Weapon:

Hush: The parasol Neo carries around. It's a strange choice for a weapon but it is extremely durable, even able to block shots from Yang when opened. Hidden in the parasol however, is a very thin blade that Neo often uses for stabbing and fencing maneuvers.
In Volume 7 of Mythical Rose, Hush got an upgrade. The parasol's shield was now made of pink Hard-Light Dust, making it lighter and even more durable. The hidden blade also can coat itself in pink Lightning Dust to enhance its strikes and electrocute the enemy. After Neo's death, this weapon was carried around by Kuraime, as a charm and back up weapon.

(Vol 2-6)

(Vol 7-9)

Semblance: >Overactive Imagination<: Overactive Imagination allows her to create "physical illusions that can be seen by everyone", as opposed to Emerald's Hallucinations, which usually only affect the person she targets. Neo's Semblance seems to have evolved slightly, becoming more resilient to damage.

Weaknesses:

• she can get a bit too confident at times
• her Semblance is her main line of defense. Without her Aura to use it, she's very fragile.
• Neo is extremely fast and agile, but her physical strength is slightly lacking

Personality: carefree, malicious (sometimes), caring (especially to her siblings and Kuraime), flirtatious (to Kuraime), teasing, sadistic (sometimes), playful, vengeful, serious

Neo exhibits a stern, business-like demeanor and is shown to have immense confidence. She also appears to be playful, wearing a self-assured smile and politely bowing in the battlefield and smiling throughout the fight as she silently mocks and taunts her enemy.

Neo used to be cruel, vicious, and highly sadistic, as seen in her smile to older enemies she killed. However, she does seem to exhibit fear and hesitance when she knows she is outmatched, fleeing if her opponent proves to be as such. She is rather perceptive and is able to recognize superior abilities to her own, despite her confidence. Though despite this, when she encountered Malak The Hunter in Volume 7, Chapter 8, she didn't back down. Neo is also seen to have a vengeful side by her, shown especially when Tyrian mentioned in Volume 7, Chapter 8, that he was the one who killed her biological father, Kai Rein. From that statement, Neo was filled with vengeance and rage and did battle with Tyrian, nearly killing him if not for Malak The Hunter interfering.

A troubled girl who on the surface appears to take a sadistic amount of pleasure in the pain and fear of her enemies, in actuality, she dislikes suffering, as seen in the coffee heist where her plan was to scare the driver before letting him free. Most of the people she has hurt has been a result of poor planning on her part. Neo constantly displays a smug kind of cockiness both on and off the battlefield which is admittedly justified given her skills and will not hesitate to finish an opponent, if she sees them as a threat, regardless of whether their incapacitated or not.

After she joined her brother's side in Mythical Rose, Neo's normally dangerously playful and sadistic personality began to slowly fade away, being replaced by one of determination and seriousness. She often kept to herself, feeling as if her actions in the past made her worth of judgement. Though when the others began showing her more love and compassion, she began becoming more free spirited around them.

Especially after speaking for the first time and becoming an official member of Team RCST, Neo became more expressive and more open to others.

In Volumes 6 and 7, she began displaying hints of her feelings for Kuraime Silewe, often teasing and smirking at her. And after the two became a couple, she was very flirtatious towards her, often hinting at sexual acts and fighting for dominance in the relationship.

In her final battle, Neo displayed all of the qualities of a Huntress, showing that her redemption was fulfilled.

History: Born into the Rein family, Trivia was a sweet little girl, with pig tail styled brown hair and Heterochromia eyes, being pink and brown. Her loving parents, Scarletina Yuuki and Kai Rein along with her very caring elder brother, Dairoku Rein gave her the childhood any child would want. However at the age of 4, after being chased through a snowy forest along with her brother, by an Ursa Major Grimm, she was separated and became lost.

A day later, she was picked up by a man named, Jimmy Vanille, who took her to the Kingdom of Vale where he and his wofe, Caramel Vanille adopted her. The two were living a fancy and wealthy lifestyle. They even have a Daughter named, Greta Vanille. However, she was a bit of a trouble maker, so they adopted Trivia in hope of disciplining her better than they could with Greta. Upon seeing her Heterochormia eyes, they forced her to wear contacts to make then both look brown. Though unfortunately for the parnents, Trivia would start to become a lot like her step sister.

In the early morning hours of her eighth birthday, Trivia and Greta would play tiptoe tag with each other and two other, wilder girls named "Neoplitan" and "Sora" through the halls of a dark mansion. As the girls play, Neo and Sora entered the family room, which they was not allowed to go into. During this, Trivia inadvertently knocks over an expensive Akaibara vase, shattering it, and alerting her adoptive parents. When the two arrive – her adoptive father, Jimmy, angry and her adoptive mother, Carmel, concerned – Trivia finds Neopolitan and even Sora have vanished, and cuts her hand on a piece of shattered glass. Enraged, Jimmy pulls Trivia out from under the couch by her ankles, shaking her upside down. Jimmy demands her to speak for herself and tell him what happened, but Trivia is only able to produce a rasping sound. Carmel asks her daughter what happened, so the girl uses a communication board to spell out the name "Neo" and "Sora", blaming the other girl. Even their biological daughter, Greta tried defending her step sister, her eyes glowing a bright icy blue for her thoughts to be projected outward to them, saying that Trivia was telling the truth.

At this, the two parents argue amongst themselves about both of their daughters' condition, Jimmy is impatient with the and Carmel says they has overactive imaginations, and that their doctor, Mazarin, told them to give the young girls space. As their father leaves, ranting about the things to provide for his family's wealth and ordering somebody to clean the mess, Carmel sits with Trivia and Greta. She asks her daughters if she knows that a friend who does something bad and leaves her to take the blame is a bad friend. She begs the two to say something, but when she gets no response, Carmel leaves the girls in the room to clean up after themself, leaving her alone once more. However, as they looked up, Neopolitan and Sora has returned, and convinced Trivia and Greta to leave somebody else to pick up the pieces...

The trouble Neapolitan and Sora caused nearly broke the family apart, with eventually Trivia and Greta being sent to an all girl prep school. Though the more they grew up, the more the personalities of their imaginary friends began to become their own. And around at this time, they met Roman Torchwick.

(For Neo's full canon backstory, read the RWBY book, Roman Holiday)

Trivia:

• My version of Neo actually joined the good side at the end of Volume 3

• My version of Neo is the adopted sister of Sora

• My version of Neo, spoke half way through Volume 4

• Neo and Kuraime's relationship was a bit last minute, but I felt as if they worked wonders together.

• In the future Mythical Rose 2.0, Neo's backstory will be slightly altered to include elements of her confirmed backstory in the official Roosterteeth book, Roman Holiday (highly recommend checking it out)

• Neo.... well... she passed away near the climax Volume 7.

• Will there be a Neopolitan x OC focused book in the future? 100% (though keep in mind, that Neopolitan won't be this one)

Voice:

Well... we never heard Neo speak once in RWBY. The closest we got was her surprised gasp in Volume 3 when Ruby opened up Hush to send her flying off the Rough Atlas Airship. So until her voice is revealed, this will stay blank. (Neo actually has a Voice Actress, meaning she will 100% speak some day)
