEW DAYS?!!

Ruby walked in with her Pajama's on. She saw Ryu was awake and began to hug him.

Ruby: Ryu your alive!!

He winced from be tackled by the tiny girl running at him great speeds.

Ryu: Rubes, seriously, I just got through yelling in pain.

Ruby: Sorry but you were out for so long! I thought you wouldn't wake up!

Qrow: Anyway what you did what nothing short of extraordinary. You sliced an ancient Dragoon in half with a massive scythe.

Ryu: I learned from the best.

Qrow: Well anyway, I wanna have a talk with you, so girls, can you give us some room?

The both immediately knew what he meant and walked out of the room.

Ryu: I'm gonna take a wild guess, but does this have anything to do with my eyes?

Qrow: It has everything to do with those eyes of your kiddo. I never told you this when you were younger cause I thought it would go to your head, but your kind of eyes are rare, even more so than Ruby's Silver Eyes. Every person in history who's ever had eyes like yours or Ruby's were great warriors. Silver eyed people were known to make Grimm scared with just a glare. What Ruby did that night was petrify a Grimm Dragon.

Ryu: Ruby really did that with just her eyes?

Qrow: Yup. Her mother had those kind of eyes too. You however, can do more than just scare Grimm. Anyone with pupils with different colors like yours have always had an natural born instinct for battle. Their only kind weaknesses were the emotional ties. But besides that, they were the Ultimate Warriors. Sometimes they even scared of trained fighters. But one thing they all had in common, they had special ocular powers.

Ryu's eyes widened as it all made sense to him.

Ryu: So then you mean-

Qrow: Exactly, your Perfect Copy is a result from those eyes of yours.

Ryu: I always wondered why I so different.

Qrow: Different isn't a very good way to put it, more like, really special.

Ryu: Difference being what?

Qrow: ... None.

They both laughed.

Ryu: What happened to everyone?

Qrow: Well the Ice Princess' father came to take her back to Atlas claiming that it was to dangerous for her to stay at Vale.

Ryu: Figures.

Qrow: The cat just ran away.

He winced hearing how Blake ran away.

Ryu: That hurts the soul a bit.

Qrow: Your team got their asses handed to them on a Silver platter after facing the Dragon of Pride. They're currently being treated at an Atlas hospital along with Pyrrha. The damage done to her in the Aura transplant was pretty bad, not to mention her arm.

Ryu: WHAT?!!

Qrow: Azure broke half his ribs, shattered his arms and got a scar on his eye, Karma's ear was stabbed and she was knocked out until yesterday, and Erica was so worried that she decided to stay with them. Before they left he had her write you a letter.

Qrow handed him a letter written in Erica's writing but in Azure's words. As Ryu read it he understood their pain in seeing how they lost so badly.

Ryu: They're gonna be training for 8 months. They really did loose badly. What about Yang.

Qrow: You should probably see her yourself. She's in the room next to this one.

Ryu: Alright, gotta practice this magic anyway so here it goes.

Ryu held out his hand and a crutch made out and amber material formed.

Qrow: Your getting better.

Ryu: I'm only gonna keep on growing.

He walked out of the door knowing the Ruby and Aero were listening. He walked to the other door and saw Yang in bed.

Ryu: Hey Yang.

Yang: Hey Ryu. I'm glad your awake...

Ryu: Ok Whats up?

Yang: It's all gone.

Ryu: Yeah the school is pretty much destroyed and the Wyvern is still attracting Grimm I guess. And along with almost all of our friends.

Yang turned around to show that her right arm was gone shocking Ryu to the core.

Ryu: Who the hell did that to you?!

Yang: One of Blake's old friends... his name's Adam.

Ryu: Well the bastards gonna get a taste of his own medicine when I find him. Hold out the stub, I wanna try something.

Yang did was he said as Ryu held his hand out towards the wound. A blue light glowed around it as a makeshift arm made of of a crystal.

Yang: How did you do that?

Ryu: Magic.

He waved his hands in front of him making Yang chuckle for the first time since the fall of Beacon.

Yang: Thanks. I appreciate it. I really do.

Ryu: I know it won't feel Natural but it can be, well a substitute until you get a robotic one.

Yang: I dunno.

She put the hand in the sunlight and turned it around seeing the red core in it.

Yang: I kinda like it.

Ryu: I try my best. But might wanna start training in one armed combat. With a punch too strong it'll crack pretty bad. Also-

Ryu grabbed the arm as it came off.

Ryu: It's not hard to get off when you feel uncomfortable.

Yang: Thanks Ryu, but I think I still just wanna lie down here for a little.

Ryu: I'd bet.

Ryu slowly walked out due to the crutch. He was met my a blonde man resembling Yang.

Taiyang "Really good at not talking about Raven" Xiao Long.

Ryu: You must be her father.

Taiyang: Yes, and I saw what you did Ryu. Thank you so much.

He grabbed Ryu unoccupied hand and shook it.

Taiyang: That's the first time she smiled since we came back.

Ryu: She was my first friend I had at Beacon, it's the least I'd do.

Taiyang: Still for you to be able to do that, your Semblance really is amazing.

Ryu: No problem.

Time Skip!!

Ruby had just closed the door in front of her quietly. She turned around to be met by Ryu and Aero.

Ryu: Did you really think I wouldn't notice?

Ruby: Listen don't try to stop me. I have to do this.

Aero: Not without us smart one.

Ruby: Wha?

Ryu: Like hell we're gonna let you take this long journey by yourself.

Ruby: So you mean?

Ryu: Of course. We're going with you and the rest of team JNPR minus Pyrrha.

Ruby: Hey guys. Havens a long way to go.

Ryu: I've been through worse for longer.

Aero: I literally had to look evils incarnate in the eyes before, a few months is nothing.

Nora: And we wouldn't be here if we weren't up for it!

Ren: Shall we?

They all started walking off from the house ready to leave Patch.

Ruby: Hey Ryu?

Ryu: What up?

Ruby: You know how you always talk about those weird things like JoJo and that Naru- stuff?

Ryu: Uh huh.

Ruby: Could you maybe... Teach me about all that?

Ryu's eyes lit up as he smirked as he put a hand on her shoulder.

Ryu: I wouldn't want to teach anyone else.

Shojo: The wreckage will be strong in that one.

Aero: Wait what was that?

Ryu: Hold up you heard- Oh right self aware. Ok let me tell you a story on the way. You see it all started when-

As our heroes advance onward to a long argues journey, one can only imagine what terrors they may face. But as darkness grows closer, the light must always get bright.
