Personality: Lucy's personality gives off a sense of order and authority but also caring and almost motherly. When giving orders, she's as strict as they come, especially when agitated. But she has a major soft side. Sometimes, she acts like a mother to her friends, scolding them for mistakes that could put them in danger. And when her younger sister or any friends of her gets hurt, her momma-bear Mode activates.

Semblance: >ARC LIGHTNING<: Lucy's Semblance is the same as Raiku's. She's able to harness and manipulate electricity. She's able to nullify electrical attacks but also fire off lightning bolts from her hands or summon them. She can electrify her weapons to coat them in electricity. Lucy even can use her semblance to travel at lightning fast speeds by becoming a bolt of lightning herself. Lucy does have more mastery over her Semblance as she can use it to temporarily hover in midair and summon a small lightning and thunder storm.
