After clearing all the grimm and White Fang explosives from the streets of Vale, team NIKL was relaxing in their dorm, or trying to relax. Isaac was panickingly pacing back and forth, Nina was laying on her bed recovering while Kayla tended to her wounds, and Leon was trying to calm Isaac down.

Isaac: What do I do? What do I do? What do I do? What do I do?

Leon: Yo, Coonie, calm down man, Nina's trying to rest. What's got you in such a tizzy, man?

Isaac: You don't understand, I can't go to his circus, you don't know what he'll do to me if he finds me!!

Leon: *slaps Isaac* Calm down. Sheesh. You're really loud, y'know that? Look, it's just the circus, it's gonna be fine man.

Isaac: *takes a deep breath* thanks, I needed that. Anyway, I can't go to his circus.

Leon: And why not?

Isaac: Because, I-I. I was in that same circus.

Leon: So? What's the big deal dude? If anything happens we'll just leave, not like they can force us to stay, especially with a semblance like mine.

Isaac: You still don't get it, Dr, Bamboozle's been looking for me ever since I left his circus to pursue my life as a huntsman. If he finds me, he'll take me away, and kill you guys too.

Leon: *laughs hysterically* We fight Grimm, I took out two supposedly amazing knights with one hand, really? Look Isaac, just go. Nothing bad's gonna happen. You're safe now. Here, I can get you a mask *blinks away and returns holding a rabbit mask* Now he'll never know it's you.

Nina: *weakly sits up* Yeah, and if he even touches you, he will have to kill me to take you anywhere.

Leon and Kayla: Lay back down Nina.

At that moment, Leon gets a ping from his scroll, he pulls it out and it says "prepare for a day of laughter and merriment for the whole family, Dr,Bamboozle's Fanged Funatics circus has arrived in Vale, tickets on sale now, first show is in a few hours!"

Leon: Alright!

Leon blinks away and comes back with four tickets.

Leon: Alright, hurry up guys, the shows starting soon.

Isaac: *takes a deep breath* alright, I'm ready.

Leon: Nina, how ya feelin'?

Nina: *sits up* I can walk, and I don't feel any pain.

Leon: Nice work Kayla.

Kayla: Well I was a nurse before I was a warrior.

Leon: Alright, let's get to the circus, it'll prolly be a great morale booster or... something... ok I confess I'm just hoping someone gets hurt, it's always funnier when a clown gets hurt.

Isaac: Not cool, a clown is the reason I'm here today.

Leon: Sorry man, just saying though, the clowns do some crazy stuff and it's always funny when the actually get injured during their slapstick routines.

Isaac: Yeah I guess, now let's not delay any longer, I'm ready let's go.

Team NIKL heads into town, once there, they find the circus tent standing among concession stands and other commodities.

Leon: You two find out seats, I wanna talk with Nina for a bit.

Kayla: Alright, and don't worry, I'll keep Isaac from freaking out *leads Isaac to the ticket line*

Leon: *turns to Nina* First off, you sure you're good to walk, you looked pretty banged up.

Nina: I'm telling you I'm fine.

Leon: *sighs* Alright, next question, why do you think Isaac's so freaked out? This bamby guy can't be that bad, can he?

Nina: Personally, I think Isaac's exaggerating, he can't be that tough, right?

Leon: Isaac's always gone over the top but... I've got a bad feeling about this... He's normally got solid intentions, and for someone who can literally rip this thing from the ground it's surprising he's scared of that guy... Think we should be worried?

Kayla: Guys, get over here, we're almost to the front!

Nina: That's our cue, let's go.

Team NIKL approaches the ticket booth.

Ticketman: Tickets please.

Leon: Here yah go bucko *hands the ticketman the tickets*

Ticketman: Thank you, enjoy the show.

Team NIKL enters the circus tent and takes a seat close the the front. The tent is full of other people looking for seats, as well as performers preparing for their acts. Nina sat at the end, with Leon next to her, then Isaac, and brought up by Kayla, who is reading a show program.

Isaac darts his eyes around like a cornered animal.

Leon: *slaps a hand on his shoulder* Calm down man, it's gonna be fine.

The lights inside the tent suddenly dimm, leaving the tent in darkness. Then a single spotlight illuminates the central ring, the man was wearing a multi colored suit, top hat, and carried a matching umbrella.

Dr,Bamboozle: *spreads his arms wide* Ladies and gentlemen, I am Dr,Bamboozle. And I am proud to welcome you to the greatest show on Remnant!

The sound of cheers and clapping fills the tent as the lights come back on. In the left ring, there was a Squirrel Faunus cracking a whip at a beowolf. At the center ring, jugglers threw swords, torches, and bowling pins between themselves, and at the right ring, a trio of clowns were comically struggling to open a box.

Leon: *chuckles softly* Squirrelly's got a whip... dudu dudu.

These acts go on for a few moments before Dr Bamboozle returns.

Dr,Bamboozle: Alright ladies and gentlemen that was fun. But now I give you "Lester the magnificent".

The lights dim again and a blue spotlight illuminates the center ring, earning "oos" and "aas" from the crowd. In the ring is a tall decorated box, and a man wearing a red coat, matching top hat, and carrying a wand.

Dr,Bamboozle: Mr, Lester here is gonna show off his greatest trick yet, he will make one of you people disappear. Do I see volunteers out there?

A bunch of hands go up in the audience.

Dr,Bamboozle: *points to Isaac* you there, come on up.

Isaac: No no no no.

Leon: *smirks before standing* Awesome, I get to watch first hand, this is gonna be funny. *he blinks beside the ringmaster* No turning back now Boozley.

Dr, Bamboozle: I don't believe you're the one I called on.

Leon: You sure? You pointed right at me.

Dr, Bamboozle: I asked for the fella in the rabbit mask sitting next to you.

Leon: Too late now.

Leon hurries to the box and puts himself inside it. But at the moment, the lights go out, and when they come back on, Leons back in his seat, and Isaac's in the box.

Leon: Shoulda seen that coming...

Lester closes the box, waves his wand over it, and opens it again to show Isaac is no longer in the box.

Leon: This isn't going to end well..

Nina: Hey, what have you done to my team mate!?

Dr, Bamboozle: *wags his finger at Nina* Ah ah ah little missie, a magician never tells. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm needed backstage.

Leon: He's just made it worse... Nina angry is a bad idea...

Isaac had no Idea where he was, until he emerged from another box backstage, which was stacked full of tight ropes, hula hoops, and cages.

Dr, Bamboozle: *Emerges from behind a tent flap* Well well well, if it isn't Isaac, so this is where you ran off to after you abandoned me? How delightful.

Isaac: I'm not afraid of you doctor.

Dr, Bamboozle: Is that so, my little acrobat all grown up is he?

Isaac: You're right, I'm not the same cowering little kid anymore, and I can show you! *reaches for his blade staff, and finds it's not there* what?

Dr, Bamboozle: *pulls Isaac's blade staff from behind his back* looking for this? Sorry Isaac, but you're not slipping through my fingers this time. Gug!

A gorilla faunus strongman shows up and restrains Isaac.

Dr, Bamboozle: Get him in his costume, the acrobat act starts in a few minutes.

Leon: *leaning against a nearby post* hey man, I don't think that's the best idea...

Dr, Bamboozle: You again, return to your seat, you'll enjoy what I have in store for you next.

Leon: Eh, my friend's more important than your crummy little show. I can't stand the circus. Just gimme back my friend, and no one gets hurt.

Dr Bamboozle: Isaac's my performer, he escaped my once, and that isn't happening again. Now return to your seat or there will be *draws a straight blade from his umbrella* trouble.

Isaac: Leon run!

Nina: *standing on a pole platform* not as long as you're in danger Isaac.

Dr, Bamboozle: You too, I told you, Isaac isn't going anywhere!

Kayla: *shows up and stands next to Leon* just give up, you can't defeat all of us.

Dr, Bamboozle: Oh, but I can.

Dr, Bamboozle leaps to the platform Nina's standing on and delivers a flurry of attacks, causing Nina to fall off, Leon catches her before she hits the ground.

Kayla: Go help Isaac, I got this.

Leon and Nina make a dash for Isaac.

Dr, Bamboozle: *jumps in the way* no, Isaac is mine, and I'll throw you to the grimm for disrupting my show!

Isaac: Not today doc! *pulls himself up from his restraints, retrieves his blade staff with his feet, and bats Gug off of him with a brief gust*

Leon: Nice going Coonie!

Dr, Bamboozle: *laughs* Coonie, is that what they call you? You know what, that's your new stage name.

Leon: *Sets a hand on Dr, Bamboozle's shoulder* Nah, only I'm allowed to call him that.

Dr, Bamboozle: Hmm, no matter *unleashes a vivid spray of colors*

This causes every member of team NIKL to stumble back.

Nina: What is this?

Isaac: This is the doc's semblance, don't look at it!

Leon: MY EYES, I'M MELTING!!!

Dr, Bamboozle: *lets out a maniacal laugh* victory is mine! *laughs again*

The sound of booing starts to raise outside.

Leon: Guess your fans aren't too happy. *wipes his eyes* That stuff stings a little.

Dr Bamboozle: *stops* wait, what's happening?

Isaac: You failed to please your audience doc, now they're upset.

Nina: peeps don't like it when an act isn't finished.

Dr, Bamboozle: No no, the shows not over until I say it is!

Dr, Bamboozle hurries outside to the displeased crowd

Dr, Bamboozle: Uh hello folks, sorry to keep you waiting. Now I will dazzle you all with--.

A tomato flies from the audience and knocks the doctor's hat off.

Dr, Bamboozle: No, well prepare for high flying adventure with--.

Someone throws their popcorn at him.

Dr, Bamboozle: No, w-well maybe I can--.

The doctor gets buried in a food storm by his angry audience.

Dr, Bamboozle: Noooo, I'll get you for this Isaac!!!

Leon: This coulda been worse...

Nina: So what do you think we should do with him?

Leon: I want his hat.

Isaac: *Sees two atlesian soldiers entering* don't worry guys, I don't think the doctor's going anywhere anytime soon.

Soldier 1: Dr, Bamboozle, you're under arrest for the torture of your performers.

Dr, Bamboozle: *the two soldiers start taking him away* no no gentlemen, this is all a big mistake, I assure you.

Leon: I'mma head out, I don't do Atlesians, see you guys later. *leaves*

The doctor's performers suddenly come in.

Juggler: Um, did you guys just defeat the doctor?

Kayla: We did.

Clown: Then, we're free!

The troupe starts celebrating.

Acrobat: But, what do we do now? The circus is all we know.

Isaac: It is, then you should stick to it, now you can perform without fearing the doc. You will need to choose a new ringmaster though.

Team NIK_ get a ping from their scrolls, it's a message from Leon that says "Guys get up here, the tournament starts in a moment".

Isaac: Alright people, we gotta go. Enjoy your circus, and play nice.

Team NIK_ leaves for the tournament stadium, and arrives just in time to see team RWBY defeat their opponents.

Port: *over a loudspeaker* And that's the match, team RWBY is victorious!

Leon: *sees his team and walks up to them* Aw man you guys missed it. Ya know Coonie, you would have dug it the most, cause Blake did this really awesome finishing move and it was just so cool.

Isaac: Will you stop with the--.

Port: Attention teams NIKL and MYTH, please report to the tournament ready rooms.

Kayla: Alright team, let's do this.

Leon: Heck yes!

Team NIKL heads for the ready rooms, once there, they come across a lovely lady. Her flowing red locks cascaded down her back perfectly, and she clad herself in a pink kimono that complimented her flawless curves.

Isaac: Hello, are you with team MYTH?

Mabel: Team leader as a matter of fact, I'm Mabel.

Isaac: I'm Isaac, and we're team NIKL.

Mabel: *giggles* I'll enjoy fighting with you Isaac. *winks*

Isaac: *blushes* What now?

Mabel giggles again and enters the adjacent ready room.

Leon: So Coonie, to the drawing board again?

Isaac: L-Let's get through this match first.

Leon: Good Idea.

Team NIKL enters their ready room, Nina goes to a locker to switch her chain to a spiked chain, Kayla starts putting her armor on, and Isaac starts taking the trapeze cables off his blade staff

Leon: What ya doing?

Isaac: Putting this stage of my life behind me.

Leon: *puts a hand on Isaac's shoulder* I'm proud of you Coonie.

The intercom in the ready room suddenly alerts team NIKL the match starts in one minute.

Nina: That's us team, let's do this thing.

Leon: Get pumped!

Team NIKL then go prepare to enter the arena, the gate opens, and team NIKL enters to be greeted by a cheering crowd.

Isaac: Well, It's nice to greet a crowd without being in a silly costume.

Nina: Alright guys, cheering crowd aside this is no different then our fight with the white fang. Keep your heads on straight and we'll come out on top no problem.

Leon steadily waves to the crowd.

Kayla: *whispers to herself* I'll make you proud father.

Oobleck: It seems team NIKL are in high spirits after their recent mission. We should see an impeccable show from them all today.

Port: Ah, but we can't forget about their opposition. The "mythical" team MYTH!

Oobleck: Quite right! Team MYTH are well known in Vacuo, being one of the top teams in Shade Academy this will be a truly spectacular fight. With Henry running their rear brute force is truly an impossible strategy against this wall of a team.

Port: And what about Theodore, he knows where to shoot, before he even shoots!

Oobleck: His shots never miss, capable of shooting foes between allies and behind objects without fail!

Port: And of course, we can't for get their leader, the stunningly beautiful, Mabel Blossom.

Oobleck: The men of team NIKL MUST be wary! With a semblance like her's all leaders are in trouble of mutiny!

Kayla: And what can that mean?

Nina: I'm not sure, but stay on your guard.

Leon: Huh? I wasn't paying attention, what happened?

Mabel enters the arena, accompanied by a lady with a skeleton tattooed to half of her body, a man with a ponytail, a shiny red bow, and a red raven cloak, and a muscular lion faunus clutching a club tightly in his fist, wearing nothing but a pair of loose leather pants.

Henry: Ha, this is supposed to be the enemy, I'll crush them!

Henry starts flexing.

Theodore: *sigh* there he goes again.

Leon: *chuckles* Dude's a muscle head, he's got no chance...

Oobleck: And now, the arena will once again randomly chose the battlegrounds for the opposing teams.

The crowd cheers as two electronic roulettes start up, the one on team NIKL's side lands on a field with tall grass, and the one on team MYTH's side lands on an icy field.

Isaac: Hmm, I suggest we hide in the grass and ambush them from there.

Leon: Where's the fun in that?

Isaac: As a wise man once said, we have the element of surprise, I vote we use it.

Leon: A strong warrior once said the best defence is an even stronger offense.

Port: Let the chaos, begin!

Henry picks up a chunk of Ice from his side of the field and throws it at team NIKL.

Leon: *pours a clip and shoots the ice chunk apart* C'mon, that was beyond predictable. If you guys wanna hide now's the last chance, I'll follow you. *changes his weapon back into a sword and shield*

Isaac: No hiding now! *alters the wind around himself and starts running circles around team MYTH*

Yvette: Woah, he's fast, what do we do?

Theodore: Get out of my way, I got this!

Leon: Nina, you go offense, I'll cover you! Kayla... do whatever you do!

Nina: Good to hear!

Before team NIKL can take action, a swarm of arrows made of pure energy fly from the vortex, knocking Kayla's pike from her hands and tripping up Nina. Leon manages to blink out of the way and stop a few, but not all, of the arrows from hitting Nina.

Isaac suddenly runs between team MYTH, scattering them. Leon helps Nina to her feet and flings her towards Henry before blinking after her to block his blows.

Nina fails her chain around, putting Henry off balance, but one misplaced swing, Henry catches Nina's chain and yanks her toward him. Leon blinks between them, landing a solid kick to Henry's stomach before blinking away again.

Over with Isaac, he was chasing after Theodore, who shoots another swarm of arrows at Isaac, Isaac defects the arrows by spinning his blade staff rapidly. After blowing him away, he comes across Mabel

Isaac: You again, you wanna like--.

Mabel: Oh sure, but you can't possibly hurt little ole me. *pulls out two ornate fans and does a simple dance*

Isaac's pupils turn a light shade of pink, completely enthralled by Mabel's dance.

Mabel: Now *points to Leon and Nina Fighting Henry and Yvette* those jerks are hurting my friends, straighten them out for me, and I'll give you something special.

Isaac: Yes, Mabel.

Isaac charges toward his teammates, disarms Nina, and holds one end of his blade staff to her neck.

Leon: *Connects a kick to Isaac's throat* I thought they were kidding about the mutiny thing!

Isaac: Mabel, Mabel *Summons a tornado and blows both of them away*

Port: What's this, it appears Mabel has unleashed her semblance upon poor Isaac.

Oobleck: This could spell disaster for team NIKL... but wait, what's occurred of Leon?! He's nowhere to be found!

Leon: *blinks behind Mabel and taps her shoulder* Hi, I'id like my friend back.

Mabel: Isaac, help me!

Isaac: *Jumps between them* you, won't hurt, Mabel!

Leon: *blinks behind Mabel again* Really now? Try and keep up *he grabs he arm, flinging her into the air, he then blinks behind her, and slams a foot into her back, sending her to the ground.*

Isaac: *dropkicks Leon* Stay away, from Mabel!

Leon: *slides along the ground before blinking past Isaac, grabbing Mabel, and blinking her high in the air* See you next fall...

Leon then let's go, blinks above her, switches his weapon to it's hammer form, and slams into her. Leaving a moderately sized crater in her wake.

Port: And with that, Mabel's aura drops into the red, eliminating her from the match!

Oobleck: What a violent display from the usually so passive Leon. Quite surprising to say the least. Though it's extremely obvious he has quite exhausted himself in the attempt to recover his team mate from Mabel's semblance.

Isaac: *Pupils return to normal* No more lemonade before bed *looks at Leon* What happened, where am I?

Leon: *Panting softly* Long story, kick some butt.

Henry: *Smashes the piece of ice they're standing behind* beware little mousy, I'm coming for you!

Isaac: Not a rodent you pussy cat!

Henry roars in fury and tries to smash Isaac with his club, but Isaac runs behind him. Henry swings his club again, and he misses again.

Henry: Hold still, you little rat!!!

Leon leans against a large chunk of ice and laughs at Henry.

Henry: Shut up you--.

Isaac delivers a tornado screw kick to Henry's head, Henry flies across the arena, slamming into Yvette and taking both of them out of the ring.

Port: What a move by Isaac, that little maneuver leaves Theodore alone in the arena with the entirety of team NIKL.

Oobleck: The majority of team NIKL.. It appears as though Leon has fallen asleep!

Theodore starts to look nervous as Nina and Kayla walk toward him.

Theodore: Um, can I surrender now?

Nina: Um, no.

Nina hits Theodore with her chain, he stumbles back and Kayla throws a sword of light at him, knocking him out of the ring.

Port: Game set... And match. Team NIKL moves on to the next match!

The audience cheers and hollers.

Leon: *snorts* Wha- huh!?

Isaac: Dude, we won!

Leon: Cool!

Team NIKL leaves the arena and exit the ready room.

Isaac: So, you guys wanna go get lunch?

Leon: I could go for a sandwich.

Nina: Alright, let's go eat.

Team NIKL then go to the festival concession stands, Kayla got a sushi platter, Isaac and Leon got a couple of sandwiches, and Nina got a cheeseburger.

Leon: Next round's the 2v2 right?

Kayla: That's right.

Leon: Nina, who's going in? in the end it is your choice.

Nina: Not really sure, any of you up for it?

At that moment, Henry shows up.

Kayla: You're not here to beat us up are you?

Henry: Which one of you is Isaac?

Leon: The 'coon'.

Henry: My team leader wants a word with you.

Leon: Have fun Coonie.

Henry takes Isaac to another table, Mabel and the rest of team MYTH are sitting there.

Henry: Here he is.

Mabel: Thank you Henry, now then, will you guys go get refills?

The rest of team MYTH leaves.

Mabel: Take a seat Isaac. *She turns, looking at a server, their eyes glazing pink* Could you get him a drink, please~?

Server: *nods and walks off*

Mabel: Now, I want to apologize... I didn't want to use my semblance on you...

Isaac: It's no big deal, really!

Mabel: *Smiles softly* Thank you... now... it seemed like you were trying to say something during

the battle...

Isaac: Oh, yeah! I wanted to know if you were busy tonight.

Mabel: *motions for him to lean closer before pecking his cheek* So long as the other boy isn't around, I'm more than willing to spend some time with you.

Isaac: Leon? What's wrong with having Leon around?

Mabel: My semblance doesn't work on him... it works on everyone... but him...

Isaac: So?

Mabel: *shrugs* It's just weird... and I don't like it... Though I'm not completely opposed to being around him, just not for hours on end, ok?

Isaac: Alright... *he takes his drink from the server* How m-

Mabel: Don't worry about it... see you tonight?

Isaac: I'll pick you up at seven.

Mabel: Sure *puts something in Isaac's pocket*

Isaac gets up and starts walking back to his table, only to be stopped by Henry.

Henry: Saw the whole thing, and if you break Mabel's heart, I'll break your skull.

Isaac: Um, ok.

Isaac then returns to his table.

Kayla: So, what did they want?

Isaac: Um, that's classified.

Leon: *sees a kiss mark on Isaac's cheek, and whispers to himself* good job Coonie, good job.

Isaac then pulls out the thing Mabel put in his pocket. It was a small paper slip with a scroll number with the words "call me" written under it. And the number 515 followed by the words "find me here".
