In Professor Goodwitch's Class

"And that concludes today's lesson on weapon maintenance, since we have some time left shall we have a match today"? Professor Goodwitch asks as Pyrrha raises her hand shocking the blonde haired professor as she says. "Well this certainly is a surprise. Very well Miss Nikos who do you wish to face"? Pyrrha stands up and gives a small bow as she replies. "I wish to challenge Weiss Schnee". Immediately Weiss's face lights up as she stands up too and responds to Pyrrha's challenge. "I accept Pyrrha's request". As the pair exit the class to collect their gear and then they both enter the arena.

"Are both participants ready"? Professor Goodwitch asks as both Pyrrha and Weiss nod their heads confirming they are ready with Weiss looking at Pyrrha and says. "It is an honour to face you Pyrrha". The crimson haired girl gives Weiss a slight sad smile that Weiss misses as Pyrrha replies in a mumble. "I wish I could say the same Weiss". As the bout begins Weiss rushes forward with her white glyphs on the floor however Pyrrha easily jumps over Weiss and shoots her in the back with her rifle, Pyrrha and lands on her feet and sprints forward changing her rifle into a sword as she slashes at Weiss. Weiss then tries to counterattack with her rapier however Pyrrha lifts her shield and blocks all of her attacks, Pyrrha then switches her sword into a short spear and jabs her spear taking Weiss's aura down further as Pyrrha then spins and kicks Weiss across the arena floor causing Weiss to skid across the floor and she gets to a knee.

"Stop! Weiss Schnee's aura has dropped 25% thus she loses the match, your winner is Pyrrha Nikos"! Professor Goodwitch announces as Weiss looks up at Pyrrha and she says. "You really are impressive Pyrrha". Pyrrha gives Weiss another sad smile that this time Weiss notices and is visibly confused as the crimson haired girl replies. "Thank you Weiss but I'm sure she would be disappointed in you". Pyrrha then walks away leaving Weiss even more confused.

After class

Ruby runs up to Pyrrha with wide eyes and says. "You're amazing Pyrrha I wish to be as strong as you one day". Pyrrha giggles a little at Ruby's behaviour as she replies. "If you wish Ruby we can train together some time". But before Ruby can reply Weiss approaches the group and says to Pyrrha. "Why waste time on her Pyrrha she's an embarrassment". However to Weiss and everyone's surprise Pyrrha just ignores Weiss with a small hint of frustration on her face that quickly disappears but both Ren and Blake notice Pyrrha's expression, Pyrrha continues to look at Ruby who looks a little upset and uncomfortable however she nods which makes Pyrrha smile as she turns to Jaune and says. "My offer still stands Jaune if you wish for my help while training".

Jaune weakly smiles at Pyrrha as he shakes his head and replies. "Maybe once I get a bit better with my weapon". Pyrrha nods however she gives Jaune a sad smile as Jaune walks away from group slightly dragging his feet, Pyrrha turns back to Ruby with her expression changing back to her usual happy one and asks the black and red haired girl. "Do you want to train now Ruby"? Ruby nods her head with excitement however Weiss blocks the pairs path and says to Pyrrha. "Why not train with me instead, I'll be a better use of your time". Pyrrha just looks Weiss directly in the eyes and with a straight face says. "No". Weiss just stands there shocked as Ruby follows Pyrrha for some training and the rest of the group disbanding for the day.

Over the next couple of days every time Weiss tries to talk to Pyrrha she keeps getting ignored by the crimson haired girl, becoming frustrated Weiss corners Pyrrha after classes one day and asks with a frustrated tone. "Why have you been ignoring me"? Pyrrha again looks Weiss in the eyes as she simply replies. "Because you are being the definition of a spoiled rich child, you are mean and horrible to everyone that doesn't have a similar station to yourself. You have ruined the self-confidence of not only the leader of my team and my partner but my friend, your words affected him deeply where he is trying desperately to prove you wrong. But worst of all you verbally abuse not only your team's leader but your partner all for what reason, that you believe you should be leader. You are acting like nothing more than a child and until you clean up your act and are genuine about it then I shall not interact with you anymore".

Pyrrha then walks away in search of her team leaving Weiss speechless, that's when Ruby turns the corner to see Weiss standing there and she walks up to Weiss and goes to put her hand on the white haired girl's shoulder however Weiss pulls away and says. "Just leave me alone Ruby". But Weiss's tone isn't as harsh as it usually is but more of a sombre tone with Ruby reluctantly nodding but before Weiss can walk away Ruby says. "Even if you don't want me around Weiss I'll still be there for you partner". Weiss turns away from Ruby and walks away with a single tear falling from her eye.

Ruby watches Weiss walk away with a saddened expression, but she then feels a hand on her shoulder and she moves her gaze to see Blake standing there giving her a small smile. "No matter what Weiss says to you, you should be there for her. I have a friend who used to be like her and people like Weiss need to know that there is someone is there for them no matter what". Blake says as Ruby gives the black haired faunus girl a smile as the pair then feel a pair of arms drape over their shoulders, with the pair looking over their shoulders to see Yang giving both a beaming smile.

"What's my sister and best friend talking about"? The blonde haired girl asks as Blake then replies. "Nothing really, anyways I've got some things to do I'll see you girls later". Blake then walks away as Yang and Ruby wave Blake goodbye as Yang then turns to Ruby and asks. "Wanna have some quality sister time in Vale"? Ruby nods as she jokes. "I guess this time we'll see who the real gamer sister is this time". Yang laughs as she replies. "You're so on Rubes".
