A/N: here's chapter 7 for ya guys. 

With Shoji and Blake 

Shoji was walking around Vale as he held hands with Blake. "Blake"! The pair heard someone yell and as they turned around they saw an older female cat faunus running towards them. 

The female has shoulder length black hair with the same amber coloured eyes as Blake. This female also seemed to share several physical features with Blake, this includes the cat ears that were noticeably larger in size and seemed to have more fur than Blake's ears. She also has three golden piercings in her cat ears, two in her right ear and one on her left ear. She was wearing a black hakama and sandals with white tabi socks. Over her outfit she was wearing a black shrug with a long right sleeve and a shorter left sleeve, there was a gold leaf trim adorning the opening on the front. She was wearing long black arm warmers that extended to the middle finger. The left warmer has a purple band tied around the top and a pair of golden bangles around the wrists. Around her waist she wore a black and gold sash that seems to trail behind her, with a golden flower shaped buckle at the end. 

Blake looked at the woman with initial confusion but quickly saw who it was and let go of Shoji's hand and ran towards the woman. Blake embraced the woman as Shoji walked up behind the pair and asked "Who is this Blake"? Blake smiled at her boyfriend as she replied "Shoji this is my mother, mother this is my boyfriend Shoji". The woman then looked at Blake with shock but then looked at Shoji and had a slight smile and said "Hello there young man my name is Kali". Shoji smiled back and replied "Nice to meet you Kali, my name is Shoji". Shoji then got an idea and asked "Say Kali would you like to join myself and Blake for some coffee". Kali was initially stunned by Shoji's apparent politeness but quickly recovered and accepted Shoji's offer. 

At a Café in Vale 

Blake and Kali were sitting down at a table while Shoji insisted that he paid for the drinks. "So how did you and Shoji get together Blake"? Kali asked with an intrigued tone, Blake initially blushed at the question but answered "Well me and my team as well as another team were asked by Professor Ozpin to recruit a boy that seemed to be really powerful, so we went out into the Emerald Forest and we managed to find the wooden cabin that he was staying in. After he accepted Professor Ozpin's offer we got to know each other, he even stood up to someone who was bullying a faunus". But before Blake could continued Kali interrupted as she said, in a rather shocked tone, "Does he know about you being a faunus"? But again before Blake could reply a lower tone voice said "Yes I know". Blake and Kali let out a small shriek of surprise as Shoji let out a short chuckle as he continued saying "I loved Blake before she showed me she was a faunus but after she showed me that she cute little cat ear I just fell more in love with her". Shoji finished as Blake sported a very large blush as Kali smiled and replied "Thank you for showing her love Shoji you seem like a very nice and respectable young man". Blake looked at Kali with a sympathetic look, Shoji looked over to Blake and noticed her expression change as did Kali. "Blake are you okay"? Shoji asked as Blake's ears drooped slightly as she looked at Kali and said "I'm sorry mum for what I said to you and dad back when I was with the White Fang, I was just angry..." Blake couldn't continue her speech as she began to cry uncontrollably, Kali  looked at her daughter with sadness 'this must have really been eating her up on the inside ' Kali thought as she stood up from her seat and moved towards Blake and enveloped her in a massive hug. "Your father and I never hated you after you left us on bad terms". Kali then let go of Blake to see that Blake had a smile on her face, though she still had tears in her eyes, Shoji smiled at the interaction between Blake and Kali and moved towards Blake and enveloped her in a hug as well saying.   

Back at Beacon 

"Your mother is really nice". Shoji said as he began to walk Blake back to her teams dorm. Blake had an embarrassed blush on her face as she replied "She is but I wish she didn't tell you all those stories of child me, plus its nice to know she and my father don't hate me". Shoji smiled as he put his arm around Blake and gave her a kiss on the side of her head and said "Well I do believe this is your dorm". As the pair stood in front of Team RWBY's dorm, Blake quickly kissed Shoji on the lips and went into her dorm. 

Team RWBY's dorm 

Blake entered her teams dorm to find Weiss studying with Ruby and Yang playing video games. As the door to the dorm opened it got Weiss's attention and as she turned around she saw Blake and said "Welcome back Blake". Blake slightly smiled as this caught the attention of Ruby and Yang, and they also greeted Blake. "So Blake how was your date with Shoji"? Yang asked as Blake blushed and replied "It was fun and we ran into my mother". Weiss, Ruby and Yang all gasped as Blake continued saying "It was nice to see my mother again plus I finally got to apologise for what I said while I was with the White Fang".
